Everything was great. A wonderful continental style breakfast, but then Jill cooked a hot portion as well!!! Could not get that anywhere else in our experience,

We loved this place. Exactly what we were looking for. Easy parking outside, a lovely room with excellent beds, a nice shower, kettle and complimentary drinking water. Spotless clean. The host is very nice and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast (great selection!). Easy walk into the city center as well. Highly recommend.

We stayed at several B&B’s during our stay and this was the first one that the proprietor made us feel like they didn’t want to be doing this any longer. Room was cold when we got there so asked for a space heater and she gave me one but said “it is an Edwardian home maybe you should put some more clothes on”. I had on a long sleeve shirt with sweatpants and heavy socks.? Food was excellent for breakfast. Parking was very convenient! Location is close to old Sarum and cathedral with a car. Bed comfortable and towels softest at all B&B’s we stayed at.

Good location ..... just 20 min walk to city centre
Good selection in breakfast buffet
The lamps in the room were wholly inadequate as reading lights.
The directions from Booking.com were dangerously misleading ...... they took us to the postal address [Castle Road]which is on a busy main road but the entrance to the property is actually at the rear and accessed via a quiet side street [Victoria Rd] No communication from Booking.com mentioned this nor did the property details provide this key information!! ...... we discovered this by chance when we turned off the main road with a view to parking up and exploring on foot as we'd been unable to find the entrance to the car park from the main road!! The details should state quite clearly that access is via Victoria Road

Beautifully presented guest house. Comfortable rooms with well appointed ensuite. Cooling fan provided which was so nice in the hot weather. Breakfast was delicious. We were expecting a continental breakfast but a cooked one was offered along with fresh fruit and berries. Parking is on site but you can easily walk into town. We would definitely stay here again
That we only had one night to enjoy this beautiful place.

Well presented and the host's couldn't do enough for you room was comfortable and clean in a nice location.
Telly a bit small but adequate, and would have preferred a full English breakfast.
