Very convenient location, but this place needs to be more clean

It is very close to the airport, and they have airport shuttles! I appreciated having a ride to the airport and being so close.

It didn’t seem very clean. The sheets had hair on them, so I’m wondering if they actually wash them…

Excelent location with kind staff.

Location is great in relation with the airport. I rely recommend this hotel if you need a short stop befere continuing travels.

Great location close to the airport with super friendly staff, only downside was we didn’t have hot water for showering.

If things were to improve in the future, I would like to visit this hotel.

The readiness of the staff. They were so polite. They were ready to listen, to provide the meals I wanted, and to share information needed for me to move about in the city. They also were helpful to ensure my transportation to the airport in early morning hours.

The price was not what the add said it would be. They didn´t manage the reservation properly: one day after my arrival they moved me to another room because they had forgotten that a group was coming. The new room was large but not comfortable. And noise prevented me from resting well.

Passable

Once we notified staff about glass being gone he taped plastic on it. We came late passed dinner, but he made us dinner! Seemed like a safe place.

The window was broken allowing mosquitoes to come in. Shower floor was clogged after showering. Instant coffee instead of machine made coffee was sad. I can't stand instant coffee! People who were checking in climbed stairs loudly keeping me awake.

Disappointing

It is written on booking that they offer a free shuttle bus, which is not true. You have to pay for a taxi. The guy at the front desk was noisy late at night. We had a flight early in the morning and needed to sleep for a few hours, but this was not possible due to the noise. Also, when we came they told me that they didn't have a room for me and in the end they wanted to give me a higher price. I would never come here again.

Slept well, had no issues with transportation to airport.

I liked that it was near the airport and the hotel offered transportation to the airport. It was in a quiet area so we were able to rest. We did not have to worry about vandals as the hotel was in a gated community.

The room had no towels, I had to ask for them. I was charged to be transported to the airport, I have never paid for airport transportation. I did not expect the hotel to be in a gated community, it was hard to find.

Passable

Good location near to the airport. The staff was polite and friendly, the beds were comfortable and they served good breakfast.

The curtains were dirty, the room was not so clean and full of ants. The internet was slow and the reception was closed at 20:30 pm and it was difficult to get drinkable water at night.
