I had great time, the location is great!

Great location Great host Comfy bed Very good windows, no noise coming from outside

The toilet had an unpleasant smell AC was working but was still hot in the bedroom (a small fan would fix the issue for sure)

Exceptional

The apartment was in the old town close to restaurants and supermarkets. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Arnaud sent us information about check-in and things to do in the town well before we arrived.

There was a bit of traffic noise on Saturday night.

Superb

A lovely apartment in a central location, with many eating options around, plus a couple of little shopping markets. The host responded quickly to my messages and provided what I've asked for. Apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed and even more. Also number of electric sockets to charge your phone, camera, etc. Good value for money as well. I would choose this place again, when I come back to Avignon.

The shower cabin was a bit on a small side. When checked- in I found some rubbish in a rubbish bin in the bathroom. Some of the surfaces in the kitchen seemed a little sticky and not spottlesly clean.

Great

The apartment is really comfortable and equipped with everything needed. It's located in the middle of Avignon. Everything needed is sent per email to access the door or Netflix and how to check out. We took a day trip to Marseille which was just 1,5 hours away. We really liked this apartment.

the landlord gave us a 50 %discout for outside works so ok

it was clean and well maintained

the entrance inside and outside, the lack of any dryer; no knives or several other implements; outside noise so could not keep window open even at night; no hanging space

Would definitely stay again

Fantastic location for exploring Avignon and not far from the train station. Hosts were super helpful, quick to respond to my questions and even offered to carry my luggage up the stairs (though I managed fine myself). Great apartment with everything I need for a short break, including a nice tea selection.

There are roadworks at the moment but they were only noisy for small parts of the day when I was heading out sightseeing anyway.

Great location, Easy and quick check-in, excellent communication and descriptions, very nice and well-equipped apartment.

Unfortunately there was an ongoing street construction right in front of the apartment, but this was obviously not the landlords fault.

The location is great, near the center; clean apartment with well equipped kitchen, nice size, easy to get into, flexible check-in with the key box.

As the apartment is located in the city center, so you could hear the noise from the street, especially Friday and Saturday evenings.

good location but you will not come back again

cheap and close to the downtown area

first thing you arrive at the area where you could feel not safe at all. you open the door then you will find out that it is almost like an abandoned building. the worst part is when you realize there is no elevator and you need to climb up on small staircase. after opening the door, the apart smells something but can’t tell what it is. the last thing is you are not sure if all the bedsheet and other stuffs were cleaned properly. well for this price, I can’t complain more

Perfect base for exploring Avignon. Property is spacious and was fitted with everything we needed. It was very clean. Arnaud was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations of things to do and places to eat and drink in Avignon. Merci Arnaud.

Great location. Very nice studio. Clean, good value for money. Fantastic host.

Allowing people smoke inside. Altough very clean the strong smell of tobacco was still there.
