Bien placé mais standing moyen pour le prix

Le minimum pour prendre un petit déjeuner, terrasse au calme. Proche du Mont Royal

Lit pas adapté pour les grands, grince et peu confortable. Mal insonorisé en intérieur et extérieur. Alarme a incendie en pleine nuit sans raison dans une chambre... lavabo dans la chambre. Les photos sont un peu trompeuses 🥺

Large comfortable room opposite a really nice park. Walking distance to cool neighbourhood around Ave du Mont Royal with good food and drink options.

No face-to-face contact with the owner so felt very impersonal. 20 mins walk to metro with buses not very regular.

Excellent place to stay for a last minute trip to Montreal and fairly convenient location with strong AC.

The property is across the street from a bus stop that takes you to a subway station. It is walking distance to Le Plateau, but in the hot sun it may seem far. In general though it is a great place to stay with strong AC. We enjoyed our stay.

It wasn’t as close to the subway as we would have liked, but the bus to the subway across the street was a bonus.

Comfortable, friendly and safe.

Location was perfect for what I needed. Loved the view (Parc Lafontaine). You can walk everywhere or lots of bus stops in the area. The young woman who greeted me was amazing and helpful. There is some flexibility for check in and check out. I received specific instructions by text about that and a map for the parking. She was expecting me and walked me to my room. I felt safe, especially since I was on my own. There were electronic keypads on front door and on my room door. Bed was comfy. There was a small bar fridge in the closet. I also had access to a self serve well stocked kitchen (Keurig coffee, tea, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with milk and cream, cereal dispenser). The bonus was the private parking in the back for the B&B guests for a very small fee. One of the reasons why I picked this place. Parking is at a premium in Montreal.

Although the room was clean enough, it looked like the bedspread could use a refresher. Bathroom is updated and well set up, but found a bit of hair on floor and on the side of the tub. Small things that can be easily fixed.

I liked the location, the very comfortable bed, the unit was clean, and parking was available. It was excellent value for a single traveller.

The only thing I did not like was the shower curtain that was in need of a good clean - but the shower and bathroom were clean.

Good location for an OK price

The location is good, right on the East side of Parc Lafontaine. It's a bit of a walk to the metro station, however, and most restaurants and amenities are on the other side of the park. The check-in process was easy, as staff provided me with a unique code for the outside door and a separate code for my room prior to arrival

One of the nicest hotels I have experienced on my 45 day trip. Friendly, comfy, attention to detail.

The hosts were wonderful. The ambiance was welcoming and warm. Breakfast was just right.

Staff was friendly and had my room ready earlier which was great. Place was clean and comfortable!

There was no breakfast and the WiFi got spotty in the evenings.

Can't wait to return.

The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the park. The owners were lovely. The location was marvelous for accessing Montreal by foot. We look forward to returning!

Good location no charm

Location

Owner not friendly place is no longer run by Francois who had charm and ran the place with passion. There is no breakfast at all or proper room cleaning due to COVID . Owner not open to suggestions at all. Overall not as advertised but good location and quiet rooms. Peaceful.

Great place and great location, easy no frills, but very comfortable and paying attention to detail. The rooms have everything you need. They've taken great COVID-19 measures.

Good area, parking available, clean and comfortable room.

Quick check in an accommodated an earlier check in than they usually do. Room was clean and smelled good, and had balcony access. Parking off the busy street which was nice.

They seemed unprepared for me showing up, which is weird because I had the room booked a week in advance. He seemed confused about how long I would be staying and if I had already paid (I did). The owner did not have a mask on when meeting me which I disliked.
