It was a bright, airy room with good facilities.
The bed was too small, a bigger bed would have made our stay more comfortable.

Access to the building worked smoothly and as told as in the instructions without any flaws.
Our room was drenched with room perfume (hidden behind our room door), so hard that we had to open all windows the entire stay. Our cloths and luggage smelled even days after our stay.
Also, very noicy referring to traffic and airplanes outside as well as other rooms, etc. (confirmimg other reviews here).

The family room was so much better than expected, it’s like 2 rooms in one! Also it was extremely comfortable.
Great place even with an 11 month old traveling for the first time.
It doesn’t have a kitchen or dining room of any kind. There was nowhere to get water for the kettle. Only a bottle with water in the fridge.

The property was lovely. The rooms were stocked well and very clean. The tea and cookies was a welcome addition. The staff was very helpful and were very friendly.

Its a b&b in a quiet street, easy to park.
Small bathroom and bedroom in the ground floor level

Good amenities and very helpful staff when communicating online. Everything was clean and room was cleaned daily
No light and too soft of a matress in our room

The place was very comfortable, stylish and well laid out. Helpful and friendly staff.
Across from the accommodation is one of the oldest bathhouses of Belfast and the only one that still has the swimming pool and changing rooms in place to see. We met with a wonderful guide who showed us around the place with great stories of when it was still in use. And next to it is a gym with 25m, pool for the public.

Nice clean common area
Location not great - a bit far out, no nearby shops, heavily politicised area.

The rooms were beautifully styled and was very comfortable. The location was ideal for travelling to the SSE Arena and into city centre. There were house cleaning services which I did not expect which made the stay more enjoyable.
I found a few hair strands on the bathroom wash basin and shower.

I loved the staff. They were accomodating and extra friendly. The location is also a plus, very close to everything we wanted to visit.

No breakfast nothing else to add
Was more like an Air BnB as everything done on line, I.e check in and apart from calling for entry never saw any staff. Not good for people not technically au fait

Room was good
Lack of staff. Only saw one on day we arrived.

The instructions for the self check-in were well communicated and the self check-in without meeting staff made arrival flexible so no worry if you are running late.
It met expectations really. The room was a little on the small side, but this is my only remark.

The room was great - the bed was very comfortable, there was a good amount of space, and the bathroom facilities were also good. Tea and coffee were available (and refreshed every day), and there was also an empty mini-fridge in the room, which was an unexpected bonus, as we could store things there. Something that I wasn't fully expecting but was really great to have was access to a communal kitchen so we could save money by cooking, and also use the plates and cutlery for meals (rather than eating out of takeout containers with plastic forks!). We self-checked-in, but the staff we did meet through our stay were lovely.
We also received a discount at the cafe across the way, which, while it didn't have a huge selection, what we had was really tasty, it had several vegetarian/vegan options and the staff were great. Access to the city centre via the Glider buses was really convenient. Also highly recommend the Thai take-out around the corner.
Nothing to complain about - really enjoyed our stay!

Good location, near to the City Airport and only 5 minutes away from city centre. Well linked with Slider and Bus stop at 1 minute far by walk. Lovely room, quite, clean and modern. It provides a good accommodation for our 3 days trip. I highly recommend this structures.

Was comfy and no problems
Would be nice to have breakfast or some food included

Very clean and tidy.
The pillows, a bit big and stiff for my taste. Some softer pillows would have been gorgeous.

Convenient location.
Good facilities in room.
Road noise.
Sloping ceiling in toilet of room 17 awkward for tall user.

Room was very clean and comfortable. It was convenient to be able to use the kitchen for breakfast in the morning.
It would have been nice if there was a staffed reception area. I had no problems with check-in, etc, but if I had encountered a problem there would have been no one there to help me.

Location was fine, there was street parking on the road outside the accommodation. Everything was fairly clean and tidy.
The room was very small, and part of the room had the staircase through the ceiling which was hard to avoid hitting my head on and I'm only 5 foot 3. It seems you have no control over the heating in the room, gets turned on and off automatically, and being on a higher floor meant our room got very hot overnight which made it hard to sleep.

The bed was super comfortable, high pressure shower. very clean.
It’s very far away from the centre. I walked it and it took 20-25 mins each time.

The only good thing about Titanic Boutique is that is close to town and a bus service but it is not in a pleasant area.
Our room - supposed to be a double but a third bed had been squeezed in (no where else to store it?) which meant we were squeezed and could barely walk between it and our bed. We had to stand on the third bed to operate curtains, blinds and the window.
The bathroom - inadequate supply of shelving/rails/hooks for our toiletries and towels. The water was scaldingly hot and that the only time our request for assistance/service was met promptly, otherwise we were ignored
The pre-stay information - totally misleading about the ambiance and totally inaccurate about the quality of the accommodation.
So called 4 star accommodation included plastic flowers, fake wood floor and furniture, plastic tray for the tea and coffee things, a fridge but no crockery or cutlery if we wanted to supply our own breakfast. Despite coffee and pastries for breakfast or a Grab and Go bag being promised in the "Guest Area" accessible once you've booked and paid in advance, neither was available. Another example of inaccurate information.
The 'friendly Spanish and English speaking staff on hand to welcome you and provide all assistance' were non-existent.
Information for guests was provided via a series of tersely worded directives on how to lock the front door, be security conscious etc, nothing was friendly or welcoming and the contact person was hard to get hold of.
