I'll be back next year.

I was totally surprised by the layout and size of the caravan. My 10 year old boy absolutely loved it, from the moment we stepped inside. Everything was cleaned to a very high standard, from the beds, to the floors, to the fully stocked kitchen cutlery. The views from the Westwood plot was fantastic.

The only thing that was a little irritating, was having to dispose of a few annoying flies in the evening, but never to the point of spoiling the day.

Excellent Accommodation

Everything was perfect, the caravan is located in a quiet place, nevertheless the views are impressive. Very clean accommodation with plenty of space. Highly recomemnded.

One thing we didn't know how it worked was the heating over the night, as it kept turning off. But that was not bad with the mild weather.

Luxury and tranquility in the Lake District

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and peaceful location. 2nd visit to this site and didn't disappoint . Only 20 min drive to Keswick but so much quiter. Bliss.

Nothing absolutely 10 out of 10. Suited our needs and enjoyed a well earned peaceful , luxury break .

I felt it was a little odd that we weren’t greeted by anybody for the whole of our stay,caravan open on arrival and key on table and reverse when leaving. No local information leaflets,no info on local hospital,local shops,etc.

Stayed in a Platinum Caravan which was very impressive with large accommodation and great views!

Luxury Caravan both clean and spacious. Set in peaceful settings with amazing views from our Platinum Caravan. Allocated parking slots next to caravan. Location is perfect for visiting Bassenwaithe Lake, Lakes distillery and Lake District Wildlife Park and good access roads to all other popular destinations within the Lake District.

Unfortunately the onsite shop was closed however easily overcome with forward planning

Amazing stay!!

We stayed in Platinum 3 for two nights and it was beautiful. It really was a luxury caravan, with exceptional decor and furnishings. The location of the park is ideal, it’s close enough to the extremely busy towns of the Southern Lakes , but it’s so nice to leave them for the tranquility of the Northern Lake District.

View from a movie

The view of Plat 3 unit was like the tree in final scenes of shawshank redemption. Beautiful and peaceful. Amazingly kitted out caravan, en-suite in the double room…felt like I was in a class hotel room not like a caravan at all.

No iron in the caravan and the laundry room was closed during our stay.

Peacefull Lakes

Really quiet site and away from the hustle and bustle of Keswick. Caravan was immaculate and had great views to Skiddaw. Fidel the Alpaca was gentle and friendly.

Lovely site in a stunning location

Stunning location with amazing views. Caravan was spotless, lovely white bedding and towels. Comfortable and everything we needed for a week away. Full size fridge and freezer was a bonus. Personally would have preferred a washer to a dishwasher but there is a laundry onsite though this and the shop are currently closed due to Covid. It was so peaceful and quiet and we loved just hearing the birds and taking in the hills and views. There are stunning views from the top of the site over Bassenthwaite so make sure you head up there. Also loved meeting Fidel, ha ha
