Near to Salford university
No chair provided when asked for one, the bathroom door was dodgey and locked itself from inside so had to go to McDonalds at 6am to use their toilet facilities and it took 5 hours for someone to look at the lock. There was a very noisy person near our room making a lot of noise from 6am onwards but I was awake revising then and just ignored the noise, but had to mention to reception as the noise continued for awhile.

Ideally situated
The rooms smell of damp, it was over powering.

The duplex-like room and the digital heating system was quite impressive and functional.
The exterior looked unkempt & abandoned with a dysfunctional vending machine.

Price was OK for a one night stay for a football trip as was Location.
Needs a spruce up,no quilts on bed.

Leaving. Whilst that may appear harsh it is fact. More like a hostel and clearly there were people there who had been placed there?
The noise. Music at gone midnight. The dirty walls and cracked plaster.

Given a room change
First room we were given was dirty, it looked as if it had not been cleaned and there was black sticky chewing gum along the window sill, and dirty sideboards

Absolutely nothing
As we walked up to the property it looked like it was derisive. we walked into the reception and we were greeted with a smell that wasn’t very pleasant. We were then given our room keys and our friends were not impressed with their room, it had stains on the bed and on the walls, like someone had thrown up on the wall, they were moved to what they were told a deluxe room, which didn’t have a wardrobe and had stairs leading up to the bed which was dangerous as the carpet on the stairs was not attached properly so this was a hazard. We entered our room and it was ok but as you looked further it just wasn’t clean, we noticed there was mould in the bathroom on the skirting boards and after we had stayed in there all night we then noticed there was black mould all on the ceiling, which is quite dangerous to be sleeping in, also the TV was black and white which wasn’t ideal, I think for £90 a night it was quite unacceptable. This could be a nice place if it had some money spent on it and some tlc, but as far as I am concerned it is not suitable for anyone to be staying in this property.
