Everything
The elevator bit dirty could’ve been designed better,
I accidentally took the stairs and that was extremely dirty but overall the stay was brilliant
4.1
Good location, clean, helpful staff
Very uncomfortable bed with a dip in the middle and creaky.
Traffic noise interrupted sleep.
Noise from other rooms
Not good value for money
4.1
Hotel lobby was nice and was quiet
The bedroom was filthy, under the bed looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in very long time very dust, bed was really uncomfortable and made a sound every-time it was sat on, asked reception to clean the room, came back to the hotel after a long day, all that was done was the bed had been made, bed sheets hadn’t been changed, towels hadn’t been changed

We paid for a superior double. Which the hotel gave to another person with a “similar name”
We then had to wait around for about an hour. Bare in mind we didn’t go to check in until 9pm. We didn’t get in our room until gone 10.
Which was not a superior double just a double that had been cancelled by someone else.
We got told the room would be upgraded the next day and as you can guess this never happened.
We got told no refund could be made for the difference in price as this was through booking.com and not the hotel.
4.1
Such friendly and approachable staff especially bartenders Siraj and Sheetal who went above and beyond for us.
Very very close to supermarkets, pubs , coffee shops and fast food places which was convenient for us.
Brilliantly clean room and hotel overall.
Great choice of drinks and cocktails at the bar all reasonably priced too.
Nice view of the river from our room.
4.1
The hotel was exceptionally clean. The shared areas and the rooms. Rooms were very well stocked. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Although there was a lovely well lit mirror in the bathroom, there was no mirror by a plug socket to use the hairdryer, normally would find one by the desk.
Wasn’t aware they served breakfast.
4.1
Convenient modern hotel with parking for visiting the Quays. The staff were all lovely from greeting us warmly when we arrived earlier than check-in to leaving a couple of days later. We were allowed to check in early and we're upgraded to a room overlooking the quays. Rooms were functional but compact, in contrast to the impression that the photos gave.
The bed was a standard double and not as comfortable as those in Premier Inns. The photos shown in Booking.com give an impression that the rooms are larger than actual. The lounge area seating and carpet could do with a good clean.

Well located.
Nothing

Value for money and convenient
The fridge in the room was too noisy and kept turning on and off all night disturbing sleep

Good
Not a lot

It was in a nice quiet location. It was clean in and around the property. The staff were very nice and understanding.
The bathroom light occasionally flickered for a couple of minutes. There was a funny sound that came from outside, however not sure if that’s due to the hotel itself or outside parties.

The friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms

The rooms were lovely, with a wonderful view of the city and great facilities. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with an excellent range of produce. The late check out of 12pm was brilliant and meant we didn't need to rush. We had a lovely relaxing stay and would highly recommend it.
Parking was an additional cost but I think this is standard across most hotels in the city.
4.1
The staff was excellent. The closeness to Old Trafford was lovely aswell.
The thermometer in our room was broken so it was nearly impossible to sleep. We sett the tempature in our room to 18 degrees celsius but it climbed to 27 degrees instead. We couldnt change rooms because the hotel was fully booked. The beds were also really uncomfortable.
4.1
Great location and modern hotel. Reception and bar area lovely.

I’m vegetarian and there was plenty of options. A great breakfast variety all round.
Booked a twin room, weeks prior.. was with my daughter. Was originally told on arrival that the hotel didn’t have a twin available and offered a Queen - was not happy as ordered snd paid for a twin & when booking via booking.com it said there was one available following discussion the member of staff did find a twin room. Unsure why she said there wasn’t one. All good in the end though.

The property was very modern after the latest refurb. The Staff all went above and beyond during our stay and customer service we received from everyone was 5 stars
Nothing we didn’t like
4.1
Location for the trip was excellent. Staff were friendly.
Extra costs for breakfast and parking. Bed was clunky. Breakfast seemed to be unorganised.
4.1
Location
The fact they took two lots of money out of my account without my consent then tried telling me it would go straight back into my account. It didn't so I was left with limited money during my stay.
Bed really uncomfortable. Room basic.
Better quality and facilities in premier inns which are cheaper and which I will be sticking to in the future
4.1
It was clean. It was well-maintained. It was easy to access and find.
The room was quite small, but good enough for a short stay.
4.1
Modern comfortable room
Probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I would have preferred to go to Tescos and buy a frozen pizza and have them make it. I asked for chilli and was offered ketchup. Terrible variety of veggie options. Avoid the restaurant would be my suggestion. There are only low range restaurants nearby.
4.1
Good location. Clean rooms
Breakfast is awful. Cold.
4.1
The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
Not enough tea/ coffee in the rooms
4.1
Location was perfect for us and a 20 minute walk away from Salford quays where there was loads of restaurants.
The air con wasn’t great. Our room felt very warm but it wasn’t much of an issue.
4.1
Good breakfast..
More suitable for business
4.1
Very clean, fresh interior staff were amazing!!!
I’m going to book again. Great and much better than more expensive hotels in London.
No fried eggs on Sunday.

Very helpful staff
4.1
The staff were friendly and engaging. The food was good as was the service in general. Our second room was definitely an improvement on the first (see below). The lady on reception (Basha I think) was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were happy.
The rooms are looking tired and are in need of some TLC. We decided to change rooms as the first 'Executive Room' had a torn head board and clearly tattered furniture. The bathroom was not great either and had mold around the silicone. Although it states it's Salford Quays its not close to the Lowry. We would have been better off location wise, staying in Media City. It was also pricey for what was offered.

Clean and nice rooms

The hotel was stunning and the reception staff were very welcoming. Great location and the room was very relaxing.
I originally booked one nights stay but had to book another night due to the train strikes. The Friday night was £50 cheaper than the Saturday night. Although the hotel was a very pleasant stay and I would love to stay again, I just think that's a massive difference.
4.1
The hotel was well-located for tram links and for exploring Salford Quays. The room was sizeable and the bed incredibly comfortable. I liked the fact that bottled water was provided throughout the stay. Pleasant bar/restaurant area.
The breakfast was really mediocre and very limited vegan choices.

Clean, lovely room. Loved the dressing gown.
I checked in late but the welcome wasn’t v warm. I wasn’t informed about facilities, breakfast wasn’t mentioned etc. I then tried to find out more info via the tv in the room and it said 24/7 room service but when I called through the staff member said room service wasn’t available - just a bit disappointing all round.

Had a lovely bath, loved the water and sparkling water in fridge, bed was huge and comfy. I had a rough time at a concert i went to Manchester for i felt a lot better once i got the the hotel felt like home.
