El servicio, que me cobraran más de lo que aparece en la página, en la habitación la puerta del baño no tenía chapa, la sabana estaba manchada, mal pintado y muy poco mantenimiento

La proximidad del aeropuerto. Pero te matan los mosquitos

El personal es muy irrespetuoso! A las 5 de la mañana empezaron hacer ruido! Poniendo música y hablando al lado de la habitación le pedimos más de 5 veces si podían hacer menos ruido! Pero como que se reían de uno! La verdad que no pude descansar!! No volvería a ese hotel!!

Jsme rádi že po příletu jsme měli ubytování kousek od letiště ale další nic by jsme tam už strávit nechtěli ani za kulov

Vzdálenost od letiště cca 15 min chůze , takže člověk vyleze z letadla a může v klidu pěšky dojít bez problémů .

Personál absolutně strašný , arogantní přístup a ještě nás z plezíru 2x stěhovali do jiných pokojů .

I cannot sleep

impossible to sleep because the receptionist played music loudly on his phone and was talking loudly with his friend I went to ask him to turn down the sound he told me yes but nothing changed after that, it lasted until at 11 p.m. The front doorbell is so loud that every time it rang it woke me up and it rang all night so it was impossible to get a full night's sleep. If you want to sleep i do not recommend this hotel. Ps: it's old and dirty...

It was in a good location and for a good price.

They are loudly remodeling so it was very noisy. The water and wifi were off for part of the stay.

Great

Small and cozy place near the airport. Price wise is very good, you have your own bathroom in the room and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I would not recommend for people that are looking for luxury.

Pas loin de l’aéroport (15min) et heureusement car le taxi booké pour 6h du matin était tout simplement en train de dormir, tout comme la personne de la réception qui n’en a pas eu grand chose à faire et nous a laissé nous débrouiller tout en se recouchant

Tout! Le personnel est désagréable et nous promet un taxi pour l’aéroport le lendemain alors que lui tout comme le taxi étaient tranquillement en train de dormir, sans trouver de solution… certaines personne devraient éviter de travailler dans l’accueil de public! localisation sans intérêt, loin de tout sauf de l’aéroport. 183Quetzals c’était bien trop cher payé pour le service global !

my plane left early . Place wasn’t detailed clean . Did have hot water but towels were supper small even for my kids . F

If your looking somewhere just to stay for the night , then it’s perfect . What we were looking for

No sign on the outside that’s big . They priced me up as soon as I was gonna pay with a card . Like 175 Q more . I asked for help ordering food since nothing was close by . No staff was helpful . The pillows were super uncomfortable.

Nothing it's the worst hotel in all my life.

No key for. The room, no mirror, the faucet when you tried to uses all water come to the floor and the bathroom floor it's full.of water they give me room number 3. A lot of mosquitos too. It's no good sorry but it's the true.

A basic stay near the airport.

Very close to the airport. Not too difficult to find.

No store or restaurant near the hotel. No drinking water anywhere, not even for sale. Night staff amenable but not helpful. No screens on the windows... we were thrown to the will of hungry mosquitoes!

A big room, and located close to the airport e.g ideal for an early flight. walk to airport takes around 10 minutes.
