Nicht empfehlenswert

Bett ist nur 1,4 m breit, kein Nachttisch, Bett steht an der Wand, Badezimmer war nicht sauber, nur ein Stuhl für zwei Personen, Abzug im Bad ging nicht. Alles ist sehr renovationsbedürftig.

I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the ataff were, they were amazing. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was clean. Overall a good stay for the price I paid.

Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like, the experience was good. The shower could have used a bit more room and more ventilation but it was not too bad. The breakfast was good but it would have been nice to see a wider variety of spread options for the toast.

I will not stay their again

Location is right near the road not good for me at all I did not get alot of sleep at all and their were marks on the sheets and I don't like that at all and I was hearing people walking pass my room late at night as well the floors are all wood and in the bedroom as well

if you just want a place to sleep, with limited amenities, then this place would meet your needs.

a very short walk to the shops and station

The inside air was stale. the room was exceptionally basic. No eating utensils. A fan but no air conditioning. the walls were thin, so much so you could hear what was going on next door. I didn’t feel secure either.

It was okay

Decor and atmosphere was nice, provided facilities and a bed to sleep in. Good area, central to where we needed to be which was helpful. Staff was nice, room was clean enough.

Breakfast was not provided as "We're not doing breakfast today". We were told the day before that breakfast would be happening and had to make other arrangements instead which was frustrating. Underneath the bed and under the cupboards were dusty.

Nice place. Simple, clean, warm and with breakfast 🙂

Great location, in the heart of the New Chinatown. With car park included. With plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to the train station (7 minutes walking). Family room that accommodates my family of 4. Special thanks to Linda for the warm welcome and always willing to help.

Bathroom too narrow and deserves a better door. The room size is great.

Was there for a postcard fair at Croydon.

Conveniently close to Burwood RSL Club

Breakfast was not supplied. All I was given was an apple and a chocolate. Lucky I had a quick serve porridge which only needed to be made up with hot water.

Do not waste your money!!!!!

Nothing!

Tiny room more like a prison cell than b&b. Private bathroom was a toilet and a shower in the cupboard which had a 40-50cm step to get up into. We were on top floor with very steep steps and one of us had bad knee (no lift!) Fridge and microwave were in a tiny cupboard and had to plug them in ourselves. Advertised foxtel but we didn't have it on our TV. Was told on arrival breakfast was between 7-9 so went down at 8am but no staff to be found and breakfast room was locked so we didn't even get breakfast with our prison cell. Absolute rip off and would have been better off sleeping in the car

I’m not happy

Hi there I’m ready i’m ready write down in our notes when I do our reservation I have to arrive at hotel 11:30 and this not any people send us to explain me the check in time maximum at 9 PM for this reason I’m arrive to the hotel by taxi and I didn’t found anybody there in any case. Thank you for your feedback and I hope we didn’t pay this amount for our booking a reservation for nothing thank you. Ahmed

Unpleasant

Found the rooms to have a very unpleasant odour which made me feel very nauseous. Also provided notice I will be leaving early and asked for a refund for 1 day as I did not require it. Would not refund blaming booking.com

over all disappointed

the room was very roomy. beds were comfortable. air conditioning worked well bar fridge and microwave but no kettle. nice and close to the train station. staff friendly

on arrival the windows were open with no fly screens so we had flies and mozzies in the room. when we asked for fly spray they only had a little bit. The blankets were only half blankets and didn’t cover the bed. we were also told there was a kettle in the room but there was not. Really disappointed with the breakfast offered. we had the option of toast with a few mandarins and only butter and jam or sultana brand, all fiber or weetbix cereal. 1 type of milk, no idea what type it was. and a bowl of chocolates.

Served too late of a morning , especially 8.30 on Sunday . I was travelling with my young son and he wakes at 7 am , and nothing available till 8.30

I wouldn't stay there again.

Satisfactory

Disturbed sleep due to some tenants partying till all hours in the morning . Very disappointed in the hosts fulfilment of their responsibility to stop any unnecessary noise after 11pm. This is clearly stated, as pointed out to me by the manager, on a billboard located at the entry of the building. The noise reduction in the whole building needs to be addressed as you can hear tenants music and tv's etc going in the next door and in above rooms.

Very close to Burwood RSL.

Maybe a bit of clearing of some boxes in the lounge would be a good idea.
