Super clean and good atmosphere in the apartment which is situated very near Ortigia. Safe neighbourhood, free parking in front. Responsive and friendly owner. Mineral water in fridge when we arrived and there was even coffee option.

Good location near Ortigia island. The apartment was fully equipped, spacious and cozy.
The neighborhood was very loud, a little girl who was shouting and crying from 7 AM.

it had a kitchen , walkable to ortigia, free parking close by
it was 20min to the center of ortigia, there was no sun and the stairs are a bit tricky

Easy to find parking, walking distance to Ortigia
There was an issue about a foul smell coming from under the kitchen sink , which I have reported straight away, but it took four
days to resolve.I had to keep the only window open the all time.Landlord was too slow to act.I should be reimbursed partially as it spoiled our holiday.

I was not aware of any breakfast, apart from there being two bottle of water, a kettle and some tea bags
The location was good from both the point of view of accessing the old Town and accessing buses etc to Noto

Great communication and handy recommendations. Quiet neighbourhood near the city centre.
By the time we were there good knife was missing in the kitchen. Maybe it is solved now.

Everything was great - location, communication, cleanliness. 15 minutes to everything what we needed.
Nothing to say. All was good.

We loved the location of the apartment - there was easy access on foot to the train station, bus station, car rental, and, most importantly, to Ortigia. The apartment we stayed in is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials, and it has a good size terrace. Also on the terrace: there is a washing mashine and waste bins serving all three apartments in the building; but we mostly had the terrace to ourselves. There is a self check-in system and it was easy to get into the property with the help of our host.
The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable for us - it has seen some better days in some areas, but nothing major. The upstairs air conditioning system was working but maybe not as efficiently as it should.

Location: close to Ortigia, safe (next to Guardia di Finan), silient at night, lots of freeparking spots around the place.
Quality of interior, well equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, reliable wi-fi.

Very quiet and super nice little house very close to the touristic places - both Ortiga and the amphitheaters. No matter if you travel by car or train or autobus the location is also perfect - free parking on the street and both the train and the bus station are 5 minutes walking from the house. We had everything we needed including a super nice terrace. The host was very responsive and willing to help the whole time. And last bust not least -the bed was comfy.

The hosts seemed to have thought of everything - access to all cleaning stuff washing liquid etc. I even asked if there was an ironing board and the guy went out and bought one! Any questions i had or anything i needed were dealt with pretty much immediately. I was away for 5 weeks so had some pretty heavy luggage and even arranged for housekeeping to come later so i could check out in time for my train.
Nothing I can think of
