Hotel bonito, habitaciones feas.

El desayuno bufet es muy variado y muy rico, nos tocó musica en vivo. Hay una señora que te hace gorditas y son muy buenas. $495 por persona el personal es muy agradable y servicial.

Por lo que pagamos esperaría algo mejor en las habitaciones. $4mil por noche y no te ofrecen ningún plus. 2 botellas de agua (mini) y 2 cápsulas de café. Es todo. El baño tiene una tina que no es jacuzzi. Se entiende que el estilo es colonial y el hotel es hermoso pero las habitaciones bastante equis.

Es un hotel bonito Cómodo Amplio La comida es muy rica

Es un hotel muy limpio y tiene al personal intentando este impecable Pero Le falta limpieza debajo de los lavamanos, cuando se cae algo metes la mano y te sale asquerosa Así como debajo de las camas. son cosas que no supervisan Le falta algo de cariño y mantenimiento a lo que era la plaza de Toros está bien que es vieja pero hay que darle Cariño

Bad experience

We booked one night with breakfast included, but when we arrived the hotel said it was not included, that you guys (booking.com) must pay the difference if the “included breakfast” because it was your mistake to advertise it. I have already sent an email to you guys, but I haven’t received any answer.

Everything cool. The 24hs business room and the breakfast are amazing! Also, the bar inside the property is great. The view, the location, the building itself and everything was awesome. The cleanliness also really really good.

Once in a lifetime type hotel!

This is the most amazing, historic building. It’s been beautifully converted into a hotel. Such an absolutely cool place to stay. Just a tiny walk into the most historic section in town. Very close.

Don’t go there !

They hold party for 400 people Saturday night from 9 pm to 4 am , not able to sleep at all .Started cleaning and demolishing till 8 am, Ruin our vaccination, cancel all planned activities, suffered from high blood pressure and headache !

Once in a lifetime experience.

One of a kind hotel in the beautiful city of Zacatecas. What a treat to stay in this hotel that was built on an old bull ring dating back to the 1850’s. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant had excellent dishes, and the bar built in the old bull pen was so cool. I have never taken so many pictures of a hotel in my life. The hotel is centrally located to the plaza that has restaurants, shops, museums, and much more. If you are in Zacatecas you have to experience this hotel at least for one night.

Rooms are a bit dated.

The air stopped working in our room and we called to tell them and they never came in to fix it and it was 89 degrees outside so the last few days was ruff!
