Nice however the facilities weren't available and they were the reason we booked with Royal Woods

The Staff were lovely and helpful

Facilities were not available and the heated pool and hot tubs were part of the reason we booked as our son was in a 3 day Volleyball competition and needed the heat.

Looks are everything! It looks nice but the apartment made my skin crawl.

The surroundings of the complex were lovely as it was very leafy and the buildings looked grand with their archways.

Quite steep as its uphill. The apartment itself could do with some improvements. We'd cooked a meal in our kitchen and left some food aside for later. When we went back to it there was an army of ants swarming over the food, they seemed to come from under the hob. Underneath the sink unit we'd found some insect / bug spray which quickly put stop to the ants although the food was wasted. The bath had a few spiders and when running the cold water tap brown water seemed to leak from the join. When we told staff about the ants they didn't seem to bothered - probably already knew about the problem hence the need to keep insect spray under the apartment. Very expensive stay even though it was last minute and Easter Sunday.

Perfect quiet weekend away!

Everything was great! Excellent place to have a quiet weekend away, with everything needed only mere minutes away. Has the "home away from home" vibe and everything you need and more. Perfect for a world away weekend from the norm without being in the middle of a loud city centre. Great service from staff and great amenities!

great stay, roomy villas, loved the balcony, adding a kitchenette instead of a convection microwave with two hot plates

private villas instead of apartments, well kept grounds, although around our villa the plants near pathways needed attention. great facilities

villas could be updated, Netflix could be added for movies etc, and they had a smell which could be addressed, however for the price you couldn’t complain!

Very good

It is within a gated community. It was so quiet and peaceful and exactly what we wanted. Everything was within a 15 min drive and we were away down the hustle and bustle of the city but within it.

Nothing, the furnishings are a bit outdated but it really was not an issue. The room was super clean and tidy.

Easy, check in was easy and quick and loved the homey feel!

The unit was homey and very comfortable, the bathroom was huge! Slept amazing in the bed, and it was such a quiet area!. The two staff we met were lovely and helpfull.

Nothing really, was really nice place to stay in for the night!
