トラブルがなければ本来はすごくリーズナブルで良いホテルのはず

リクエスト通りの部屋を用意してくれたプールに面した部屋が良かった朝食が毎日少しずつ工夫されていて、同じものではなく良かった場所が便利一番若い女性スタッフが親切で丁寧

チェックイン時に給湯器？の故障で入浴時にお湯が出ないという最悪な客室状態について何の説明もなく、チェックアウト時にも謝罪も一切なし。wifi がとにかくブツブツ切れて使えない。朝食会場にエアコンがついておらず、窓やら全面開放のため、暑いしハエが飛んで衛生面が気になった。致命的なのはチェックアウト時にクレジットカードを使うと10%の手数料を取られること。帰りのダナンまでの送迎料金をgrabより少し安い料金提示をしたので頼むと、宿泊費、往復送迎費全てトータルの金額に10%を追加して請求され、結果grabより高くついただけでなく、帰りのドライバーからはチップまで要求される羽目に。あと、初日はエアコンがほとんど効かず18℃の最低温度にしても部屋は暑いまま。なのに外出時は鍵を抜かなくてはいけないので部屋の電気は即座に止まり外出から戻ると暑すぎるので、なかなか外出する気になれない。

A lovely stay in Hoi An

Really liked the staff, location and the pool! Was a good distance away from the centre for it to be quieter. Everything was a walk away and felt like a very safe and accessible area of Hoi An! The host helped organise tours and an airport drop-off for me seamlessly. I also managed to stay an extra night than planned too. The staff made this a great place to stay, they really cared and took the time to remember my name and check on me throughout my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like! It would have been great to see a few more vegetarian-friendly options on the breakfast menu/vegetarian signs. Also, it was an older building and could have done with some extra care/upgrades but I still was very comfortable here and was very clean. I just strugged to lock the door a couple of times.

Todo perfecto.

Increible! Todo un acierto alojarnos en este hotel. Al lado del Old Quarter pero sin el ruido y el agobio de tanta gente. La habitación una pasada, muy espaciosa, limpia y súper equipada. La cama comodísima y gigante.Todo funcionaba genial. La piscina limpia y súper agradable, muy recomendable para poder huir de las horas centrales del día que el calor es insoportable. Y el personal súper atento y nos ha ayudado en todo. Las recepcionistas Thi y Ann unos amores de persona. Pedimos alquilar una moto y a los 5 minutos teníamos la que quisimos.Y el desayuno muy abundante,variado y rico.Los cocineros Anh y Khiem lo hacen de maravilla.

....perfect!

the hotel was really fantastic, the staff are so welcoming and warm, with so much helpful information. the beds were lovely and big and very comfortable, slept very well, quiet location with excellent food on street too, the breakfast was plentiful of choice too, a perfect hotel in Hoi An! ...the hotel also provide bike hire to cycle to the beach ..a must do!! thanks to all the staff for a top time!! 🥰

Perfect Stay at TNT Villa, Hoi An!

In November 2023,, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at TNT Villa in Hoi An. The room provided to us was spotless, reflecting the high standards of cleanliness. The pool is an absolute highlight of the accommodation. The service was excellent, with a notable mention to Thi, whose friendliness and flexibility made our stay exceptionally pleasant. TNT Villa is highly recommended as a starting point for any tours in the area. Their service and the quality of accommodation are sure to impress any traveler.

Great place close to the old town

It has a great location with only a small walk from the hotel to the old town. The staff were very nice and gave a great introduction to the city when we arrived. The room was nice and clean, as was the pool.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the Hoi An TNT Villa. We had 2 double rooms which were comfortable and clean right in front of the swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions for day trips. The location is perfect because it’s right outside the crowded area of Hoi An but less than 10 mins walking from the main road next to the river. I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing little boutique hotel in the heart of Hoi An

It’s a lovely hotel in a great location near to old town. The staff were really helpful and they also organised bikes for us to hire and we were a group of 6, so we were glad they could get enough. The pool was lovely and the breakfast although basic was plenty. They also gave my wife a cake for her birthday. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant stay in an excellent hotel

As soon as we arrived into the hotel we felt it was very welcoming, we were sat down and got lots of information about all the different activities that can be done around hoi an. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had a great view out onto the pool. The breakfast was lovely too.

The receptionists are very kind and helpful. They organised taxi, tour and train for us. Breakfast & Location are excellent. They also have a shower in the pool area in case you did check-out and leave later in the evening. Recommended 100%

Comfortable spot for the price

Facility is nice and in a great location. Pool was great and the outdoor area was comfortable and a nice break from the busy life in Hoi An. Room was good size with a huge bed that was comfortable.

Everything about this property was amazing - especially the service. The team go above and beyond to ensure your stay in Hoi An is exactly what you want it to be. Rooms were very comfortable and all facilities were very clean.

Great location and great staff, very friendly

Unfortunately the wifi was almost not usable, even sending basic WhatsApp messages took a long time. I had to buy a SIM card with a data packet

Exceptional

Yim, Ann and Thi made our stay so wonderful. we were always greeted with a smile, they remembered our names, gave us great tips about the city and ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was delicious! The location is also perfect you are a short walk from historic old town and the night market. We also rented bikes from the hotel and easily rode to coconut basket boat tour, to Cau Dai beach and to An Bang beach all in one day.

Great value accommodation with wonderful staff and lovely rooms.

Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was walking distance to the local attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind with recommending activities to do, and with arranging transportation during our stay.

Excellent, would recommend and stay again.

Great location a few minutes walk from central old town. Room is spacious and clean with good daily breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful with booking activities, recommending good local stores such as tailors and massage venues, along with airport transfers.

Friendly staff, nice pool (but too cold in December), comfortable room and good breakfast with made to order food options. Location is great, just a few minutes walking distance to the Hoi An Old Town and there are many shops along the way. A bonus would have been if they included some bath salts or the like to use in the bath.
