The position of the hotel, is great for easy access by road and on foot, close to the high street, restaurants and shops. It's bright, friendly and pretty cool decor, we only ate snacks but the food was good. The bar is really cool with an indoor/outdoor part great for a summer evening.
The best, were the ladies and gents at reception, honestly super-champs, friendly, funny and just made every entry and exit a little bit special over the time we were there. Thank you!
Nothing much - was a treat

Good size room. It was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable.
There was a smell of damp as you entered the room - room 156

Checking out
The rooms are out dated and look like a brothel with very dim lighting. Fixtures and fittings some was loose. The rooms a million degrees with no way of opening a window. To turn the shower on you need a hard of hulks. The food is over priced for the quality of it. £15 for a vegan burger and that doesn’t include chips. The chicken Kiev wasn’t anything special. The car part is really expensive as-well. The outside of the hotel is also disgusting. Car park flooded from leaking pipes. The building it self needs a good decoration. Was expecting more from a hotel like this. Should have stayed at the premier inn atleast you know what you’re getting.

Spa very nice
Rooms, small and too stuffy
Service at the bar, very slow

The breakfast and afternoon tea exceptional. The spa facilities lovely but bit cramped.
The room was so hot and we could not open the window. Air con set at hot wouldn't cool and had to order a fan. Staff said heating set on all rooms for winter and not room by room. The wet room was not on a slant or did we have access to a mop it stayed full of water after shower so you had to get wet feet to use the bathroom. Floor didn't dry. I had to use the towels in the end. The spa had too many people in so was very busy and no where to sit . I sat outside in the rain in the end in between using the facilities . the parking expensive and not clear. I ended up paying for parking in pay display then informed to move my CSR to another floor for hotel level and had to pay again.

The staff at the Harbour are the final piece of the puzzle every time, so attentive and polite, they make us feel welcome every visit.
The key card doesn't always seem to work in the car park, it's a little frustrating but not a big problem.

Brilliant location in town centre with on site parking . Comfortable facilities, quiet room
Parking was charged as an extra on already pricey room
Car park was hard to find and couldn’t be accessed until after check in

Had two spa treatments that were great! (Massages) had a bit of trouble with room key but staff so happy to help!! People on the desk are all lovely!!
I would have liked to have done one of the yoga classes while I was there but even tho was in a suite and booked two spa appointments I couldn't join a class which was a shame, would have been happy to pay for it if given an option. Otherwise awesome stay!

Clean, lovely facilities and friendly staff

Location was great, staff very professional and friendly. Easy check in / check out
We weren’t able to use outside terrace due to private function. This was a big selling point of using hotel so disappointing- would have been nice to have some outside space offered but plenty of pubs in the town offered this. Outside of windows needed cleaning

Love the quick check in and check out and cleanliness and the fact that it’s near everywhere
The car park fee is a bit cheeky when they could cover that for the amount of the stay and the pool not available for kids. It’s not exactly family friendly

the door is as broken and could not stay there told staff about the door 2 times

The location and the building itself is in good nick and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms clean. Breakfast / food is good, although mildly pricy.
The shower is very small and not made for tall or large people. The bedrooms on the lower levels and facing the street can get a lot of noise.
