The property is so spacious, clean and very close to town centre. Within walking distance to everywhere I needed to go to
4.1
Location
Washing machine was not working.
The keys were not in the box marked / messaged. They were placed in it after two and a half hours of the scheduled time.
4.1
Well equipped kitchen
Small uncomfortable beds. Very noisy location
4.1
Location was good close to high street
Very tatty decor, marks all over walls & stains over carpets. Apartment was freezing & took hours & hours to heat. Bath surround was covered in mould & there was a strong smell when entering. Various essentials missing from kitchen such as just 1 drinking glass available! Little communication when raising this with hosts other than thanks for feedback. Was a shame but wouldn’t recommend for a nice weekend away.

Location is great!
Dishwasher could have been fixed while we were there and the dryer didn;t work very well, it would be better to have a separate dryer.

The kitchen needs some refurbishment. All the doors had side strips either off or coming off, revealling chipboard. The worktop near the cooker had sears from a hot saucepan being put on it, the trim on the fridge built in cupboard was off. There were no compartments in the fridge door for milk or bottles. A dishwasher and washing machine tablet would have been useful, it is impossible to buy just one! Everything has been designed with a 6ft man in mind. The bathroom cabinet mirror was so high I could only see the top of my head. The lighting in the bathroom made it virtually impossible to put on make up, and there was no electric plug near a mirror in the bedrooms to style one's hair. All the pictures were practically at ceiling height. Worst of all, the clothes rail in the wardrobe was so high I couldn't hang any clothes. I needed a step ladder to reach it! Entry was complicated and there is no light above the key pad if you need to get in or out of the garage pedestrian door at night. A grab rail and a rubber mat in the shower would have made it safer, plus a small shelf for shampoos, soaps et. None of the heating was on when I arrived and the apartment was cold.Took a day to warm up.

This was a great stay for our purposes and the flat had everything you could need. A fully equipped kitchen, Internet TV, extremely strong wifi up to 100gb per second download speed, parking and secured access to make you feel safe. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made the rest of the apartment up.
There was nothing wrong with the apartment. Minor things with things like kitchen knives not very sharp but that is normal with all properties that I have stayed at. I would recommend that Salt and Pepper be made available to guests, but other than that nothing else. It was a great stay

It was fine, it's cheap apartment close to Guildford town centre. It could do with a bit of a refresh. It's a clean, spacious apartment which could adequately hold four people with two bathrooms and bedrooms.
Accessing the apartment involves numerous keys,.codes, locks and lifts. It's like the Crystal Maze just getting in.
The flat is generally clean, but the bed we used was not comfortable.
The kitchen could do with some basics, like a set of oven gloves, baking tray etc

Very friendly and attentive host. A great shower and quiet washer/dryer. Love that it's so close to the station and town but is also quiet at night and not at all stuffy in the summer.
4.1
Comfy apartment centrally located. Minimal fit-out. Washer and kitchen convenient.
I didn't have hot water for the first three days (in February). I spoke to the management who were a bit unsympathetic. Eventually, I was woken up by a leaking hot water service and I had to climb inside and shut off the water mains. I was then moved to another apartment in the same complex which was better. The management said they would provide reimbursement for the troubles but once I followed up on this, they stopped returning my messages. Very frustrating given the cost.
Check-in was a bit of a pain as well. Kitchen could do with a few more things. I'll stay in a hotel next time.

problems with hot water at the property we booked caused host to upgrade us to excellent apartment
Only instant coffee! Such a nice appartment needs a coffee machine like nespresso!

Good location near station and town and parking. Would definitely stay at this apartment again.
Only problem the bath panel was broken and nails sticking out of it.

Easy walk to high street, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and castle. Spacious apartment.
Was very hot while we were there so some air conditioning would have been good.
4.1
location and parking

The location is excellent for the town centre. I didn't need to use my car for the 2 days I stayed....I parked it in the basement space (which comes with the apartment, and is another reason I chose this apartment)....and walked everywhere around the town centre from there. The apartment was clean and spacious. I used the main bedroom and ensuite. Very comfy bed, powerful shower. I did not use the kitchen. I was allowed to gain access to the apartment early....very grateful for that as I had travelled overnight and arrived early. Good system to gain access, which I had discussed with Keith beforehand. He was extremely helpful and professional when I spoke to him. My arrival and gaining entry was all very easy and stress-free, which is what you want, especially as visiting for the first time.
The lift was not working when I arrived. Not a problem for me, luckily. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so stairs from the basement, to the ground floor, then to the 1st floor. The only issue I had with the apartment was there was no toilet roll holder in the ensuite. Why not have a stand-alone one, instead of none at all?

Really close to the town, clean and perfect to stay in Guildford
There was a small issue with the bed, not being properly assembled.
4.1
Great location (very close to the train station and city center), very clean, tidy and well-equipped apartment.
My only gripe is the absence of even a basic coffee maker.
4.1
ideal for the town.
issue getting from the underground car park to the property - 1 lift, 1 set of stairs, 6 heavy doors with 1 to key in a code and 2 with keys. properties around are all full of students. accessories in the place were very limited e.g no bottle opener? windows could do with a clean.

self catering, easy convenient
furniture in lounge,

The apartment is light, bright, well arranged and has two bathrooms. The underground car park is secure and convenient. The shower was great. The location is an easy walk from the town and the railway station. We enjoyed being in the apartment, it works well and we would certainly stay again.
The road was a thoroughfare for some very noisy youths in the early hours, which was disruptive but may have been an unfortunate one off. The loo flush needs some attention.
4.1
Location, communication with the owner, overall great.
Bed was very soft and gave some back issues. But it's one of the small complaints for a great apartment.
4.1
Clean and modern flat, underfloor heating, location and parking. Would stay here again.
We expected there to have been soap and more than one toilet roll provided.
