More hotel parking. Had to queue at the coffee machine. There was only one. Could do with two

Great location.
Size of room good.
Bathroom bit shabby - shower could be better.
4.3
Room - Good size, enough space for 1 person, nice size bathroom. The shower was nice and powerful.
Breakfast - Excellent variety of options.
Bed - Large. comfy mattress and comfy pillows.
There was only one working lift, which made moving around the hotel a little slower than usual.
4.3
Was in a good position.
The outside could do with a spruce up
Also the inside carpets looked like they were worn even though they are not, but the patterns made them look as if they were.

Location
There was no internet during our stay!!!

The location was perfect, only a 1 minute walk to the Aviva Studios for a concert - as a disabled traveller this is ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was lovely and had so much room. One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Bar stays open late if you need some drinks/snacks when you return in the evening, plus the option of room service.
I would have preferred to have a bath and small fridge in the room for water. The carpet wasn't cleaned properly, a lot of hair was on our socks when we took off our shoes. It's very noisy, we could clearly hear the conversations from next door and above us. About 3.30am some loud music was played momentarily which sounded like a fire alarm at first, so we jumped up.

Was ideal location for what we needed, excellent breakfast and staff on check in were fantastic
A smell of bad drains in the room overnight, a service door was next to the front entrance door so I guess it was from there.
4.3

We didnt stay longer

the hotel rate when i booked was 100-00 GBP per room more expensive than the spot rate on the day. i booked 3 rooms so i was out of pocket 300-00 GBP.

I loved the experience , especially the staff . Nothing was too much bother . Efficacious and professional.
Top marks for Rafiu Geoffrey who was exceptional in every way and assured me at every step of my stay going above and beyond his duties and making sure I was comfortable and settled after long travels . So professional and courteous .

Decor, wooden beams, location
Only one lift as other out of order for maintenance which was meant to have finished 3 weeks ago.
Automatic service charge added to bar bills. This is not acceptable in the UK.
4.3
Location and facilities were good.
Not notified of ongoing lift work, room directly next to the lift, so at times very noisy.

Bar closing times, construction work outside

Bed was the nicest i've slept in, we even tried to find the label on the linen to buy some, breakfast was perfect and staff really friendly. This is our favorite Manchester hotel. Love the relaxed feel in the bar as well.
Only problem was only one lift working which is slow but i believe this is being modified.

L'endroit est vraiment magnifique. Ancienne usine aménagée, les chambres ont vraiment du style!

Nothing, it was all in all a very pleasant experience

The building and the facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
The restaurant was expensive for what it was.

Frühstück super! (Große Auswahl)
Sehr freundliches Personal
Tolles Ambiente
Gute Lage direkt am Fluss
Keine Frischluft (Fenster verriegelt)
Keine Lüftung im Bad
Wenig Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer

Great staff, very polite friendly and welcoming. Lovely room, very comfortable bed and pillows, great bathroom. Everything we needed. Really nice bar area to relax in.
WiFi was a problem to connect to, there was no information in the room, I couldn't hear reception over the phone, and so I had to go to reception to get help connecting. It would be a good idea to leave info in the room.
The cooked breakfast was really disappointing. The beans had been either watered down or were just poor quality. Mushrooms tasted of nothing. The scrambled eggs were barely cooked. The bacon was distasteful. Very nice sausages and hash brown. There was a good selection of pastries and fruit, yoghurt etc, but we expected a basic good cooked English breakfast from such a quality hotel.

Everything went fine. We were out of the hotel for much of the time but the time spent in the hotel was comfortable and friendly. We very much enjoyed our breakfast on the one day that my partner and I had it. Stayed before and will do again.
The traffic around the hotel was absolutely manic - and not in a moving sense. Absolute gridlock at busy times.
4.3
Everything about this hotel, from walking in and being welcomed by the lovely reception staff, having banter with the cleaner and the welcome from the bar staff, we was mega impressed and will definitely be back
4.3
The hotel and staff were lovely really enjoyed my stay at this hotel
I was confused over my bill I paid on arrival then charged an extra mount that discussed with me, apparently someone had made an error with the first bill!!
But all in all a very nice place to stay
4.3
Location. Ambience is great. Staff amazing
Parking needs to be improved. None disabled people attending training courses using disabled spaces.
4.3
Loved the room was spacious and the decor was impressive. Staff was very helpful and friendly
limited spaces for Parking . Parked at NCP, I was told I would receive 50% off with the code provided, but was actually 20%

Not much
Where do we start? Sack all the staff from reception through restaurants to customer service personnel and start again with individuals with an iota of intelligence and common sense - then train them for their not rocket science jobs? Redesign the building so that on a cold day in Manchester you don’t have to have air-Con on in order to sleep?? Just being able to open a window would sort it….Food that doesn’t remind you of a cheap service station meal in 1975 but with an eye-watering bill attached? Just do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
4.3
Staff were lovely and the service was exceptional. Room was bigger than expected, very clean and good facilities. Breakfast was fabulous!
