Free coffee and water. Even the coffee isn't really good. Location is close to the ferry
Airconditioning only from 6pm to 10 am. I was afraid to turn around at night because the bunk beds make a lot of noise. No common area to meet travellers and no kitchen.
Really basic hostel and looks old.
Also they want you to fill out a form the day before. They sent you a picture, but it is impossible to fill this in on your phone? They want your card details. On arrival they want another form with your card details. I don't trust it and never had it anywhere when I did a booking at this website.

The staff were really friendly to me, and the hotel itself was really clean. The bed was very comfy, and I felt safe when in the hotel.
I had to close the toilet door as there was a bad smell that came through to the bedroom which was overpowering through the night. I had to make sure the fan was on to get rid of the smell. The water downstairs would have been better if it was chilled and not at an ambient temperature.

Nice spacious rooms, very clean. Great location and great facilities in the room.
Nothing negative to say apart from the coffee being served until 10. Went to get coffee at 9.40 and it was gone so asked if they could refill. They asked someone to refill enough for 1 person and it took about 40 mins and then someone else ended up drinking it or else it was never refilled. It should be unlimited coffee until 10!

Super clean, free water and coffee

nice affordable hotel, in a good location
as soon as you book, you have to fill out a form within 48h or they cancel your booking. this is a nightmare when travelling with little internet and only a phone to edit pdfs in. turns out they didn’t even use the form after spending half an hour trying to sort it! they asked for all the card information to be written down again on check in. it just makes a otherwise good hotel much more of a stressful stay.

Good location. Spacious and comfortable room. Fridge in the room and microwave available for use downstairs. Free water refills.
Overpriced for what you get but Caye Caulker is overpriced in general.

The front desk staff were wonderful, they were so nice when we checked in and we were able to change and leave all of our stuff there while our room was getting cleaned. Check in was at 3pm but we came back and checked at 1pm and it was ready so they let us in right away. The room was great. There was a king bed and it was really comfortable. The shower was awesome, very big and hot water the entire time. Wifi was strong and AC worked well. The best thing about this hotel, in my opinion, was the free water in the lobby. We were able to fill our water bottles multiple times a day with clean water (since you cannot drink any tap water in Belize) so this was so nice and saved us money from constantly buying water bottles like we had to in other places. Location could not be better, no more than a 10-15 min walk to EVERYTHING on the island. I would stay here every chance I get when in Caye Caulker. Also a grocery store directly next store that had everything from food, drinks, sunscreen, medicine, toilet paper, etc.
Nothing bad to say. Strongly recommend.

Room is good
Unfriendly staff incl. communication through booking. You get constantly reminded what not to do and which charges there are if you break the rules. Telling me not to smoke in the room once is enough...

Everything was very good. The only problem was that they asked us to fill a form prior to our arrival which was a problem as we didn't have wifi while traveling

Location, affordable, friendly.

Perfect location. Staff at location is friendly and helpful. Room is nice, spacious, has a balcony, shower is very nice and hot (gets colder after a while). Overall the room was nice and we liked our stay. We do however have some lesser nice feedback.
This is going to be a long one, so bear with me. After booking my stay I received a message that a form needed to be send with credit card details and identification. I didn’t like that tbh, considering fraud nowadays and all governments discouraging this way. If I didn’t file the details the booking would be cancelled. I can understand this details being needed and this way of dealing with the payment being normal in another country (more developing), but I didn’t really like the way was being responded. It was far from pleasant and customer friendly.
Booking almost got cancelled because of it, after all provided it because I wanted/needed the stay, and all was good. Looks safe but be aware of it.
Secondly, the toilet in our room wasn’t working properly. One thing was that there were bloodworms in it (internet is your best friend, I wasn’t familiar with the little creatures and was almost scared that I was sick). The other thing was that flushing didn’t work properly. Let the employee at the reception know to look at it. However, when we came back nothing seemed to have changed. You can feel it coming: toilet got stuck real soon after that. Pointed it out and had to fix it myself. After that flushing worked perfectly fine, so thank me later for fixing your toilet. Shouldn’t be how it goes tho and the worms weren’t that comfortabel either.
Last but not least: Room was clean but had some cockroaches in the room (one of the biggest I have seen as well). Don’t think it’s possible to keep them out completely but still…

We stayed in a king room and the bed was super comfy and our room was really spacious and so handy to have a balcony. The shower was the best shower we've had on our entire travels (travelling so far 3.5 months), it was huge and really hot! The location was also perfect right in the centre of caye Caulker near lots of restaurants and the water taxis. Definitely recommend!

Loved it

Not particularly cheap, but really comfortable - large rooms, big beds, quiet A/C, careful cleaning service. WiFi working mostly well apart from evenings, perhaps too many guests trying. Island is very small, so all shops and restaurants are within few minutes walk. Free coffee and water available in the lobby.
I would suggest avoiding supposedly "better" rooms with balcony - they face the street so guests can hear traffic and also power plant not far away. In August it was anyway much too hot to seat on the balcony... Our room was facing backyard and was perfectly quiet.

The room had a mini fridge and a safe. There is coffee, tea, and water in the lobby.
No electrical outlet beside the bed. You have to charge your phone on the other side of the room.
Had no hot water the first couple of days. Told reception and they fixed it immediately. On the odd occasion, it can be bit noisy at night as there is a convenience store across the street and people like to hang outside drinking… Also, nobody at reception after 17:30.(

basic but clean hotel in the heart of Caye Caulker
matched expectations, could be modernized and doesn’t have 24h reception

the bed was really big and comfortable. good location, not noisy, strong AC. There’s a little fridge in the room.
My sink didn’t work, so I had to wash my hands in the shower.

staff were great, big room and comfy beds. our air con stopped working and they changed the room with no issues. for what we paid, we got great value and would deffo come back.
toilet doesn't flush very well and room was a little dated but nothing that stops me from going back.
4.1
good location, good wifi, good beds and good bathroom. we could get beachtowels every day for free.
check in process is very difficult, and Beachtowels weren’t very clean. no kitchen.

Great location, friendly staff!
Appreciate the free drinking water.
When it rains, you’ll be hearing some other noise if you’re at the end of the building above the reception area. It’s constant water dripping, guess it’s zen for others?
Sometimes you could hear the neighbor’s dog barking. But this is out of hotel’s control. just an fyi.
