Lovely stay just before season-closing

We stayed in one of the ground floor premium rooms, close to the beach. We loved the pool areas! The adults pool is quite luxurious. The pool restaurant was good too. Beach is stony so you need swimshoes. (can be bought in supermarket across the street) Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. :)

Our patio was small but with our own sunbeds.It had roof over it, yet every morning the floor was wet due to water sprinklers and due to cleaning the restaurant floor upstairs. One morning we were soaked having breakfast. Also our daughter slipped a couple of times on the stone floor and hit her head as the floor was so wet. This needs to be fixed as it's really dangerous! Also, the grass just outside our apartment looked inviting on the pictures, but it was too wet and muddy to play on unfortunately. Also, I believe the pictures of the outside area are not accurate - they're from the building next door with the seaview apartments. The beds are soft and comfortable, but on wheels! So whenever we were leaning back the bed moved. Very strange.

Oké verblijf.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en doet erg zijn best om je verblijf prettig te maken.

De kamers zijn erg verouderd, kaal en kil. De eetzaal was lawaaierig en het licht was er heel naar. Ook vonden wij het eten niet goed. Wanneer je in het zwembad ligt wordt je omringd door kamers die op je uitkijken. De straat waarin het hotel staat is rommelig en nodigt niet echt uit. Toch hebben we er samen een leuke vakantie van gemaakt, ook door in het hotel een auto te huren en er lekker op uit te gaan. De meneer van de autoverhuur is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijke.

nice holiday hotel but very close to the busy holiday airport

The family room was big and divided into 2, with bathroom and kitchen, pool and sport facilities were nice, front sea view was excellent

the location is on the planes landing path, so you do hear all the planes landing in the early morning (and later during the day too)

all in all it was ok. it was clean bathroom was clean a little small but ok for 2 nights. the breakfast was good l.

2 single beds donte make 1 double bed. there was a gap between the mattress

The staff were very kind. There is a supermarket near the hotel.

There is no option to lock the bathroom door, and even it is not possible to fully close it, so there is a lack of privacy. There were drinks at the lobby only seldom. The housekeeper took the used blue towels and bathrobes, but didn't bring new ones. There isn't a dedicated place for the massage, so the only option is to get the massage in the room. The water sprinklers caused the floor outside of the room to be wet.

For a high star rating, the towels are old and smells dingy. Not accessible if you do not have a car rental. I know it is only 3€ for the beach towels and 4€ for the lounge chairs but why do we have to pay for it?

Very good

Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfasts were really good. We have really big apartment :)

We were not satisfied with the beach. It was really pebbly and just with narrow stripe of sand. We stayed there with 3 kids and it was very dangerous for them. So we spent more time in swimming pools than in the sea.

Great pool, kids friendly, good entertainment, bad food, bad location

The hotel has many facilities, but some are useless in the summer. There are four pools in the hotel, each with a lot of space and located near the rooms. A variety of activities are organized by the hotel - every evening there is a show like Greek traditional music Cleanliness is one of the best features of this hotel

In terms of value for money, the food is not very good, and you could eat in a gourmet restaurant in Rhodes for the same price. You also have to pay for drinks, including water, despite having already paid for a full meal. It is recommended that you only take breakfast. It is located in Ialysos - a boring town, and it takes a taxi to get into Rhodes City - or you can walk 10 minutes to the bus stop. Old mattresses in the room provide no back support and are too soft. There are cheap shampoos and soaps in the room, so bring your own. Staff are often unhelpful and not polite. When one of the members entered the room at 11:00, he told us to leave, despite their printed rules (which we received) stating that checkout is at 12:00.

A perfect place to get value for money, Pools and the sea at your side. Rhodes town a short journey.

The view from our room was fantastic. The pools and staff were great. The beach is a stones throw away. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels. The bar and restaurant were really good too.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only negative I could add was that the entertainment wasn't brilliant. However, I am 45 years old. The kids loved it!

Good family getaway (had arrange it on a last minute)

Well maintained with friendly stuff hotel. Good friendly animation team- regards to Elian, Alexander...

Located close to airport, planes fly over, but you get used to. Sandy beach, but close to Aegean sea line there are stones, so without shoes tricky to enter the sea. Was disappointed with their s called 'a la carte' Greek restaurant/AI. Starter/maze was good for a family 2+2, but main dish was a joke - 2 small lamb chops, cutlets and awful chicken skewers with few tomatoes. Come on where is a fabulous Greek salad? Tipped waiter and expressed my disappointment. :( Evening show, in my opinion, is average Housekeeping let down - balcony was not even swept, sand been remaining. Noticed on the last day that floor under bed was not mopped/swept even and bin was not discarded on a daily bases .

Good hotel with nice pools and decent location

Good hotel resort with lots of pools and close to the beach. Very friendly staff which definitely ups the rating. It seems very good for families and kids.

The food was decent, nothing special. Adults only area was filled with kids, and the policy of removing hand towels from sun beds after on hour was not followed which meant sun beds where reserved throughout the day. Good policy but if it Isent followed it really doesn’t make any difference. Not optimal for a single traveler.

Staff was really friendly. The swimming pool area was clean and the bar was always open. Many hot and cold choices for breakfast. The area was quiet and close to the beaches and shops. There was a little shop which was open 24 hours. The location was great to vitis all parts of the island.

There could have been better alternatives for vegetarians for dinner. There were different vegetables, but no replacements for the meat or fish.

great staff, breakfast arrangements are amazing. Comfortable arrangements in the room such as kitchen facility.

beach arrangements, sun beds were in poor condition. not too comfy without table next to the sun beds. Single bed mattresses for the double bed- simply hard to meet your partner in bed.

Underground and underwhelmed

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was nice, with good options every day. The infinity pool area was very nice with good access to both pool and sea with lots of loungers.

We specifically chose a premium seafront room with sea view but it had no view at all, no terrace with sun loungers as advertised, and was actually underground in the basement of the hotel. It had no windows, the door opened onto a gloomy courtyard with no natural light and it was next to the laundry so all we heard were washing machines on spin cycle from early in the morning. We overheard the receptionist say the hotel was fully booked so felt it was pointless asking to move. The bed was on wheels which had no brakes so it rolled all over the tile floor if you moved at all in bed. The adults only pool had small children at it every day, splashing and annoying guests, which none of the staff did anything about.

Breakfast and dinner were superb. Room was very clean and cosy. Hotel employees were very kind and helpful. Really nice view from the balcony.

Hotel is nearby the airport (few km away), so you hear and see a lot of planes 300 metres above your head. That wasn’t a problem for us (I even tried to search details about flights with mobile app), but I imagine someone could have problems with that.

Perfect resort for a group get away in a lovely area with lots of stuff to do!

The location was perfect, there was a nice amount of bars and restaurants and the resort was nice and quiet of an evening. The resort catered for all having an amazing infinity adults only pool on one side and a childrens pool on the other side.

The food is great, with rich selection. The staff is friendly and helpful. the compound is well maintained and offers great play and entertainment options for kids. We used the car rental service at the lobby and got great offer on a car.

The beds (at least in our room) are too high and not really suited for small children. We had to rearrange them as a double bed to insure safety. The Wi-Fi system requires to re-register every day, which is tedious and silly. We didn't mind too much, but there is frequent airplanes landing noise.
