Excellent location and easy to find - good walking straight out from the front door. Lovely people, good room and facilities and amazing cooked breakfasts!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room we had was large and accomodated even the four of us after we asked for an extra bed without any problem. Sarah was very helpful and welcoming, hosted excellently. The B&B is well positioned for visiting Stonehenge, Salisbury and Oxford. Breakfast very well taken care of. Thank you Sarah !
Nothing to complain about.

Everything was superb. When the history of B and Bs comes to be written, Manor Farm will take pride of place!

This is a perfect example of what a farmhouse B&B should be like. A wonderful Wilshire countryside location.

Absolutely delightful host in Sarah. Lovely and clean and very homely. Quiet location too and lovely bedding :)
The front door does stick which is a bit awkward. The bathroom could be improved - perhaps a bath mat or better layout. The decor could be freshened up for more wow factor! A later checkout time would have been REALLY been appreciated, perhaps this option could be added?

Warm welcome, friendly and helpful throughout stay. Lovely comfy bed with clean surroundings. Cooked breakfast was fantastic and really appreciated it being prepared earlier than usual following my request.
If I was being picky, I would say the TV in the room was small compared to today's standards and shower (in separate bathroom) was noisy. Neither of which really affected the quality of my stay.

Lovely rural location. Owner couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was brilliant

Great location and room really quiet. Host really helpful and communication excellent.
I didn’t have the breakfast due to work commitments but host offered to get up super-early which was very kind - i can imagine the farmhouse breakfast would have been fantastic!
It wouldn’t stop me from staying again but a small armchair in a double room that I stayed in would be beneficial for comfort.

Freshly cooked breakfast straight from the farmhouse Aga - its doesn't get any more authentic than that! The hostess Sarah couldn't do enough for me. Asked where I was eating for my evening meal and even rang the pub to check that they were cooking. Unfortunately they weren't so Sarah came and told me and made a few other local suggestions - The Swan in Wilton where there food was very good. Great suggestion. Sarah was very chatty, helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again next time. A small jug of fresh milk was provided for my tea/coffee room facility - great little extra touch.
Nothing comes to mind.

Our host was very accommodating, we arrived late in the evening and had to leave early the next day, but our host was so welcoming and even got up early to cook us breakfast before we left. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made to order, also ensuring our dietary requirements were met without any hesitation. Manor Farm was a lovely place to stay, in a beautiful location and the host was outstanding.

The property was charming with beautiful views. the room was large, very clean and came with everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and made sure we were looked after. breakfast was excellent and set us up for a long walk around Avebury’s Neolithic sites. definitely non our list to return. we had a very good dinner at the local pub which was a 1 min walk.

The location is charming, and handy for a number of nearby towns - including the one I was visiting. The welcome was informal and friendly - exactly what you want from a country farmhouse cottage. Big comfy bed, and the breakfast was great.
Nothing. Would book again without a second thought, if my business brought me to the area. I pre-paid, so had no admin - just arrive, welcome, good stay and drop the keys off - very relaxing.

Lovely old farmhouse with large comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Very hospitable and friendly host.
The rooms were quite cold - we stayed there in January
4.7
Our host was very helpful and welcoming. Because we were late in arriving she rang and booked us a table in the local pub to make sure we could get an evening meal. Very kind! The room and bed were big and comfortable, breakfast was excellent.
We found the bed (duvet) a bit too hot, but that is just personal preference, not a real negative.
4.7
Breakfast good Host nice. Location good.
Price on other sites £87 including breakfast - we paid £103. I think 87 would be a fairer price as room needs updating. I booked a superior room and don't feel it was superior apart from a king sized bed!
