uma deceção, péssima relação qualidade/preço

a localização era a ideal, a simpatia dos funcionários

o pequeno almoço não correspondeu às expectativas, assim como o conforto dos quartos. A disposição das camas num dos quartos não era a ideal. Havia humidade nos quartos, paredes a descascar, casas de banho nada funcionais

Simpatia e boa relação custo benefício

Localização ideal na Lousã, estacionamento privativo, staff e atendimento com muita simpatia, higiene absoluta, pequeno almoço como é raro encontrar nesta gama de preços. Aquecimento no quarto e cobertores extra no armário, como convém na Lousã, wc com toalhas e lençóis com cheiro a lavado. Wi-fi satisfatório

Alojamento simples e confortável, mas com um problema que tem de ser resolvido...

Staff muito simpático e atencioso. Quarto simples e com o básico que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. O AC estava avariado e prontificaram-se a colocar um aquecedor no quarto. O pequeno almoço tem bastante variedade e qualidade.

Há um cheiro desagradável na casa de banho. Solicitámos troca do quarto, mas disseram-nos que o problema é geral, nos esgotos do edifício. Disseram que já tentaram resolver, mas que são necessárias obras e o proprietário do edifício não quer/permite fazer. Alguma mobília do quarto tem danos/desgaste.

From now on my first choice in Lousã.

Large room with two balconies and a window in the bathroom. Tasty coffe for breakfast. Clean and quiet. extremly good value for money.

everything was gois but the breakfast would have been better with some eggs.

modest, but excellent value accommodation

Friendly small hotel with a superb location for trips in the mountains, proximity to the centre of Lousa and restaurants, free parking. Our room was comfortable and clean, wi-fi good, continental breakfast very OK. Good relation value/price

We were not very comfortable with the facilities - it was ok for a couple of nights, not more.

The buffet breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. There was an a/c with heater to keep the room warm and a lovely cat on call at the reception. The rest of the staff was friendly & flexible with the check in time.

The bed was very hard and squeeky - not for honeymooners! The other window in our room was completely missing the blackout curtain so it wasn’t possible to get the room dark for sleeping. There were no chairs on the balcony.

Felt like an out of season stay, in the summer likely a different story but one night was enough.

Located close to town centre with good parking. Breakfast self serve and adequate.

No heating in room had to sleep under layers of clothes, basic bathroom. Put you up/folding double bed not good.

Very good

Location was perfect for my wifes medical appointments. Breakfast was excellent. If we need to stay overnight again in Lousá we would use them again, very helpful.

Not there fault but we are used to a memory foam mattress and a harder pillow. Next time we would bring our own special pillows.

Great stay

Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Good location. Lousa is wonderful. Comfy beds. Clean towels.. Room cleaned each day

There is a sensor that turns on the bathroom light and outside bathroom light... I did not like this as any time I turned in bed it turned the bright lights on... I also think during the night it would wake the second person up if one went to the bathroom. I still give 9 stars as we were able to trip off the power in the room, so turned off all the lights at night and left plugs, aircon and lamp on :)

Superb

Great location, helpful staff, breakfast was continental with good selection. Room and building were very clean for this very basic and good value accommodation. We were able to arrange a guide - Gabriel Gomes from Paradigmo Tours for our hike and he was a fabulous guide!

Small bath with no place for storage of our kits and supplies. We stayed in newly renovated building and work is still being done. We mentioned this was needed.
