Ev konforu herşey düşünülmüş ve temiz, konumu güzel

Uzun bir İspanya rotası yaptık. Hava çok sıcaktı, kalacağımız yere ulaştığımızda tek hedefimiz serin bir duş almaktı. Ancak bu tesiste duş birkaç saniye soğuk aktıktan sonra kaynar suya dönüşüyordu. Bu bilgiyi bizimle iletişimdeki kişiye bildirdik ancak aldığımız cevap sizden öncekiler rahat kullandılar muslukları farklı şekillerde deneyin oldu. Ertesi gün erken çıkış yapıp diğer kalacağımız otelde duş alabildik maalesef

Modern og sentral

Vi var i Delux leiligheten på toppen. Alt var nytt og av god kvalitet. Fantastisk takhøyde og utsikt. To fine baderom. Veldig praktisk å ha både kokeplate, oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Det er vannkoker, men ikke noe kaffemaskin. Morsomt at sengen er elektrisk!

Det er alltid noe små-lyder: fra baren nede, fra varmeovnene, fra kjøleskapet, vannet som renner i veggene, ansatte som prater rett utenfor rommet sent på kvelden..

Sehr schöner Aufenhalt. Unterkunft war sehr gut. Xavi war immer hilfsbereit und hat unser checkout bis 17 Uhr ermöglicht

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Die Lage war sehr zentral und man kann alles Flussläufig erreichen.

Perfect first visit to Alicante .. close to old and new town ..felt very much at home ..

Elevation over the bar and plaza and local atmosphere.. The balcony and door windows Good facilities and cleaning materials

English printout would have been helpful for washing and maybe a freezer facility .. local map/tourist info would have helpful Could not get air con to work and bathroom sink plug did not work .. could not find the irin

Geweldige locatie overal dichtbij zelfs bij het strand , ook appartement was geweldig ingericht met een top uitzicht op het pleintje beneden ons.

A pleasant place to spend few days close to the beach in Alicante

Perfect location, great host, easy access, beautiful apartment.

Location was ideal for being in the centre of things in the old town. Delicious restaurant right below the apartment and lots of lively bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is designed and furnished beautifully. Really clean, simple and modern yet in a beautiful old apartment building.

If you need 100% quiet to sleep this might not be for you because the noise of people enjoying themselves does travel up from the restaurant below. But if you want to experience the lively, friendly atmosphere of old town Alicante then it's perfect!

I got relaxed and could rest out + good location

It was very clean and the beds where very comfy, good host, always there to help and responded fast if we had any questions. Liked the shower and the apartment looked nice, also got towels to shower and it included tea and water from the fridge!

Great stay in Spain!

It was a great time for us! We feel the Spanish soul of the place. The flat is beautiful and very stylish. Everything is neat and clean. The balconies and the view from the window to the square are impressive. The manager of the flat is very helpful. He takes care of every detail of your stay. I recommend this place to everyone.

A slight downside is noise and leaking windows. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs, so it is noisy all the time. But before arriving the owner informed about it, so I have no complaints.

The property is perfect for a city break. Central for shops, restaurants, bars, marina, beach, tram and buses. The apartment is very modern and immaculate, with everything you need.

Very satisfactory.

Location was near the harbour and the city centre.very handy. A bit too noisy at night, restaurants and pubs were always full of life, but great location in general. We used the bus transport to other cities, walking distance 15 minutes only.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of a beautiful city

Don’t hesitate to book these apartments. They’re beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. 3:1, has doors opening on to 3 balconies, so wonderfully light and airy. The lift was necessary for us and the code system for entry is great. You couldn’t ask for a lovelier space, with everything on your doorstep in this beautiful city. You have clear, friendly and prompt information from Xavi, who is on hand with any help needed.

Fantastic new year break in fabulous accommodation

very clean and refurbished to a very high standard. close to all amenities. the host Xavi was very good to deal with. his arrival and departure instructions were very clear and concise.

We had a pleasant stay at the Balmis apartment and would recommended it to others.

The Deluxe apartment is very spacious and modern, everything is new. It was a comfortable stay, in a great location.

the only problems were that the heating works on and off not constant and there is no oven. The oven function of the microwave doesn’t really work.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location. Very clean and had everything we needed. The no key entry worked well. Thank you for the beer and water in the fridge and coffee, etc it was very welcome
