About this house rental
Flip Flop Fun Beach House is directly fronted on a canal waterway. These canals are manmade. Some of the older canals have natural edges, and the newer ones have nicer concrete sides to them. 37 Moore is on one of the concrete canals, with deep water, and can handle boat travel, even at low tide. This canal waterway is tied into the Intracoastal Waterway a short distance away. At Ocean Isle Beach, there is a "beach access" street every several blocks. Moore Street is one street over from beach access Leland St. The 37 Moore is about 600 yards from the beach, but the included golf cart is a delight. Kayaks, Ping Pong Table, Game Room, Private Pool, bikes, beach toys, and much, much more. In addition to the included golf cart, we many times have access to a second excellent Street Golf Cart that would be rented separately at additional charge.
Pool Heat available at extra cost. Linens and towels are not included, but can be provided at an extra cost.
This is a spectacular home that has been professionally decorated and will provide a very pleasant setting for you and your family to create a memorable vacation. The home features quartz countertops for kitchen and all full baths, 2 master bedrooms en suite, one on each level, both with king beds, double sinks, and 32" HTVS. The main level Master Suite has a private exit to a street side quiet balcony and the upper Level Master Suite has a private exit to the upper level deck.
Moore St. in a very quiet and peaceful part of the island, as well, making this an outstanding spot for a family group of all ages. The home is located in the east central part of the island, about 16 blocks from the main island road.
The home is large and very nicely furnished and decorated throughout. The golf cart seats 4 with the rear seat that can be used as a seat or folded down to take your beach stuff easily to the beach access. Large game room on ground level, finished and cooled. With great ping pong table and 55" HTDV.
On the main floor (middle level) are 2 bedrooms- one is a master suite (blue bedroom) with king bed and dual sinks in the en-suite full bath. Each has a private bath. The other main floor bedroom (green room) has a queen and twin bed in it, a full bath en-suite, and is very spacious. Both bedrooms have private balconies on the street side and both have 32" HDTV's. Main Floor has bedding for 5 people.
On the upper level are 3 bedrooms. The Master Suite has a king bed, overlooks the canal waterway, and has a private exit to the upper level deck. It has large en suite bath with walk-in shower double sinks. The bedroom is oversized with a table next to the window. There is a Smart 32" HDTV in the upper level Master Suite. There is a second nice-sized bedroom on the upper level with a Queen and Twin and private en suite bath. The bedroom has a 24" HDTV. The bath has a tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom on the upper level small bedroom and has a very nice bunk set. It has an HDTV with DVD and VCR. There is a VCR library of over 50 great kids movies. Upper level can sleep up to 7 people.
The ground level is very nice and has a private bedroom with a bunk set and Queen Bed. The bedroom is nicely decorated and has a 24" HDTV. Ground level has bedding for 4 people.
The ground level game room includes a ping pong table, a 55" HTDV, and plenty of seating.
The 37 Moore has a nice fenced yard on the waterside and a large private dock. Outside underneath house is a nice gas grill and picnic table, plus additional seating. The Private Pool is very nice at 17x9 and under the deck. The way the sun works across the house the seating area around the pool on one side gets very nice sun in the afternoon, but you can stay in shade if you like. The kids can spend extended time in the pool without getting burned during summer. Pool can be heated. Nice seating, including hammock, table and chairs around pool. For safety, pool cannot be accessed without going through a fence.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and microwave, plus a double oven. All appliances are stainless. Great cooktop with 5 burners. The dining room table seats 8, but is big enough to add chairs to the corners to get 10 people. There is extra seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen open to the great room with a Smart 43" HDTV. Just off the kitchen is a 1/2 bath that can be accessed from the hallway and not through a bedroom. On the same hallway on the main level is the laundry room (washer and dryer).
Some of the great features included with the price are... golf cart, bikes, tandem kayak, private dock with seating, beach chairs, great deck seating on street side and canal side, 8tvs, DVD players, board games and card games. The Ping Pong table in the large game room make this a great place for family fun. These extras all provide a nice touch for families and make 37 Moore a great value and a great family choice.

Beautiful property. Exactly as listed. We went for a family trip and everyone had plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked: we were able to cook breakfast each day we were there and dinner one night. Ping pong table and pool were beloved by our kiddos. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

This house was perfect for my family. Everything in the house is first class. The kitchen is a dream, very well-equipped. There are upper and lower decks plus a dock. We did not get around to using the kayaks or bikes on this trip, although they were available. We really enjoyed the heated pool. We rented the extra golf cart and had no trouble parking them at the Leland beach access. There were plenty of toys and games and puzzles and books.We played a lot of ping-pong and flip-cup in the game room.. When we were there in April, there were very few other people in the houses on the canal, and it was very peaceful. Marc is a very generous, considerate and helpful host. There are a lot of instructions on using the heated pool, golf carts, and the house in general, but I don't blame him a bit because it is all so nice and I am sure he wants it to stay that way. We hope we will be able to stay here again in the future.

wonderful space with lots to do. well furnished kitchen. we could walk or ride golf cart to the beach and shops/restaurants and our teenage daughters had so much fun. it was cool and breezy on the beach but the backyard also provided a great place for us to sunbathe and look at the canal. the kids loved having access to ping pong. marc was great to work with and we highly recommend this place!

