סוגר פינה ללילה אחד בדרך לפירנצה אבל רחוק מהתיאור בבוקינג

חדר מרווח , הרבה שקעי חשמל,קבלת הפנים היתה לבבית

אז ככה: אין כוח אדם במלון, תמיד תורן אחד המים במקלחת לא מספיק חמים- ניכר שמדובר בחיסכון בחימום דרשו מאיתנו לשלם 12 יורו חניה מבלי שציינו זאת מראש ומדובר במלון שנמצא רחוק מהמרכז עם המון חניה חינם ארוחת הבוקר ברמה מאד נמוכה , הקפה ממכונה לא איכותי ויש רק אדם אחד שמתפעל את ארוחת הבוקר והיו המון חוסרים . המיזוג בחדר לא עבד כמו שצריך ונאלצנו לבקש מפזר חום המלון עצמו (מרץ) היה נראה קצת מוזנח והוא רחוק מהתמונות בבוקינג

La struttura è bella, moderna e pulita. Molto comoda per visitare Arezzo, anche se in campagna. Colazione abbondante. Staff disponibile per informazioni e consigli.

La zona in cui è collocato il resort non è particolarmente bella, pur se accettabile.

Sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe von Arezzo. Leider kamen wir spät an und mussten Morgens wieder früh weiterfahren. Kommen bestimmt wieder, dann mit mehr Zeit, um diese tolle Anlage voll auszukosten.

Un posto fantastico dove rilassarsi in completo relax e staccare da tutto!

Una struttura davvero inaspettata in mezzo al verde: bellissima da vedere, ben concepita e funzionale. All'interno della struttura ci sono diverse costruzioni, in parte dedicate all'area wellness e in parte alle camere per gli ospiti. Si aggiunge anche una zona ristornate, accogliente e ben curata. Le camere sono molto pulite, moderne e dotate di tutti i confort. Materasso molto comoda e terrazzo vista giardino. Colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti sia dolci che salati e personale sempre disponibile ad accogliere le esigenze degli ospiti. Parcheggio interno (a pagamento extra).

Il personale che ha risposto al telefono terribile … ha addirittura consigliato di non prenotare su Booking perché a detta sua danno un serviIo pessimo quindi ha consigliato di vedere la struttura però di telefonate direttamente senza passare per Booking … senza parole

stupendo ma qualcosina in stanza mancante

bellissima location da 10/10 e barbara la proprietaria carinissima

mancava in stanza un tavolino per poter lavorare al computer. Ho dovuto lavorare a letto e non è comodo specialmente per qualche ora di seguito. Inoltre mancava il sacchetto ove mettere la biancheria sporca.

Prezzo troppo alto per i servizi offerti

La struttura è molto bella, immersa nel verde nel silenzio, ma vicina ad Arezzo (5 minuti in auto). Abbiamo deciso di fare le nostre vacanze di una settimana qui... Il dolce far nulla l'unico "pensiero" era dove fare aperitivo e dove cenare....ed è stato tutto perfetto! Ovviamente soggiornando per più notti/giorni si ha modo di vedere le "pecche" della struttura rispetto a chi era solo di passaggio. Ma nell'insieme è stata una buona scelta.

Una struttura con questi prezzi il minimo che dovrebbe dare come servizio è il parcheggio, dato che è all'interno del giardino privato,invece lo fanno pagare 10€ a notte con la "scusa" che è compreso il minibar, che di bar non ha proprio niente! All'interno una mini coca-cola,una mini Fanta, mezza di acqua naturale mezza di frizzante ed un cioccolatino. Mi aspettavo un minibar serio dato che l'ho pagato 10€ al giorno , almeno mezzo prosecco o bibite per due persone non per una,tralasciando il fatto che nn è stato riempito tutti i giorni!!!!! Direi uno specchietto per le allodole,tanto per giustificare il prezzo di un parcheggio che era di loro proprietà. Lo staff gentile e disponibile (le volte che è presente) Perché spesso non c'è nessuno e bisogna andare a cercarli. Alcune zone della struttura mancano di manutenzione che volendo avere un certo tipo di "qualità" non dovrebbe mancare. Ultima cosa....anche se nn sarebbe l'unica ma nn ha senso dilungarsi oltre, sconsiglio la cena in struttura, niente di speciale n'è locale, menu turistico con portate non toscane ma generiche, a prezzo da ristorante stellato. Se state attenti ad alcune piccole pecche...e lo trovate in offerta,tutto sommato è una buona struttura.

Hotel was empty when we arrived, waited 30 minutes for someone to check us in, the hotel didn't let us know that they dont serve food on mondays so we asked the receptionist if we could use the refrigerator for groceries and to order us taxi to the closest supermarket, came back to the hotel with the groceries, the owner didn't allow to let us in with groceries (80 euros for groceries and taxis down the drain) kept saying its written on a page in our room which we did not enter because the receptionist pulled us out to order us a taxi. plus after we came back with groceries the owner said theres a law in italy not to let food inside hotels , i dont know how much of it is true because other hotels in italy greeted us hello with grocery bags, after arguing he offered us a sandwich, we thought its in his good will to offer us for the misunderstanding, come to find out he charged us good for that cheese sandwich.. Small room, ants running around the room and your blanket is a sheet

Very nice location with kind staff, very peaceful and adorable, well organased space.

The concept of paying for the spa even at the communal hours is outrageous. SPA services are overpriced, so wouldn't recommend it if you plan to go to sauna or hammam during your stay.

iCONic is the name, with "CON" being the key point, especially in winter! I would never stay here!

This is not a place to stay between October and March. The facilities and place are based on a summer vacation. Everything is white and generally cold to feel. In November, the pools are green and unclean and cold, so not usable. The warm potential Spas are totally overpriced, with everything charged to the hilt! BE CAREFUL in letting staff take photos of your bank cards as this is not secure. Not only is this dangerous, they will then charge you before you check out and you have no ability to disagree. Also, when leaving our passport, it was left in the reception area, which was unlocked and accessible to any person on the property! The owner was aggressive when we tried to leave the facilities early and flatly refused to offer any refund.

The resort was lovely modern and well maintained. A short 10 min drive into Arezzo was handy. The staff were really lovely.

Having to pay €14 a night parking was excessive, the ‘free’ minibar for this was not really worth it. i would rather not pay for parking especially that much for parking and it just be included in the price of the room Dinner at the resort was a little pricey for what it was. Fine dining prices but not matching the atmosphere. I had a hair in two of my meals which was quite off putting.
