Wonderful comfortable stay in a quaint peaceful resort.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable

The BedRooms and Bathrooms has no locks from inside - which I found quite strange. We were a family of five and were sharing the bathrooms - people had to make noises from inside the washrooms to not to get intruded from our family members. It also gave us no privacy in our bedrooms. Many appliances instructions (like AC etc) were in Portugees and I could not understand how to operate the same.

Het is echt geen vijf sterren resort

Uiterlijk van resort was mooi, ontbijt was prima, fijne bedden, veel mogelijkheid tot zwemmen, huis zag er van binnen prima uit, uitgebreide keuken, wasmachine etc.

Onvriendelijke receptie, raar handdoekenbeleid, kapot hek aan de achterkant terwijl receptie en noodnummer onbereikbaar zijn. (ons huisje zat naast het hek, we zaten daardoor eerste rij). Buitengedeelte van huis was niet kindvriendelijk. Onverwarmd buitenzwembad.

Geweldig!

Heerlijk ruim herenhuis met goede bedden erg hygiënisch en mooie ruime slaap en badkamers. Geweldige ligging en heerlijk rustig.

Klein beetje achterstallig onderhoud hier en daar maar valt in het niet bij de positieve punten.

Maravilloso

El Resort es muy bonito y está muy cuidado, el apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, con una cocina muy bien, equipada, con dos baños completos. El desayuno muy rico, variado con opciones “sin gluten” y de calidad. La piscina climatizada, el jacuzzi la sauna y el baño turco, fantásticos

La única pega que le pondría son a las almohadas, que al ser de plumas resultan un poco incómodas

We will be back

Everything. We were upgraded upon arrival, which was much appreciated. Very minor problems found on entering the apartment, but these were immediately resolved - not an issue

A small percentage of staff seemed to have a problem with both the Portuguese and English language and ordering at times became an issue. I appreciate that we visited in the very high season and possibly extra staff (not your normal) were brought in to assist. It is a small point, but worth mentioning.

Awesome and peaceful place to unwind.

Beautiful condo in a quite location, away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Faro. If you looking to party, this is not the place. But if you are there for some peace and quite with family, enjoying the pool, spa, yoga etc., then this is the place to go. We had previously stayed in a dingy 2-bedroom apartment in Faro for 3 days, with pedestal fans. It was on the beach but otherwise it was not so comfortable and nice. This place; however, is awesome and costs us even less. We had to return to Faro/Algarve area for kayaking tour to the caves which was previously cancelled. We started looking for a place to stay for one night and this place popped up. It was cheaper and 10 times better. THIS PLACE HAS AIRCONDITIONING. And it's closer to the Benagil area. If I were to return to this region, this is the first place that I would check. Also, the staff could not be any more exceptional. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Just a recommendation: A hose or a water outlet near the front of the condos/apartments or in a convenient place nearby to wash off the sand from your feet, so that the interior doesn't get dirty.

Restful, relaxing stay in a beautiful resort.

Beautiful clean resort set in a quiet, pretty area of Carvoeiro. Staff were friendly and professional. Resort was clean, and garden was very well maintained . Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Pool was picturesque with a large pool catering for every age. Plenty of loungers, brollies and towels. Fabulous resort.

If you’re looking for a nice stay in Carvoeiro this is your place

-The resort and houses are beautiful and look just like the pictures. -It was fairly quiet even though there were lots of families with kids staying. -The house was clean, housekeeping came every day whilst we were out. Also just wanted to mention we did not hire a car like most people do but the walk to the town was about 15 mins downhill which was not too bad for us and then obviously up hill on the way back and it is quite steep, so do take that in to consideration if you have very young children or elderly travelling with you.

-The TVs are old so do not have Netflix, YouTube etc. -Towels and bedding did not smell nice, could easily be fixed by adding some fabric freshener. -We needed help on how to use the washing machine, reception sent housekeeping, housekeeping did not know and had to request for maintenance, maintenance managed to get the machine started but I don’t think he knew the different settings etc either. -On check out day, we called reception to ask if they can send the golf cart down to help transport our luggage to reception, was told I would get a call back but I didn’t and it was past check out time so I called back and the person at reception sighed immediately after picking up and not so politely said the golf cart will be with you shortly. Made me feel like an inconvenience other than that interactions with staff were good.

Perfect a family with teens

Perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. We will come back again. There was a cat in black colour who came to my villa every night and he's so cute that we let him go inside & bought him cat food. Hope you can give him some food while you meet him. Swimming pools and all other facilities were also good.

We had a BBQ buffet dinner but the food was a bit cold since we came after 8:30pm. The food variety was limited. We found some ants on the food. When we reported no more grilled beef to the manager, they immediately delivered the new plate for us.

The family “rooms” are actually villas with two bathrooms and total 3 toilets. Pleasant terrace with chairs. There is a main big pool . Also a small pool right in front of the villa.

A great contender for our yearly vacation spot of choice.

Great breakfast with many options for both cold and warm food. The pool has a generous amount of chairs and is overall very pleasant. The rooms are nice; large, and clean, and well equipped. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive.

The TV set could use some updating. It can be quite tedious to click through hundreds of channels without a guide, especially, when the TV is extremely slow to respond. The wooden surfaces around the pool area are in great need of repair. Loose boards and screws are a factor to consider especially when the kids want to run around freely but cannot. to be clear, this is mostly on a small path between the pool and the pond, as well as the two bridges between the outer edge of the pool and its island. The playground needs (more) shaded areas.

Exceeded expectations and would happily visit again

The check in process was efficient but thorough, Jose was great. The facilities look exactly like the pictures online and are very good indeed. Breakfast was nice and varied and the staff were all very friendly. The rooms were clean and the resort is pretty and private. Indoor pool was great and very warm.

Great location and rooms clean and well stocked with equipment.

This was our third stay at the hotel. the two bed townhouse offers a home from home space and adjacent to the multi sports court which my kids used daily. The indoor pool at this time of year ensured we could swim daily.

The only negative was the ‘night manager’ who offered no solution when we were using the pool table in the bar and there was an issue that every few turns it swallowed the 1 euro and didn’t give the balls. The first time it happened he gave 1 euro from a tin but told me it always did this? The second time he implied that he would not give me the euro back if it happened again. this was disappointing as my family wanted to watch the football in the bar and play pool for a few hours.

Spa very disappointing. Hot tub had only 1 jet. Turkish sauna had loose and missing tiles. Not enough hot water in suite to fill bath.

Superb

Very spacious 3 bedroom unit with all commodities. The option were quite limited in the area for this type of unit at this time of the year. Bit remote from city center/beach but we walked everyday the 1.3km to reach the city restaurant. VERY comfortable option for us with free parking. Great common area but we haven't tried much ourselves.

Big complex. Our unit was 5 minute walk from the breakfast/restaurant.
