Sehr zentrale Lage, kurze Gehdistanz zur Altstadt und zum Parkhaus (mit ermässigtem Tarif für Hotelgäste), freundliches Personal

Die Tischplatte im Zimmer war schief und wacklig und müsste festgeschraubt werden.

Perfectly placed friendly hotel with average facilities but lovely breakfast, and friendly staff

The breakfast was excellent and felt like a farmhouse kitchen, very homely

The single bed in the triple room was slightly slanted and uncomfortable.

Really enjoyable, comfortable and welcoming.

Friendly , welcoming and central. The check in was quick and the person on reception recommended a good restaurant for us. Thanks. The room are clean and comfortable.

mixed feelings some aspects were super, some disappointing

dirty cutlery, we hear from early morning all that happens around, service staff not very nice. breakfast was disorganised.

Brilliantly located hotel that offers the chance to roam around Orleans with pleasure

Funky, centrally located hotel. Breakfast was good & helped to fill hungry bellies.

Good location but disappointing room and breakfast

It was a very small room

The breakfast was very poor Fruit consisted of a few brown pears and 1 similar apple. Bread was not if the standard expected and there were no croissants or equivalent. It was poor value for money.

Great Location

The receptionist was very welcoming and provided suggestions for local restaurants and entertainment. The hotel is in a great location. 3 minutes' walk from Place du Martroi. We parked at the Indigo parking at Place du Martroi and benefited from a reduce parking fee from the hotel. You pay the hotel direct for the parking which is very convenient. Normal price €30 per day, hotel price €15 per day. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

We stayed in room 140, the room was comfortable however the door frame in the bathroom needed repairing / painting. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was also peeling due to condensation. I assume these will be fixed during the quieter season.

Bijoux standard room, good location, rubbish breakfast and parking.

City centre location made it only ten minute walk to Cathedral / station etc

Reception staff were moody and unhelpful . Breakfast extremely limited for 9 euros. Tiny pastries, cheese, ham, yogurts and a few bananas in a bowl......no eggs, or cereals even!! Parking is offered for 13 euros apparently in an underground car park - if you can find it. We couldn't based on the road name we were given ( on paper from receptionist) . So we then paid 49 euros to park elsewhere in the city and walk half a mile back with our bags. Much better instructions in the hotel details or the receptionist could have given us a map or more help which would have avoided the issues, and wasted time. I'd recommend staying out of town and using the tram if you have a car!! Our standard room had a ceiling fan but not sure con. Sitting on the toilet my feet touched the wall in front of me and when showering my bottom turned the tap to cold or off. It was very small so tricky to move when washing my hair.

The conditions of walls etc. Our bathroom ceiling had paint falling off and the wall skirts had bits missing. In need of renovation.
