A great sojourn.

It was very well situated, close to restaurants, bars, city and tours. There were brochures right in the reception area. Favia was a wonderful host, always making sure that we were comfortable. The first thing she did was make sure we had the correct entry code. Garbage from the room was emptied, clean towels delivered as required.

Unfortunately, the room was quite cold.

A beautiful studio in the center

The Queen deluxe is a beautiful and comfortable room. The energy from the past is there to feel. Comfortable beds and it is very clean. It is a huge room, feels like having a studio in the center of the city.

The noise, it is very noisy there, since the morning there are the sellers, the trucks, you name it. The toilets are clean but they need remodeling, they are very old.

Like being in a dungeon at a Motel 6.

The reservation did not match the room. I never received breakfast or was told even though I paid for it. The room they gave me was not the one I signed up for when making the reservation. The room was cold. Dark and no windows as the picture showed.

The room felt like a dungeon and in prison. It also was very cold all they offered was another blanket. I was so disappointed that 6 hours later I went to another hotel. They also said I could cancel but when on the site there was no cancellation place. This means I was only there for 7 hours and had to pay for the entire stay even though I was never there for 3 days. When I went to the new Hotel I actually slept until dinner time because I had not slept all night.

Central location. Beautifull wooden furniture.

Rooms a bit cold,sun can't reach window. Looks as furniture are expensive,but unluckily the doors are choicen of cheap thin material. I studied carpentry.

The contact with the host, the cleanliness of the room, the central location. The room is charming with the two big windows.

Great value for your MXN! Alex was extremely helpful with all matters! I encountered one problem with the room, and he looked after it immediately! Fabulous service! The hotel provided me with a perfect room for my needs!

¡Súper!

Everything was great! Great location. Meters away from the catedral, on the main street. Great room. Keeps the old feeling with original bones and comfortable beds. Great view. Great service.

Nice location

The hotel was downtown, very close to the catedral and walking distance to everything. There are a lot of restaurants near by. If you manage to find parking it is free for the entire day and evening.

The bed was very small, very noisy room, construction was undergoing and you could hear all the noises from other rooms or halls. No parking available during the day.

Very central. Best value. Optimal if you’re there to explore. One night was okey to explore the town.

May that ou room was like a basement.
