Huge room and well equiped Location, close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and public transports

Overall a good stay. Would like to choose again if come to AD

Room was big and specious with well equipped bathroom. Comfortable bed with good quality linen. Good location. View out of window was superb.

Breakfast menu could have been better. Choice was not much. Fresh juice would have been better.

Am primit camera pentru oameni cu dizabilitati si au fost camera si baia putin mai mare.

Ne-au oferit camera de fumatori desi noi cerusem camera de nefumatori iar mirosul era groaznic in camera. Iar in baie am gasit niste prieteni gandaci

Pleasant stay

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and we had no problems during this time. Staff was very kind, our room clean, breakfast was classic continental. You can easily walk to the sightseeings, sometimes we used Uber or local taxi.

Приятный отель. Превзошел ожидания, комнаты большие, в комнате большая кровать, диван, стол, стулья, офисный стол, барная стойка, стиральная машинка, телевизор. Я была удивлена, жаль оставались на одну ночь, был трансфер. Мебель старенькая, но удобная и комфортная. Белье чистое, белое, хлопок. Подушки удобные, что не мало важно. Хороший простой завтрак. Красивый вид, много рядом такси. От отеля трансфера нету. Но рядом много ТРЦ, можно там или по пути взять такси, езжайте по счётчику и оплачивайте картой, тогда цены нормальные, от отеля в аэропорт у нас вышло 68 местных денег, оплатили по карте. А когда из аэропорта ехали в отель вышло 80 местных денег, т.е. из аэропорта дороже. Местную валюту даже не брали с собой, всё по карте оплачивали. Всё удобно, рядом куча кафе и продуктовых. Отель найти легко, он большой и огромные буквы. Заезжали в 11 вечера. Вообщем рекомендую.

Был неприятный запах при входе в отель, но только на ресепшн. В остальном всё хорошо и нет ничего плохого.

Location, near to downtown.

In booking.com is written that check out is till 15:00, but when you are on the reception, you understand that it's 12:00. There is some misunderstanding between reception and restaurant staff, i had included breakfast, but from the restaurant said that it's not included and send me to the reception. They say it's ok and it's included and redirect me to restaurant and this is repeated two times. The client feels like ping pong.

Quite old hotel, with affordable price and great staff

The best thing about this hotel is staff who is very polite and helpful. They assisted us with slightly earlier check in and with some left belongings in the safe.

Even though the room was spacious, it feels very old. You can see that the furniture, carpet and other things are quite old, so overall quality feels bad. There is as well weird strong smell in the hallway and as well you can hear neighbours quite well. The bed was uncomfortable as well. The worst part was the construction happening just outside so it was very noisy. One morning they started constructions at 6am!

Really big room. The staff were very nice. The location was right in the main downtown area near the Abu Dhabi mall.

The facilities and the building was a bit dated.

Large, clean room. Reception staff were friendly and stored our luggage until we left for the airport.

The presence of so many prostitutes in both the trap bar and inside the hotel tainted our view of the hotel.

overrated

Looking at the rating and reviews - we expected a bit more than we got. It's overrated. This hotel is fine for it's price, but a few moments disappointed 1. we expected a buffet. They explained that the buffet is only whenever there is a conference and a lot of guests. 2. breakfast was room delivery. I spent almost 1 hour trying to contact them to order it. The breakfast was rather cold, and also not very tasty (all types of eggs were not salty at all). 3. we found a previous guest's sock, asked the receptionist to take about it before we went out for a walk. After we returned - nothing was done, we had to catch the cleaner in the hall and ask him directly.
