Paul was an exceptional host and made our stay in Seoul very special and made us feel at home. The breakfast changed every day and delicious. The rooms and the common space provided were spacious, clean and well designed. We would always stay here when coming back to Seoul!!!

It is a lovely guesthouse close to the Bukhansan Nationalpark. The owner was incredibly friendly and we got a delicious handmade breakfast. Everything is clean and comfortable, we had a wonderful stay - Thank you Paul :)
The only downside was the AC in our room, it was quite loud but we needed to keep it running because of the heatwave at the time of our stay.

Super friendly owners and super super clean!

We loved this place. Best place to stay off you visit Seoul. We felt so welcome and nothing is to much for the owner. The first night he walked with us to show which restaurants were open late.
Every morning he served a wonderful breakfast. I am gluten intolerant so the bought special bread and cakes for me.
When we left je carried my back all the way to the bus station.
The bus and metro to go into the city are both nearby.

Host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and wonderful! In a post COVID world of declining hospitality, PuzzleStay still gives you five star treatment. Will definitely stay there again next trip.

We stayed 3 nights. The hosts are very attentive and helpful ones. He helped us to find our way with our luggages. Breakfasts were homemade and tasteful. A very nice house

The bed, the breakfast (home made bread + yoghurt), the pick up and drop off service, basically everything not to mention the Paul and his wife's friendliness...
The slope that we have to walk everyday back to the house as part of the exercise.....

Extremely friendly and hospitable host. The family suite was excellent. Well furnished common sitting area. Breakfast was awesome with homemade bread & yogurt, etc.. The location is away from town but walking distance to the subway station.. The host is kind enough to pick us up from the station and send us off. Thanks Paul. We enjoyed our stay at Puzzle Stay. Will definitely stay there if we visit Seoul again.

The owner of this accommodation is very nice guy , simple and lovely the breakfast
Quiet far from the centre of the seoul , but I’m not a big problem with a good public transportation in Korea

The room was nice and spacious with big windows. The bed was large with an awesome mattress that was very comfortable. The shower had nice water pressure.

My family loved and enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place. We love Paul’s breakfast it is always carefully thought of and prepared with love and warmth. The place is immaculately clean and it has everything you need at the heart of Seoul. we will definitely be back. it was a very warm and pleasant stay. we experienced our first snow fall as a family in Paul’s backyard 🥰
nothing. it’s reasonably priced

It is an exceptionally good place! We enjoyed it very much. Paul and his wife were very attentive and helpful, our room was very tidy and clean. Everything is thought out to little details - a lot of warmth and love were put into it, felt straight away. Thank you wonderful hosts!

This place is warm, comfortable during Winter, I was there on Dec. They serve nice homemade breakfast, the owner was super kind and helpful, and you can get free Pickup/Drop Off service if you inform them in advance.

The place is immaculate and fully equipped. The owners are the epitome of Korean hospitality. I'll definitely come back.

I like that it was in a quieter part of Seoul, in a lovely traditional neighbourhood. the place is also very clean and well- maintained. Paul and his wife were very hospitable and they made me feel very welcome. breakfast was also made with much consideration. it’s a lovely place to come home to after a long day:)

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He fulfilled all my wishes.
Just a small detail, which is probably not a problem for most people. It would be good if there are blackout curtains in the room for people who want to sleep longer, because there was much light in the room in the morning.

Top notch hospitality. Paul went out of his way to make us feel at home, assisting in all manner of things from bookings to food recommendations. Details and furnishings were really exceptional, and breakfast was great.

Amazing breakfast (we spent 3 nights here and every day we got different food)
Cozy, clean and modern rooms
Hospitality by the host
Good access to the public transport
Nothing. If I have to say something, it is that the house is on a steep hill but the host picked us up (and saw us off as well) at the subway station so it was not difficult to take heavy luggage with us at all. The location is not in the centre of Seoul but there’s a bus stop and a subway station nearby so it is very easy to travel around.

I like everything - the location is great and just 2 minute walking from buses and subway. You’ll be very close to Seoul center but in the meantime you’ll get to experience a local neighborhood full of cafes and restaurants. The house itself is cozy and the decor is warm and has a pleasant wooden smell. Paul, the guesthouse host, is so kind and enthusiastic. It was a 10/10 stay for me.
wish I stayed longer ;)

will definitely return.

Everything : from the tenant to the facility. Everything was perfect. I rarely put 10 out of 10 but Puzzle stay house deserve way more than 10!!!

Fantastic personal service, a very unique hotel experience. The beautiful house lies at the hills of the mountain in an area so quiet that you can sleep with your windows open. Fantastic breakfast and overall care!
The hotel is not central, so you have to be prepared to travel via subway or taxi (both very affordable in Seoul)

Everything!! It was lovely. Like a European home away from home — so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and healthy, and different every day. Paul and Jennie were lovely, super helpful too with info on where to get PCR tests, what to do around the area and helping pick me up and drop me off (and help with my too ample luggage…). The place smells lovely — woody — for those with a sensitive nose!
Nothing!!

The breakfast was delicious.
The area was quiet and near the subway.
I got a room upgrade too.
The owners were polite and helpful.
The facilities were clean and I had everything I needed.
I don't have any complaints.

This is by far one of the best non-hotel places I have stayed. Paul is a really really nice person. The rooms are in the second floor. I booked the single one but they upgraded me to the Family one. Family room is a like a 'mini apartment' where you have the double room, a bathroom and then a single room separated but in the same 'mini apartment'. Bedrooms are big and clean and have all the necessary amenities. I was glad that shampoo, conditioner and bodywash were also good quality one. Usually you get a generic one.
Location is good too, I got to their house by bus and by subway.
Breakfast: everything is homemade!!!! Literally they do their our bread and yogurt and I got 3 Breakfast and all of them were different.
Thanks a lot Paul for everything. Hope to see you soon! ¡Gracias!

Paul and his wife are simply the best host you can find. Such a beautiful Place right outside the center of Seoul but 5 minutes far the subway station. Big, comfy and spacious rooms in western style with the right Korean touch you're lookin for. What an experience! Loved it!

You won’t be able to find a better guest house than this. Paul and his wife is extremely kind and generous. They go above and beyond their way to help their guests. They are also amazing cooks. The breakfast is very satisfying and delicious :) The location is quite which is very important to me, especially at night, yet it is very close to main attractions by metro. Just 2 min to the house, there is a very nice long river where people go for jogging. Metro is also 2 min away. If anyone is interested in hiking, the metro line goes directly to the Bukhansan Mountain in 15 min. The house is impeccably clean. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. :) I would definitely stay again.

Everything was well done and properly shown. We appreciate the efforts of the owner

Cozy, clean, well equipped, well connected.
Breakfast was great everyday.
Paul and his wife is definitely great host. Pick us up from the bus station at very late time the day we arrived and also drove us to the station the day we left.
Thanks a lot. Certainly choose again if I go to Seoul next time.

The owners are amazing, great breakfast, very nice room and mattress. The shower is great as well. You can use the washing machine. It is very quiet.
The restroom is private but it is outside the room. It is a bit North but if you don’t mind traveling by metro it is Ok. Thanks to this you are very close yo the mountains
