You will love to wake up to the mountain view out your bright, expansive, end-unit townhome with ski-in/ski-out access and large wraparound deck! Lots of light come into your cozy but tech-friendly home away from home with stone fireplace (gas for convenience) and ample room for you and all your family and/or friends! You get Resort amenities which are just a quick walk for the hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool, bar and restaurant and firepits with chopped wood and smores awaiting you! Welcome!

Note: Free High-Speed Internet service is available throughout the resort, no access code needed (but you do have to accept the “terms and conditions” to log on). *Being a large resort and so far up north, it is not always a great connection.

The resort wants us to tell you that you do NOT have access to the “Resort-Planned Activities/Events” and the shuttle, but luckily this is a ski-in/ski-out vacation home!

Our initial stay was postponed due to lack of snow but the owners were so gracious and easy to work with when we decided to reschedule. Great ski in/ski out location and the condo was amazing! Plenty of room for us all. We had the best time and will definitely book again

The communication was fabulous when we had a few questions/issues upon our arrival. The place was perfect for our family, even though there was not enough snow to make it a true ski in/ski out. On a more typical winter weekend, this would be the perfect location! There is also a very large deck that would be great if you were planning a spring/summer/fall trip with family as well.

Overall, it was a typical ski townhome. These are nothing fancy…just the basics. We thought this was more of a ski in/ski out. However, this would have been challenging. It suited our needs and most of our time was spent on the hill. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels.

Great location for enjoying all that Lutsen has to offer. Wonderful to use the amenities on the property, including the pools. The kitchen was very well stocked and we found the living arrangements to well suit our group. This is an end unit with a wrap around deck, which was a bonus!

Great place, Great Location, Great Hosts!

We absolutely LOVED this place! Each winter we take a winter family trip to somewhere in Northern MN...and each of our kids (teens) gets to invite a friend. This time, we went to Lutsen. With three teen boys & two teen girls, it was nice to have 2 bedrooms in the basement with enough beds to accommodate a boy's room & a girl's room. And the king bed & on-suite bathroom in the upper loft was comfy as a parent's retreat! The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary equipment to make all meals ...and the gift of coffee by the host was appreciated. The location was great as a ski-in/ski-out townhouse... it was a short walk to the pool and workout room. The host kept us in the loop with communication throughout, and the check-in & check-out process was a breeze! I definitely recommend this one!

We were visiting in the fall so I cannot speak to the ski in/ski out portion but it was a nice older timeshare unit. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Owner contact was very responsive.

Overall it was a good experience. There are some small issues that should have been fixed before we arrived. Maybe the owner wasn't aware of them, but when you pay what we did, you don't expect to find any issues.

Great location, large security deposit

This is the perfect location for a ski in and ski out unit. It is right near the trail to Moose Mountain! So easy to get the kids on the hill in the morning and back for lunch! The unit is a little out of date (old carpet, outdated kitchen) and kitchen does not have much for storage space. Yet we made it work - cooked all our meals! It was great to have dishwasher that could manage all our dishes! The stove top was not working when we arrived, yet owner was there the next day to fix! Only other comment is that there is a very large security deposit required for the unit. The refund is posted to your credit card 10 days after departure and then you need to wait for the credit card company to process (they say 2 weeks). For me, that meant the expense carried over a billing cycle which made for an expensive bill that month.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our first trip to Lutsen and we were not disappointed. The condo is as listed and the pictures are very accurate. Communication with Jesse was prompt and much appreciated. The condo was very clean. The location was superb. It is ski in and ski out with access to the Caribou Express lift. The beds were very comfortable and so welcomed after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

We plan to make this an annual trip

We had such a great time skiing at Lutsen and the vacation was even better with this ski-in/ski-out condo. With young skiers we found the location perfect so we could ski for a few hours, take a lunch break, and ski from the backyard again in the afternoon. The owners have paid attention to details that made our stay even more relaxing...a fully stocked kitchen, coffee, ski locker, comfortable beds, and a great layout for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We hope to be back.

Beautiful setting, cabin was immaculate and well-laid out. Couldn’t get 2 burners on the stove to work or figure out how to use the fire stick—maybe need more visual directions.

We had a rough start because of a late arrival and not knowing we had received our welcome packet. However, The property manager was quick to respond and help us out. Once we got settled in, we had a wonderful time exploring the north shore and enjoying the resort amenities. The property manager also did a great job of checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything went well for us. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to Lutsen!

This property is in a fantastic location on the North Shore. It’s away from the highway so it’s peaceful and quiet. Yet its right in the middle of everything the North Shore offers. We could hear the rippling Poplar River from the living room. So very relaxing! The place was comfortable and spacious for the 6 of us. The owner, Jesse was attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, because of the lockdown we weren’t able to experience everything this property has to offer. So I guess we will have to come again to experience it all!!!

Beautiful place to stay on the mountain. One suggestion I have would be to remove the LED lighting and replace it with warmer softer Ambiance lighting.
