Einfach und ausreichend

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man muss das Gepäck nicht erst durch ganz Venedig schleppen. Das Personal war super freundlich. Auch die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend für einen Kurztrip. Das Gepäck konnte man am Abreisetag unproblematisch aufbewahren..

Aus der Klimaanlage roch es etwas komisch. In meinem Bad waren 2-3 kleine Ameisen unterwegs. Und im frisch bezogenen Bett waren bei Anreise diverse fremde Haare zu finden.

Nice place to stay.

Near train station, restaurants, souvenir stores. Inside room is enough to stay, with enough towels, hair dresser, hair dryer.

Old building outside but new inside house. Far away from ferry. Hard to find when it is in the evening. Room is not hearless from inside out.

Amazing location and value for money

Location was excellent, between two water taxi stops and near the main bus station. Great restaurants in all directions from the hotel, room on top floor had a terrace that overlooked a square which was lovely. Have recommended to friends already, amazing value for money!

Didn’t bother me but no lift which might cause a problem for some people

Amazing view on the top floor, staff were so helpful & friendly, in a beautiful awaited, lovely large room. Will 100% return. Great location.

There are better hotels in Venice.

The hotel is near the train station which is convenient when carrying luggage. The check-in process was online and I completed in while on the train to get there.

The mattress on the bed was thin and uncomfortable. The room was cramped and while clean was otherwise not that nice. I've stayed in other hotels in Venice with much nicer accommodations for not much higher of a price.

la gentilezza dello staff, la posizione comoda

trovare un sacco di capelli nel letto appena rifatto, i cuscini (uno a testa e stop) alti circa 2cm e le coperte. Spazi angusti.

Tutto ok. Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera sempre pulita e calda. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.

Very good location near the train station. The room is small but it has everything you need.

It does not have an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage until the third floor.

Fantastic place to stay. Clean, comfortable and the staff really made our trip.

Great hotel but the staff were the ones that made it incredible. Everyone on reception was so helpful, kind and helpful. They recommended some great spots to eat and really helped us maximise our 3days in this beautiful city on the water. Rosanna was fantastic, so helpful and friendly she even lent us a bottle opener to enjoy a bottle of wine in the room.

Everything was great we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable nice place to stay for a short trip. The staff are the best.

Great basic hotel with friendly staff in convenient location. Would definitely use again.

Convenient location near waterbus stops for attractions, restaurants, and supermarket. Basic facilities but all that was required was a safe, clean, comfortable place to say with an en suite and met all criteria.

Mattress was hard so not sure I could have managed more than a few nights on it. Air con worked but could have been more powerful in the recent heatwave.

Good location but overpriced for a less than basic small room with cheap mattresses.

Located near the main train station. This worked well for us. There are lovely windows for letting in fresh air

The shower did not work, and there is insulation visibly coming out of the walls There is no lift No refrigerator, no safe

Superb

Location is excellent, just a little walk from Santa Lucia station and lot of restaurants around the piazza. The staff was very friendly. Bed was fine, shower was great.

Very good

Near the Venezia train station. A few minutes walk to the Guglie ferry station. The room was clean and tidy. The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Like many hotels in Italy, it did not have an elevator. You can ask to get a room on the first floor when you make the booking so you don't need to move your big suitcase for too many stairs.

overall stay was good

it’s a 4 minute walk from Ferrovia Train Station. The area where the property is is very convenient and very accessible. We checked in early because the room was lready cleaned and prepared before our arrival at midday. friendly staff and the hotel is clean, room cleaned everyday with new towes provided.

great and easy luggage storage before and after checkin. Room was quiet and clean. Towels and hairdryer provided. great location 5 mins by foot from the train station, without stairs (which is rare in Venice)

place was clean rooms a good size. location great! close to the bus station and everything is walking distance. staff so friendly and they can hold your luggage after check out!

only bad thing I can say is the beds were a tad uncomfortable for us. they were very hard. but other than that everything was great

Good place to be central and near the St.Lucia. for a short term.

It’s a super good location, nice Venetian house, and I got a fantastique view from my window. room is ok for Venice. basic and clean. If you’re not a hard sleeper, should probably consider smth else- ‘cause down the street it’s the main artery which goes to St. Lucia station. for me was ok. stuff is nice and helpfull💛

rooms are not cozy to be. it’s nor new, nor old. for this typical nice Venetian house, the renovation in the rooms is done somehow cheap. but that’s only a thought.
