Great place to stay for a night. Spacious room with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Lots of thoughtful extras such as a fridge of drinks to help yourself to whilst waiting to check in, free sweets in the room and drink vouchers for the bar. There was no disturbance from the bar downstairs. Staff helpful and friendly. A short walk to the beach, cinema and places to eat. If in the area again, I would happily return.
Whilst a hairdryer was available, it was not in the room and you had to phone down to reception to get one.

The hotel was old-fashioned and the reason I chose it along with the location. The room was large with a dressing room off it along with a shower room. There is a train stop approx 5 mins walk and a taxi into the city centre is approx $45.
Nicole was extremely helpful by having my room ready asap. The food in the restaurant was a reasonable price and good value for money.
I would recommend the hotel if you're looking for something a bit out of the way.
The only downside were the carpets could do with being replaced.

Amazing little place, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Not to mention the absolute best shower ever! The little complimentary extras were appreciated as was the room service from the restaurant.
The only issue was lack of a lift with a double pram and being by myself. But that's my fault for not checking!

Relaxing weekend and refreshing our minds 😍
Not smart TV so we can't go to YouTube channel at all.

Facilities, I liked that we had pretty much everything, fridge, bathroom, small wardrobe thing, study desk. They had breakfast packs.
The cleaner did not clean the room properly, they threw out my drink bottle but left all of the other rubbish in the room? They didn’t vacuum or make the bed properly, and I found a cockroach in our room in the middle of our stay.

The room we had was very large and spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfy.
The room and bathroom were really clean.
The staff member who checked us in was really friendly.
Easy access to the restaurant downstairs - as guests we received a 10% discount on food and 2 drink vouchers, which was a nice touch seeing as we were only there for the night, this made it really easy for us to get a quick cheap meal.
Good location, within walking distance to the beach and heaps of places to eat and drink down in the main part of Semaphore.
Weird/stuffy smell in the room, and windows were not able to be opened to let fresh air in.
The check-in process took a while, there is not really a reception desk, you are directed to call via a phone in the lobby area and someone comes from the bar downstairs, seemed like minimal staff juggling lots of tasks.
Only seems to be stairs to the rooms (could not find a lift) be mindful if you have mobility issues or problems using stairs, this place may not be ideal.
