Very informative, friendly host, with delicious, generous breakfast and lovely high-ceiling room in period building and great location.
Very small balcony, not private.

We really appreciated the warm welcome from Alberto, who took the time to talk us through some excellent local recommendations for places to eat, visit, etc. The room was comfortable and kept spotlessly clean through our stay (thank you to the wonderful Anita!). Great breakfast with a selection of different sweet and savoury options (including lovely homemade cakes!). Fantastic location, in the very heart of charming Ortigia.
We'd highly recommend La Residenza del Reginale!

The best location, right at the heart of Ortigia. Very nice big room with a comfortable bed and a small balcony. Good breakfast. Nice host.
Too many keys, I think we had to carry and use some 4-5 different keys.
The lobby was a mess, we couldn't seat there as it was full of stuff, like a warehouse.
Remote paid parking.

Roberto is a wonderful host. The room is clean, new and furnished with good taste. The whole stay was wonderful. Thank you very much Roberto. There is no doubt that we will visit again.

The location is perfect, right in the centre of old Ortigia. Perfectly clean, cozy lounge/breakfast room, bathroom was extremely comfortable. The best was the host Alberto, who sat and gave us recommendations about places to go, see, eat, have a drink, etc. Everything was spot on.
It didn't bother us, but keep in mind that there are steep stairs both leading to the house and then to the room, which could be a problem for people with limited mobility.

Alberto is an amazing host one that you can only wish for in your dreams. He greeted us, showed us around in his charming B&B but moreover gave us invaluable recommendations about what to visit and where to eat in Ortigia. Thanks to him our stay in Syracuse/ Oritigia was one of the best city visits in all over Sicily with unforgettable memories. The room is wonderful and the breakfast served on the terrace is just simply awesome!

The Residenza is beautifully situated in a quiet spot in the middle of Ortygia. Lovingly renovated by the owner, Alberto, who is a wonderful host. We particularly enjoyed being in a place that felt like a home but was obviously run in a very professional and efficient manner. Highly recommended!

Alberto, the host is excellent. We were delayed and did not arrive until nearly 2 hours later than planned. No problem for Alberto, what a lovely welcome we got. Alberto gave exact instructions on where to park and how to get to the b&b, also gave us lots of personal tips to make our stay even better. The breakfast was very good and Anita, the housekeeper, was brilliant, really looking after the guests. It's a small b&b with 4 rooms so very personal. There is a lovely lounge area to use with coffee available. Location is excellent with many good places to eat just a short walk from the b&b. It's well placed near the Piazza del Duomo and a short walk to the seafront. Would highly recommend.
Nothing.

Alberto is an excellent host, and the B&B is a success ! He has thought about every detail that will make your stay in Taormina unforgettable. Anita is so sweet and makes your stay in the B&b amazing. The breakfast is delicious, the location is just perfect and you have many very good addresses to eat very good food just a few meters away.

The location was ideal for seeing the most beautiful parts of Siracusa. Alberto was extremely helpful I’m very friendly. Anita what is the very kind. Tucktaway behind hey beautiful entry office mall Street, my room had an incredible balcony with a view over a courtyard. The rooms were immaculate. The style was really nice. The main room was artistically curated with art and local touches. I definitely look forward two coming back again.
Everything was excellent

Located right in the heart if things that would be enough, however Alberto the host takes it from 10/10 to 11/10
Why do they even have this question?

Very well located in the heart of ortigia island. The room and the overall structure has an excellent taste: the old and the new are perfectly merged to ensure a unique experience

From the correspondence we had with Alberto prior to arriving until our departure we loved everything about this place. Alberto really takes the time to make sure his guests are comfortable and doing exactly what they want to be doing - from sunset drinks and dinners to beaches and historical sites. Anita makes each morning special with her warm greetings and coffee made to order (and any other breakfast request you might have)!
The only negative thing we have to say, and it CERTAINLY wasn’t a problem, was that the restaurant next door can be loud; however, only until midnight and then all is quiet.

Alfredo was extremely friendly and made us very welcome, inviting us to join him watching an Italian UEFA match as soon as we arrived. The apartment couldn’t have been more central, though quiet at night. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast service good
No fresh cornetti in the morning 😕
