We decided to stay over in Skegness this was booked very last minute, really close to town centre, details were sent via text as my phone battery was about to die. All very helpful would definitely stay again

The location was great..
Dirty and dusty...no staff on arrival...smelt fusty and old..looked run down...needed a lot of decorating..mattress had stains and pillows dirty...they were hidden with extra pillow cases and mattress covers to hide it all..not impressed

It was good value for money we didn't see any staff and got the sign in code over the phone it does have a private bathroom but it's very small over all it did what we needed

we didn’t have breakfast but the flat was lovely!! great garden area and a big space in the bedroom which was lovely. kitchen was perfect! just a wonderful little flat, wish i could’ve moved in!!
there was some mould around the shower but that’s understandable, that’s my only fault!

Amazing size. Wonderful location. So clean, the oven was spotless and you could smell how fresh the shower and toilet were. Hosts were really responsive too. They remotely altered the heating system when we asked for help to warm it up.
The place is quite dated, and for the price you pay, you'd at least expect the decor to be nicer.

On ground floor
Facilities no table and chairs no plates only sink in bathroom had fridge but nowhere to even make a sandwich got microwave but no facilities to use it don't know why they even put a fridge in also no wardrobe for clothes only 4 hooks on wall wouldn't stay in this ground floor garden view accommodation again if it was free

We were cold most of the time as the heating was very low. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable 😫 no handle on oven door as was broken off ..very small bathroom mat so the floor was slippy when got out if the shower ... we only stayed the one night so I give this a fair deal for the three of us

Very happy with the room, quite comfortable and clean, price was very good
Only draw back was the fan in the bathroom, it was extremely noisy and as it ran about 1-2 minutes after switching light off it easily keeps you awake if you need bathroom through the night.

The gentleman who let us in has we was really struggling with the door he even carried our cases up the stairs for us which we really appreciated and also moved us to a different room without hesitation.
On arrival to the building the stairs didn't have a wall paper on.
The room was really dated and in need of total make over and felt really dirty when I used the bathroom I flushed the toilet and there was a really awful smell which came into the bedroom,I had to ring the hotel owner up because we couldn't stand the smell it was like sewers.we got swapped into a one bedroom flat which was really spacious but in need of total decoration there we're stains all over curtains and was freezing all the windows had been left open in every room I had to get the quilt off the bed and wrap it around me and slept in our clothes has it was cold to swap into our night clothes we didn't get any sleep at all.

Everything at first the room very nice bed comfy but a bit to low for us
Getting woke up at 12.30am by a couple banging and shouting and generally falling out which spoilt our day out

Close to the town centre.
Advertised as flats but got a room.
The tiny sink on top of the toilet in a tiny en suite was ridiculous and hard to use.
The en suite smelt fusty and damp.
The tv was very small.
There are no staff on the premises.
Every single room in the converted house has been made into accommodation so the front door is the only fire escape which is dangerous.

I got there with my kids he the guy who I booked it with saying d he got it wrong and didn’t have a room for me untill I said I was with my kids terrible

Was very clean, good location. There was a great selection of appliances which all worked as well as complimentary tea etc.
Bathroom not in apartment, it was across the hall which was not fore-mentioned, also not secure. We would lock it during the day, come back at night to the door being unlocked and items missing in said bathroom. The keys were also difficult to use, the lock was too close to the wall so it was hard to lock up. Sofa bed was also uncomfortable and not really a sofa bed, was just a mattress/sofa cushions on the floor. Also never saw any staff or owners which was strange and also prevented us from being able to voice concerns about bathroom security etc.
