The transportation from the port to the hotel was done through their small luxury boat, and the journey was amazing.
We are received at the hotel and check-in the room in very short time.
The staff and the concierge were amazing and regularly follows up using WhatsApp to arrange for reservations, room service, etc.
small ants were noted in the room.

Wow! What an exceptional place! Never seen something like it!
Everything is so special: the layout, the design, the facilities, the views, the food, the service... I can't recommend this place enough. It was a magical stay!
We came mid-December, which is low season, and we were the only guests in the hotel. It was quite an experience! The staff gave the most personalized service, asking us what we wanted to eat, if we had any special requests, if we wanted to change rooms, if we wanted them to heat the pool, and answered all our questions via WhatsApp.
Our room was incredible with the most spectacular view, and an unbelievable bathroom. What a dream!

Incredible property, well maintained, unique and it’s a positive that it’s not in central town but slightly on the outskirts to avoid the crazy tourist chaos of Positano.
Nothing, everything was amazing.

Location is very great and staff were very good. Beautiful garden and Morocco decorations.
The entrance is unnoticeable and no one told us so we wasted nearly 30mins looking for it as the concept is to make the place like secret garden.
The value of money is very low after we saw our worn-out junior suite and all facilities. No swimming pool, one restaurant only, small options in the menu.
Staff at reception and restaurant were great and efficient, but nowhere near enough. Had to be patient for service and food.
Most parts of the hotel need renovations big time considering how much we paid and after staying in other 5star hotels around here.
TV was very small, old and 5m from our bed with glasses partial blocked the screen.
NO dressing gown/bathrobe provided in the suite. Could you believe it? Spoke to 3staff and none understood.
Housekeeper came in the room at noon WITHOUT knocking the door and we were half naked. Made up room but not clear off used glasses nor replaced our tea/ coffee. Must call each time.
Bathroom smelled of funny gas.

The food at the hotel wasnt very impressive.

The property is stunning and the staff is incredible! The staff helped us set up several excursions and gave great recommendations on things to do. The food at the Maestro’s restaurant was so good we ate there almost every night. We appreciated how few guests stay at one time ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The only disappointment is the size of the pool.
