立地最高、リッチな気分。

ユニバから近く、チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえ、チェックイン後の荷物を預かりサービスもあったので助かった。部屋の前に氷のサービスがあり嬉しかった。想像よりも部屋が広くとてもリッチな気分になれた！ユニバに行くときはまた利用したい。

とっても良い旅になりました。またUSJに行ける時があれば予約します！

車で行きましたが、朝早くに到着でチェックイン前でも空きがあれば入れるとのことでとめられて良かったです。 24時間利用出来るスパもUSJでクタクタになった後のメンテナンスに最高でした。こどもも大人も大満足でした。

Everything is at your doorstep.

Close to Universal Studios, train, good restaurants and shopping.

Room overlooked the train line, so was a little bit noisy, but not too unbearable.

スタッフの対応がよかったです

部屋のユニットバスが匂いがきつく生乾きみたいな匂いがきつかった共有のお風呂のマナーが2.3年まえからずっと通ってるが今回は海外の人が多いのはわかっていたが床はびしゃびしゃだし、ごみはいっぱい落ちているし、清掃されてるのか不安になったお風呂にもなんかいろんなものが浮いていたのですこし嫌だった旅行のたびにここのホテルを使っていたのでなんかショックでした

We stayed for 2 nights. It was great, the roof top bath is wonderful, must try! Kids loved it too.

Everything is expected. Very close to USJ, and the shopping street is very convenient. The roof top bath is 'excellent'

This is a great hotel for those who want to visit Universal Studios and also jump on a train.

The room was good overall. I liked how the hotel provided pajamas for their guests during their stay. I also liked the convenience to the train station and to Universal Studios.

The room, although clean, was a bit small. The restaurant food could use improvement. And the laundry room has only 6 washer/dryer units... they need to add a few more units.

Very convenient

I think they don’t sell this well enough when they say it’s near universal studios. Your literally staying right if the metro in Universal City walk. You can just walk to Universal 2-3 minutes only because your walking through City walk. The corner view twin room with the view of hogwarts castle was great. I’m said our king delux room did not have a view of Hogwarts. However, the two king rooms we had did have great views of the river. Wish they let us upload multiple photos. There are multiple Lawson’s, 7 Elevens, Ramen, Bubba Gump Shrimp, Wolfgang Pizza, Universal Mario and other stores, and other Universal Studios City walk restaurants right outside less than 1-2 minute walk.

The king bed was two twin beds pushed together.

ユニバ帰りには最高のロケーションで来年も宿泊したいです

大浴場があり、館内着もしっかりしており着心地が良かった。作り付けのソファも使い勝手がよく、部屋も清潔に保たれていました。

特にはないですが、お茶だけではなくコーヒーがあるとありがたかったです。

ทำเลดีมาก เดินแป๊ปเดียวก้ถึงUSJ ข้างหน้าโรงแรมเป็นโซน city walk มีร้านอาหารเยอะแยะ อยู่ใกล้ท่าเรือที่ไปKaiyukanเดินไม่ไกล พนักงานบริการดีมาก ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ให้ความช่วยเหลือดี เตียงนอนสบายมาก ขนาดเตียงไม่สูง เด็กเล็กปีนขึ้นลงเองได้สบาย สามารถดันเตียงชิดกำแพงได้ เพหมาะกับครอบครัวที่มากับเด็ก มีบ่อน้ำร้อนให้แช่ผ่อนคลายหลังจากเดินเที่ยวมาทั้งวัน อาหารเช้าหลากหลายรสชาติดี

とてもよかったです。エアコンも効きがよく猛暑でも快適でした

立地がとてもよくお風呂も着いているしコンビニやお店があるので素泊まりプランでよかった USJ行くならとても良い帰りの日も荷物預かりがあるので良かったチェックインも3時より早くしてくれた。

スパの脱衣所の床が髪の毛とか結構落ちてた。

Excellent location for both Universal Studios and access to Osaka city centre.

The hotel's position next to the train station and a 5 minute walk from Universal Studios. The rooms were spacious and well appointed.

Breakfast was crowded and of an inferior standard for this class of hotel.

Love the place, this was our second time here and would probably be staying there again.

Love the beds, and over all convinience of the location.

Overall, this property is great and affordable to stay for couple days. The onsen is amazing

Right next to the train station and a short walk to the Universal park. Breakfast was good. Love the onsen and the spacious rooms.

Very close to Universal Studios, nice spa on top floor with good view.

Room had a terrible smell, kids were playing in the spa that was supposed to be relaxing, staff not flexible with early check-in, breakfast could be quite crowded.

Cool location but lacking in many ways.

Location was great if you’re planning on going to Universal Studios or Osaka Aquarium. You’re at the entrance of Universal City and literally next to the JR station. It’s a short walk to the ferry that takes you to Osaka aquarium and other attractions. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping came in everyday to make up room and empty trash even without using the door magnet. Room was very tiny but fit 3 of us and luggage.

The room was not that great. Ceiling was very noticeably peeling in many areas. I found a questionable brown stain in the comforter that I was using on our last day right before check out. It was too late to bring up to staff’s attention. Bathroom smelled damp and a bit moldy- we couldn’t get rid of it even with the fan on and the door left open. No seal between tub and wall so can explain why it smelled damp. Buffet was not that great. We opted to eat McDonald’s even though we paid for breakfast.

perfect location for Universal Studios

if want to go to Universal Studios then this is the location. The spa/onsen can be very busy with little kids. Hotel mainly used by Japanese.

Breakfast when bought separately was very expensive for what it was. Better go to the City walk. lots of options there. lots of young kids in the spa
