Convenient & clean place to stay just a few steps from the beach

Great location and the hotel looks very modern. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. The breakfast on the roof terrace was a fantastic way to start each day and the selection of food was decent. Rooms were a good size and the balcony provided a lovely view of Sarande.

I had stayed in some other hotels in Albania before this one and this didn't have the most comfortable bed. It wasn't bad but this was definitely on the firmer side. Also, the air-conditioning was difficult to control and I found myself waking up in the night to turn it off and it was too hard to figure out how to set a certain temperature.

Super séjour!

Nous avons adoré la gentillesse des gens et la propreté de l'établissement: sans même demander le nettoyage, quelqu'un passe tous les jours! La chambre est très confortable, joliment décorée et contient tous les équipements attendus. Le petit déjeuner est très bon; le buffet n'est pas très grand mais plus que suffisant pour satisfaire tous les estomacs! L'emplacement est aussi très bien! Je recommande cet établissement! Allez-y les yeux fermés! Nous avons adoré notre passage!!

Le parking un peu petit (qui n'a pas été un problème car nous y sommes allés en basse saison) mais l'emplacement ne permet pas un plus grand parking...

Precies wat je kan verwachten naar aanleiding van de reviews.

Deluxe room was ruim en mooi ingericht. Duidelijk verschil met de classic room. Kamer rook erg naar sigarettenrook bij binnenkomst. Na het aangeven hiervan bij de receptie werd er serieus aan gewerkt om het weg te krijgen. Korting gekregen na het verblijf voor het ongemak. Zeer netjes opgelost.

Lag aan een drukke straat waar ons balkon ook op uitkeek.

Really enjoyed our stay here, pool was an added bonus, even though if doesn’t get the sun all the way round it.

Location was great, a few minutes walk to a small beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms were spotless, clean sheets/towels everyday and bottles of water in fridge most days. Great views overlooking the sea front. Great friendly staff. Because it was almost end of season the rooftop bar wasn’t open, but they accommodated us with drinks anyway. Much appreciated.

We had a hire car and did find it difficult to find the hotel, because of its situation. Situated on a back street and a one way steep slope to get out of. Definitely need some more signage.

The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful ❤️

The room was dirty. They gave water only once. We drank tea in the room, so next day they just left the empty package and didn't put one more. No conditioner, only body wash. Towels and beddings was with stains. The hall always stinked from cigarettes smoke. Breakfast - sorry, but terrible🥺

Idyllinen pieni hotelli mahtavalla aamupalalla ja ysyävällisellä palvelulla.

Julia oli pieni perhehotelli, jossa oli lämmin tunnelma ja loistava aamupala kattoterassilla. Aamupala oli ehdoton suosikki ja näkymät älyttömät. Henkilökunta oli aina paikalla ja kaikessa aidosti ystävällisiä ja palvelualttiita.

Vesipullot puuttuivat huoneesta joka pv ja niitä sai käydä aina erikseen pyytämässä iltaisin.

Locatie is super prettig. Je loopt overal zo heen. Ontbijten met fijn uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad en personeel is heel behulpzaam.

Badkamer had achterstallig onderhoud. Wasbak lekte water op alle twee de kamers. Voor oma was de weg naar hotel wat stijl, maar dat was op bijna alle locaties die we in Albanië hebben aangedaan een uitdaging..

Amazing stay would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, location was perfect minutes away from the beach and the centre of Sarandë. Breakfast was great with an amazing view in the morning, staff were really friendly and rooms were nice and tidy. Also had space outside to park rental car, which made it much better after our day trips to the surrounding attractions which were great to explore.

Was short, but very nice. The Julia hotel is a really good place to stay!

The property is very good. The room was clean and smelling good, the shower was amazing.The staff were very kind and polite and the breakfast there a good variety of fresh food. I would recommend it!

I liked everything starts from breakfast, people who works there for this hotel each and everyone of them was professional nice and kind. Specially, one of them her name is KATERINA I cannot even find words to explain how good nice and kind she was, and very very smart and professional. Extremely helpful staff as to our further travel to Qeparo.

The breakfast was absolutely brilliant: plenty and for any taste. Furthermore we were very grateful to the staff who help us finding out about our onward bus to Qeparo and to get to the ticket-selling agency. The hotel even gave us a lift to the bus stop. Thank you!

The hotel is very central. We arrived on a Friday night and Saranda‘s centre was as noisy as a funfair combined with club music. The double windows helped to shut off the noise.

Nice clean modern hotel with friendly accommodative staff

Nice clean modern property with friendly staff and well located to access the main resort. Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and the owners very kindly agreed to serve breakfast early for us when we had an early departure

The parking was limited but the staff did well to accommodate and move cars around when required

Great location in the heart of Sarande. Staff very welcoming and kind. Breakfast was generous and nice. Very clean hotel.

The view from the room was not very nice at all. The pool didn’t get any sunlight. Parking is tricky, they have to park your car for you.

Lovely little hotel, great location, wonderful views from the roof terrace

Great location a short walk from the main promenade. Lovely little pool area with comfy sunbeds. Modern rooms overlooking the pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

It is on a hill so it might be difficult for those with mobility issues but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Nice small hotel with beautiful view

Nice small hotel with very friendly and attentive hosts. The location is very good, close to the public beach and bus station. There was very beautiful view on the city and sunset from the balcony.

Everything was perfect. Bathroom super clean and has all the facilities. The owners were very friendly. Free parking. Comfy bed, nice sea view and balcony as well. Definitely would recommend. We enjoyed our stay.
