Location ideal for what wd needed, rooms very clean comfortable.
Corridors we're little dark, my wife wouldn't feel comfortable if she had to stay by herself having to walk down the gloomy hall ways to the rooms.

This hotel is an amazing hotel, very clean and big rooms, great designs in the bedrooms, had everything we needed. Beds were really comfy and the black out curtains were great. And the breakfast was exceptionally good, will definitely be back. We also had full body and deep tissue massage too, and that was also fantastic.. highly recommended. Location is really good too, only 15 minutes walk to printworks.

Bed wasn’t made properly. No water / tea / coffee in room.

The location was fantastic, especially for us since we were attending WHP—it was just an 8-minute walk away, which was super convenient.
I had breakfast here, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience for the cost. The staff were not very welcoming, and one member in particular was quite rude. Instead of allowing us to pay after the meal, as is normal in most restaurants, we were held back from sitting down, which felt uninviting and awkward.
As for the food, we ordered the “Full English” breakfast, but it was not as described on the menu. Several items were missing, which we only noticed after seeing a more complete breakfast being served to another table. The continental breakfast was also lackluster, with the fruit and yogurt not looking fresh, and there were flies around the area. I understand that flies can be hard to control, but the food could have been better covered to maintain hygiene.
Overall, the service and food quality left a lot to be desired. There is definitely room for improvement in both areas.

I love that the hotel has an amazing bar, restaurant and a Starbucks. The room was blinking new and the staff was absolutely charming

Location was excellent - 3 mins from Piccadilly Station. Also very handy for getting around. Trams only 5 mins walk to take you all round Manchester. Breakfast was excellent - everything from full English to fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, pastries, etc.
Lighting throughout hotel left much to be desired, particularly in bedrooms as decor very dark. Apart from that, no complaints.

The bathroom was really nice and clean.
The room was small with a queen size bed. Would have preferred a bigger bed.

Location was perfect and I liked the decoration of the hotel interior.
I wasn't happy with the price I had to pay as it had gone up considerably a few days after I first looked on the website. The receptionist said the rates change daily.

Room was nice, bed comfortable. Location was good.
Check in was meh. The lady could've cracked a smile. Not very friendly at all felt like an inconvenience. TV didn't work had to be repaired.
The shower was a cold trickle. If they don't have enough water pressure in the morning they should have advised us. We were doing the Manchester marathon that day and had a crap shower but didn't have time to complain as we were leaving for Marathon just had to get on with it.

Amazing stay, hotel exceptional, old meets modern, quirky decor. Staff were great, warm, welcoming and friendly. Great location.

The great overall ambiance, the space of the family roon, the kindness of the staff (reception and room staff very helpful). Location is great, very convenient, good quality food (breakfast and finger food at the bar). We definitely recommend, and will come back.
Thank you!

Great location
Comfy bed
Nice room
Lovely bathroom
Staff helpful
Very uncomfortable folding bed provided for my young daughter. She couldn't sleep in it, so she slept with us, so nobody got any sleep. Rooms are lovely for singles and couples, not big enough or properly equipped for a third guest in the room

Tutto.

Superb choice and quality . Not everyone likes a hot buffet so carry on doing it your way
The price I had to pay which was inflated due to city game being on I presume

We loved the spa treatment. We stayed the night then had the spa treatment and lunch the next day. The free truffle chocolates were divine. The massage was amazing.
We weren't fond of the pillows. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.
