Not very friendly receptionist and breakfast below average

I liked the location very hand so we could walk to Murrayfeld Stadium. All staff were really lovely
It cost me nearly £700 to stay for 2 nights, I understand that the prices were elevated as we were Edinburgh to see Taylor Swift but I really felt that this was just pure greed

Clean and welcoming. Breakfast pleasant. Easy 30min walk to Murrayfield using cycle way behind hotel.
We attended for a popular Murrayfield concert and the pice was £750 per room - the weekend after and the cost would have been £270! The price increase was ridiculous. I felt we were taken advantage of.

Very clean, good location, and friendly staff
Price was very ramped up due to demand for Taylor Swift. Also the rooms were not very well sound-proofed.

Nice room size, booked a twin and got 2 rooms instead which worked well for us.
Had a nice little gift bag of goodies.
Good walking, woodland path, to Murrayfield.
Gluten free options at breakfast and happy to prepare separate things from the buffet for you
Noise from other guests and hear water running when rooms above were showing or using toilet flush.

Accommodating and professional staff very helpful
Elevators need to be bigger in capacity!!
As I notice a flow of guests in and out and when they are checkin and checkout struggle with their luggage bringing them in and out.
Elevator need servicing as well.

The staff was overwhelmingly helpful. The food service was very good and the bd was very comfortable
There is a ton of construction. Happening in the city which has closed many of the roads. Consequently, it took longer than expected to get to the hotel. Obviously, this is no fault of the hotel but the traveler will need to allow a bit more time to navigate the streets.

Was a good sized room for 2, had a lovely bath and was providing with some nice products.
Was very noisy and a loud strange noise kept coming from the air vent waking us up throughout the night.

Nice and up to date, very clean, great staff car park a bonus
All good

The location was perfect. The staff were very helpful in guiding us to the bus and which one to take. The view of Edinburgh was lovely.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Very poor night sleep, which resulted in us leaving a day early. (Having young children and no sleep turns into a disaster fast.) When we let the staff know we were leaving early, they didn't ask why and seemed very relaxed about it like it was common.

The room was as expected and the area for meeting people was excellent. Breakfast was good with food replenished frequently.
The Exit sign for people was not very clear

Nice room. Very clean. Well located on bus route into city centre
Breakfast was chaotic. A lot of litter in car park and surrounding grounds.

Breakfast spread should be better

It was dated and shabby and the room had a stale smoke smell. For the price, it was not good value.

The bathroom smelt. Staff did a deep clean but still had a smell that was not good.

convenient and very clean and a good breakfast.
can’t adjust air conditioner as it’s locked down. there was also either another room fan vibration or something from the power room next door making a faint annoying noise all night.
it’s one of those noises when it’s all quite that’s really annoying

Great view from our room on the top floor! There was plenty of space for 4 of us and the beds were really comfortable. We thought the location was great, easy to head into the heart of Edinburgh and there was plenty to do around us too. We would stay here again, it was spotlessly clean, staff were great.
When it came to breakfast time it was a little chaotic. Items running out, crockery running out, they seemed understaffed for the amount of people, we thought the space allocated for everyone to eat in wasn't very big, quite cramped.

Comfortable bed.
Room was noisy. Every time a toilet was flushed in any room above, noise of rushing water in the pipes could be heard in the room.
4.0
Room was decent size and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and open early which I needed. Location was outside of city but the Bus stop outside helped. Enjoyable stay all round.
Breakfast could have had more selection of cooked food and a better toaster which was inconsistent. But opened early which was I needed and everything else was fine.
