Not pleasant

The pillows provided in the hotel were dirty and smelly -i had to ask one of the housekeepers to take them with him-the deco pillows in yellow. The night before our exit we requested for packed breakfast that we had paid for but this was not provided. I would not recommend the hotel or opt to stay here again.

The dirty pillows and poor customer service. The reception area floor mats were dirty and smelly as well

Very good.

The location was convenient. The staff at the reception was great! The receptionist Raissa was very welcoming and supportive. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

The last day, there was a lot of noise due to some masonry work.

Excellent stay

The Location for the Business People is Excellent. The 3 Bedroom Appartement is just Perfect with Amazing small Terrace where we can Spend Early Morning.

The Utensils used should Be Cleaned Minimum 2 to 3 times,which they do it only once. Inspite of so many Indian's there was no Indian Breakfast.Work On that ...that will attract More Indians

very clean and helpful staff with directions and getting taxis

did not sleep well, woken by other guests at 4am shouting in the corridors for an hour. The doors and walls let in every noise, I could hear next room in shower etc. On check out tried to charge me more, despitevme paying on checking in and not eating at hotel, not many english speaking staff to assist with issues.

Very good

The hotel has a really good location, safe and close to everything that we needed. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly.

It was a bit expensive. Food offer at buffet was every day the same. Hotel policy is that no alcohol drinks including beer is not served.

Good stay overall

Best in the hotel is the staff. Always ready to support, always smiling, really excellent staff. The room was very big, spacious and confortable. Breakfast was really good. There is also a nice pool on the roof with a gym.

Wifi was not always reliable sometimes being slow or stopping to work. What was annoying is the noise in the room at night mainly due to ACs from nearby rooms. Also some times it was noisy in the streets too.

Location!

The kitchenette and location was great.

The pool was closed and had been closed for months but did not state that on website. The electricity was poor you could use microwave and stove together. Also it went out during Tue night cause the room to overheat and wake me up.

Great stay with a little bit of improvement needed

The hotel has a really good location, safe and close to everything that we needed. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. We especially liked the AC and the comfortable bed. The breakfast had lots of options, however it was not in the price of the booking. Overall we had a very nice stay in this hotel, thanks for welcoming us.

We had a very late flight and when we asked for late check out, we would have to pay for staying 3 additional hours (with a small child) in the hotel. We would have appreciated if they could make this favor for us but it's not a big deal. The shower should have a door or curtain. The bathroom was full of water after showering, no matter how careful we were. The swimming pool was not open due to Covid - I understand it was not the fault of the hotel itself.

The service was excellent just At first the towels was very old we complained later they change them . Everything else was excellent. The staffs are very friendly and nice .

Good

Hotel is very centrally located with lots of resturants close by. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Our flight was very late in the evening and the hotel allowed us to checkout at 7pm with no extra cost.

Breakfast had very little choice.