We all had a great time! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The ping pong table in the downstairs was utilized as well as the pool and the kayaks! It was nice to have the golf cart to transport people back to the house for bathroom breaks from the beach.

We all had a great time. Everyone had plenty of space and no one felt crowded. We all commented on how well kept the property was and Marc was easy to reach and very hospitable. We were treated with respect and thoughtfulness. The property is everything advertised.There is great food in the immediate area and anything you could want within a 30 minute drive. Whether it is a show or food at Myrtle Beach or seafood at Calabash or Burgers at Sunset Beach. Groceries within five minutes and great appliances to cook your own. Beach and Canal access and views and quiet places for a little seclusion. We are already planning our next trip. Enjoy

This house is absolutely amazing to stay in for any length of time. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with anything you could need to prepare anything you would like. Everything worked as expected and there were many things to keep us entertained as a family. Marc (the owner) is very nice and very easy to communicate with throughout the stay. He had answers or guidance for all of our questions. 10 out of 10 highly recommend utilizing this home for any of your trips to Ocean Isle Beach!

Great stay at this house! We have been coming to OIB for 20+ years and this is a very nice canal home with lots of space to spread out. We brought our boat and the dock was very nice and well-maintained. Kayaks, paddleboard and bikes were a great bonus. Golf carts were key for a group our size since this house is not terribly close to the beach. Property was clean and ready early on our check in day and communication with Marc was fabulous. My only minor complaint and this is the case with every rental property EVER - not enough silverware. Overall, hope to come back to Flip Flop Fun very soon!

The communication with the owner was great! The kitchen had everything you need and nice quality. The owners have everything thought through that would be needed. The gates deck and pool was great for our 16 month old granddaughter. The baby gates for the steps were nice to have as well. Quick cleanup with the cordless vacuum was also nice to have.

Our family of 13 enjoyed a Christmas vacation in this wonderful home. There is so much to do. The beach is near by with bikes and a golf cart to make it fun getting there, a pool, ping pong and great decks for taking in the view. Marc, was very helpful with helping our stay be special. Wonderful stay!!
From check in to check out the owner was in contact and made the whole process easy and smooth. The house was amazing. We had two families staying each with a baby (less than 1) and kids ranging from 10-17. The downstairs area and bedroom was perfect for the teenagers. It gave them their own space and was convenient to the outside and pool. Everyone had plenty of space and it never felt overcrowded. The pool was such an added benefit. It’s covered by the upstairs deck so it could still be used when dodging the afternoon rain storms. Everyone was sunburned by the first day so having a shady place to hang out was great. It was a little chilly the first day we arrived and being able to heat it rather quickly was so nice. Having a golf cart was such a plus when carting kids and babies to and from the beach. There was everything you needed for a beach day available in the garage (chairs, bikes, wagons, etc) so no need to over pack. We will definitely be returning to this house for our annual family vacation. Thank you to Marc and his family for sharing their home with us!!

Fabulous Getaway
Wonderful property with wonderful amenities! We stayed with friends and our two teenage boys. Lots of room to spread out and so many considerate perks for guests. The bikes were wonderful for the boys to adventure around Ocean Isle. The golf cart made getting to the beach super easy. We easily heated the pool to allow for more enjoyment.

So much to do!
This house was a great choice for our family! We brought our kids, their spouses and our grandchildren. 11 of us in all.
Even though the house isn't on the beach, the use of the golf cart made getting to the beach, and all around the island, convenient and fun!
Since the weather was a little cloudy and cool on some of our days, we loved having use of the heated pool, the kayaks to take into the canal and the ping pong table. It was great having the bikes for adults AND kids and because it was the off-season, there weren't many houses on the street that were occupied so we felt comfortable letting the grandkids ride up and down Moore Street.
Owner, Marc, was extremely hospitable and easy to reach and communicate with!
We would definitely choose to stay here again!!

This house felt like a home. It was so clean and well decorated. It truly had everything we needed. It was wonderful to be on the canal and have a view of the water. We loved that each of the four bedrooms we used had its own private bathroom. Marc, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Great stay for family with kids!
We loved our stay at this property! Easy access to the beach was a huge plus since we had our little kids (ages 2 and 3) with us. There was also added safety measures that helped with my piece of mind (chain locks on doors to the outside and fence around the pool) so I wasn’t terrified of my adventurous 3 year old getting into trouble. The house had everything we needed and more! Quick golf cart ride to shops, restaurants, and the playground. Communication with the owner was great. We never had any issues getting in touch. Overall, one of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed at. We will definitely keep this property in mind when booking future vacations to Ocean Isle Beach!

We were only 4 adults, so we didn't need this many bedrooms or bathrooms, but we loved that this property included our own dock, kayaks, bikes, golf cart, corn hole, ping pong, plus a lovely water view and awesome sunset views!
