Breakfast was good
At the expensive restaurant I ordered Sea Scallops what I got was pressed fish shaped flat perfectly round like cut with cookie cutter. I told staff these aren't Scallops just got a blank look. I emailed management got no response

The grounds were kept beautiful and the staff were mostly lovely. Our ocean front villa was spacious with a decent fridge. The gym was great, newish equipment and great position. Buffet food was very good, especially the breakfasts.
The bordering ocean and estuary were dead. I suspect chemicals are overflowed into the water, killing any sea life close to shore. There was only one pool with limited beds that were constantly reserved with towels (staff should remove towels). Restaurants had to be booked a day ahead to ensure food availability. The service at the Talei and food quality was very poor. A number of our group were very sick within hours of eating there.

We liked the facilities and the staff. Nice that tennis, snorkeling and other things were free. The snorkeling was nice.
We did not like the use of plastic cups. We don’t get that to be honest. Not a lot in the area. No grocery store nearby.

The swim up Bar was convenient.
The buffet restaurant was clean.
General dissatisfaction of staff. Most were rude disinterested.
Room is falsely advertised here. I booked for a 2×2 double bed room but when checked in I was told that the room has one queen and one single which was difficult for me traveling with toddler.
Even the new rooms are run down, beds are creaking, and a small TV has been just shoved into the room without any proper coverage.
When we went for breakfast eventhough within time for breakfast, were told that the staff were preparing for lunch and this was at 10am.
Double check your bill. Not my first visit and my room was charged for things that I did not order.
The hotel is completely under - staffed. There are not enough pool towels and there is no extra effort by staff to assist you, with a caveat that the concierge were probably the best out of the lot.
Not enough variety during buffet. Breakfast and dinner had the same fruits available and it is difficult when you go with kids who like some more fruits.
I have visited a few times but after my latest visit, I can say with certainty that this will probably be my last.
Think twice before booking.

The location
In spite of the fact that checkin time is at 2pm and check out at 11am, the room wasn’t ready till 3:30. Ordered a la carte lunch in the Restaurent, worst mistake we have ever done. Fish curry tasted like undercooked rubbery fish which was not even warm. Tandoori chicken tasted like the Chiken was microwaved and not from the tandoor. What a waste of money.
Now, we get inside the room it’s all watery. I understand it’s raining and humid but how come a hotel room have entire roof covered with water droplets , walls watery and everything wet. Even our clothes were wet overnight. Horrible experience, never been to such hotel honestly.travelled to more than 40 countries and stayed in several resorts but never been to one like this before.

Staff were friendly and helpful .
The grounds have plenty of places to sit and look out to the ocean views.
Fire walking Friday Night was great .
Rooms well serviced and cleaned daily.
Food was poor quality.
Drinks took too long to order ,usually served warm, not icey cold .
Having to sign for everything you ordered, food and drinks, then check and pay for extras on checkout ... What a waste of time and energy when on holidays
Too far out of Nadi, good 90 to 120 minutes from airport.
We paid for Studio Villa, and on arrival, we were taken to Room 217 upstairs ocean view.
Management didn't want to help ,not worth the money ,matinence issues 4 times with air conditioner not working ...
No Adults Only Area to relax...

Wonderful and heart-warming staff. The facilities were nice and the surroundings beautiful. All inclusive package was good and we really liked the possibility to choose from a grill menu or use the other restaurants than just the buffet. It wasn’t always clear was was included in the package though.
Well, there wasn’t much not to like. Of course the place is a little worn-out in some parts but still clean and cosy. And they are making renovations all the time. Late check-out was a bit pricey. I would have understood it if it included all inclusive for the time we payed for but it was just for the room and 30 local dollars per hour for that is a bit too much. But still we enjoyed and would highly recommend!

Great value for money, pool area was fantastic, Bamboo Terrace restaurant was exquisite. Room location was great.
Don't feel like activities were very well advertised. Room was a bit small but suited its purpose. Kids club wasn't as exciting as others experienced - but that could have been due to bad weather.

Volleyball
Pool facilities
hammocks
shows / performances - fire show & meke show
All inclusive package
Communication could improve - Confusing dining/menu system - given different information from various resort staff. Also given incorrect information when booking tour with tour desk.

The resort itself was lovely, Staff were friendly and helpful!
The food in Bamboo Terrace and Talei was good.
Breakfast was also good.
The Buffet food was very average and overpriced.

Welcoming and the singing team (at the buffet) were very friendly and always spoke professionally yet friendly and politely.
Room felt like was cleaned in a rush - some details were missed e.g dirty mirror, no spare toilet paper, bathroom felt was blocked as it did not drain very well, etc
Bed was very hard - sleep was uncomfortable and woke with sore body.

Overall fantastic hotel. Rating would’ve been higher if the hotel returned our emails over the past week regarding the return of our $250 deposit that we had to make at the start of the trip and we’re initially told could be taken off our bill at the end but then couldn’t be at the end of our stay, where we were told it would be refunded into the nominated bank account (however it has been a week and have sent numerous emails and have not received a response nor our refund). Once we do I will be changing my rating.

Food was good. There was something different to choose from. Vegetarian options were a bit limited but even so there was something available to eat. Pool towels were all out on Wednesday so the facility could look into having towels dependent on the number of guests they have.
I think the approach should be even to all nationals always. you are serving someone who might have saved as much to enjoy and relax thus either international or national the treatment should be the same.

The only good thing were the friendly staff
The food was poor, and very expensive. Yes children under 12 ate free, but not a good selection or quality. Comunication was not good. We wanted to visit the Warrick to compare, but we were not permitted to enter the grounds even though it is owned by the same company. We found the location was not good. It was too remote. They didnt give you any milk or bottled water in your room. There was no plug in basin. Did ask for one but didnt get it. On one day we only got one towel for two people. No alarm clock.

Location and Beach
Rooms were very basic and far from the reception and facilities.
Room lacked items for e.g. in
the room there was an ironing board but no iron
Pool closes at 7pm which is sad as during the day pool is mostly busy since there are no separate pools for adults and kids.
I was billed extra $10 as community donations which wasn’t advised before.

Abit out of the way to shops, cafes, restaurants etc.

My family loves staying at the Naviti. Comfortable rooms and big property for kids to play and explore. But really the best thing about the resort is the hospitality. Exceptional staff who are genuinely welcoming and friendly.

Location, room, food kids activities were amazing 👏.
Receptionist was rude 😒 on our arrival, asking for cash payment, when all payments were done via booking.com. and also asking for all our passports, when my mother in law doesn't have one. She is a local. The manager wasn't very helpful either. But all other ground/porters/chef's/cook's and maintenance staff were very much helpful. Amazing people.

Spacious and friendly staff
1. We checked (2 rooms) and they charged us twice! Long time to get the accounting to reverse the payment. When we will see the money back is to be seen.
2. Checked in at 14. Called many times to get towels. Nothing. At 19+ we lost patience and we finally got 2 only and for shower only.
3. The 'glass boat' to see the coral reef (25fjd each)? Small glasses which were dirty ans half broken. Engine on off every 2m had any fish escaping.
4. Breakfast option were few, no allergens shown (as all other Fijian hotels do) and people used cutleries for everything.
5. Pool full most of the time. People drinking inside and spilling
6. The curtains were not darkening at all. So sun wakes you up early, too early.

A quite location with well established tropical gardens by the sea. Friendly and welcoming local staff. Great live entertainment after dinners.
Needs improvement in rooms lighting, more variety is needed at buffet breakfast and flying bugs need to be controlled. Dinner time food and drinks delivery for table orders is very slow.
