We had a great stay, the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful.

The friendliness of the staff, how clean the accommodation was, the rooms where big and plenty of cupboard space. We also like that we could go to the dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I would have like a clock, hairdryer in the room.

BOOK IT !!You won't regret your stay here

I booked the accommodation on the morning of check-in. After a early morning start with young kids, we arrived at the accommodation about 1100. I thought it would be best to go check at reception if my booking was indeed confirmed as it was only booked hours earlier and with limited internet, I couldn't check. I was met by the wonderful staff who were soo welcoming and friendly. She saw a tired bubba in my arms and said I could check in then if I want (1100) . Almost 4 hours before check-in time! SUPER GRATEFUL ! the accommodation itself is STUNNING and perfect for a family. They had everything we needed and made our short stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The beach is literally across the road. Great for a little beach play with kids and a long walk but not very suitable for swimming in my opinion. I would definitely be staying here on my next visit and definitely recommend this. Maui bay is just a short drive away as well.

Not something I didn't like but rather something that would make this place more EPIC , would be a swimming pool or a paddle pool for kiddies. My kids had an amazing time regardless. The staff are soo lovely. Thankyou to everyone at Coastal Suites. 1 very Happy mumma ❤️

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at coastal suites. Value for money. Would definately stay again. Thankyou!

The suite was perfect! Big shower, separate toilet and a big kitchen also. Very Clean! Heat pumps in both bedrooms aswell and the living room aswell as ceiling fans, game changer!Ample room i found that it could easily fit 2 couples easily. Staff are very helpful and having a restaurant/bar onsite is also great. Food is delicious and resonably priced. Checking in and out was an easy process also

Was an amazing experience for our first time in Fiji due to everyone at Coastal Suites.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the night Security Guard (Ali) who had the keys for our accommodation and helped us take our belongings upstairs to our room due to our late arrival and check in.

Are you looking for a clean place with good people? This is it!

I do not write normally review, but this place is special and it deserves a honest feedback, because is really difficult to find such a fabulous accommodation in Fiji like this one. When I arrived I was really sick and weak. The whole team including the owner lady were very kind, offered me a help and the staff even offered me to help me with my 2 years old. These things add a massive value for me when it comes to the humanity, because people in this place got a heart and do not see only the profit like any other places where we stayed previously. Me and my family felt very comfortable, relaxed and specially I have to point that the place was CLEAN and the bedding with bathroom were really spotless. I personally hate dirty places. unfortunately hygiene and cleanliness is vastly missing in many Fiji hotels/ accommodations, even in more stars hotels, but thankfully not in this place! The kitchen is pretty well equipped, so it’s possible to cook meals or breakfast. The restaurant belongs to the apartments with tasty food and very fair prices,so no problem who doesn’t want cook, because there is a room service as well. They actually play music in the restaurant, but I loved every single tune so it didn’t bother me and it was not loud after 22:00 at all during our stay. I am not a TV lover, but TV worked well and also Wi-Fi which added the value when the weather wasn’t outdoors friendly. The only advice is; for more enjoyment you would need definitely a car to explore surrounding areas. We spent 8 nights here and I would spend even more if we could. Sorry no pictures as I forgotten, but nothing different as you can see online. Thank you for your service as a team you were fantastic and bless you all 😊🙏

The absence of kitchen curtains and the inadequately sized curtains throughout, which resulted in a lack of privacy.

Very clean , helpful staff . I gave Ali(security)a tip and he took extra care of our car in the car park at night and made sure our room was very well safe during the nights .

Bad management

Most staff very friendly and welcoming. I was travelling alone and they made effort to befriend and talk to me.

On the 3rd night I was there the security guard forcibly kissed me and propositioned me to receive oral sex from him. Shared this with the manager and was told he was fired, actually hotel staff confirmed only for the duration of my stay. I wanted to cancel my stay but manager refused to give me a refund so I could stay somewhere safer. Owner did not contact me to confirm outcome of security guard employment or to offer an apology or refund the cost after i was assaulted on their premises. Had found out from multiple staff this was the security guard's 3rd complaint and nothing had been done about him. The owner knew that he had 2 prior complaints made against him. The manager lied and said this was the forst complaint she heard even though multiple staff told me that he had complaints made against him previously. I felt mistreated and lied to by management and owner about how this was handled. She looked me in the eye and told me to trust her and I feel betrayed by her deception and disregard for my safety, as well as other female guests by continuing to employ someone who had complaints made against him. It is not a safe place to travel if you are a woman.

Convenient, Clean and Cozy

We had an amazing time . The property is located close to town and easily accessible by car. The property was clean and had all the necessary amenities . The staff went above and beyond to assist us

Exceptional

Impeccable service and clean rooms. The staff is so friendly, it feels like a family and at the same time very professional. My son left a soccer ball in this hotel, and we realized when we moved already to the next stop Yasawa Islands. We were planning to be back in Nadi in 4 days at the hotel that is 2 hours away from Coastal suites. We called them to help out abd didn't expect anything, but to our surprise they dropped the ball at our last stop before our flight home. These guys are amazing!

First of all, we would like to thank Coastal Suites for providing a wonderful service to my husband and I. It was our honeymoon holiday & we were so grateful to have chosen this accommodation. It was worth the money spent. We enjoyed our dinner on the first night of our stay; lamb curry & BBQ chicken pizza. I was impressed by its deliciousness. We also enjoyed the facilities & appliances provided in our room. From cooking to sleeping, the king beds were so comfortable. The size of the apartment room is definitely FAMILY size. We got what we paid for, just like in the web images. We highly recommend. Grateful for the quietness, the privacy & the cleanliness on the property. Location is great- it takes about 5mins drive to Sigatoka town. Very Convenient. Thank you so much Coastal Suites. We applaud you for your professionalism. Sota Tale!

I only wished the apartment was located by the beachside rather than situated next to a residential yard that can be an eyesore. FYI, the location of the beach is a walking distance from the apartment (3mins)

Very good

The staff were lovely and attentive. Ali, Manu, and Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. As did the rest of the staff. The area was quiet. The apartment was spacious and new. It was centrally located between both Nadi and Suva, making exploring accessible on both sides. The driver, Nilesh, who we used daily, was knowledgeable, prompt, and fair priced. We will definitely stop by next time we're in Fiji. Thanks for making our honeymoon both enjoyable and relaxing.

The water cut off daily, and the beach down the road was littered with rubbish. And no pool, but we were able to use the resort down the road for a small fee.

Very spacious apartment

Very spacious apartment in a modern property, just off the main road leading to the center of Sigatoka, which is about 4 km away. The host and staff were very friendly and helpful to arrange taxis and to help us with practical things for the kitchen. Very pleasant stay!

Our room was just next to the restaurant and bar, so in the evening it would get quite noisy.

Spacious and fully equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful especially the men and Jenny who stayed back to complete our washing after hours. Loved that all suites had multiple aircons throughout the suites. Rooms are nice and big.

Shower flooded every shower we took because drain was blocked so we showered with jandals as I didn’t like the thought of dirty water on my feet. Also when I arrived they tried to charge me $1665 more than what I was quoted and confirmed via book.com and email confirmation. All quotes given by those in charge were more than what I would be quoted on here at booking.com or when dealing directly with the vendor. For example the director of the coastal suites quoted me $450 for a airport transfer via a minibus. Locals and others said that’s way too expensive so I went onto the booking.com app and booked a minibus transfer for $150 cheaper than what I was quoted by Coastal suites director. Very concerning and scary to think how many people were quoted incorrectly.
