Acceptable pour un court séjour ,heureusement que l’hôtel est bien placé

Très bon emplacement, proche gare, nombreux restaurants, proche centre ville

Très mal isolé on entendait beaucoup les voisins, douche extrêmement étroite surtout pour un homme de 70kg Dessus de lit et ambiance triste de la chambre Porte du meuble réfrigérateur branlante et il suffirait de revisser les gonds de la porte Personnel tout juste aimable Pas de chaînes de tv françaises Petit déjeuner moyen 540€ pour 3 nuits un peu cher pour cet hôtel moyen

false advertisment, unprofessional hotel

the location was very good, close to the main train station.

the false advertisement that you can check in at any time. i showed up and was refused a room after they made a mistake on their end. and then refused to give me my money back even though i was now unable to stay at the hotel because they had no room for me.

No WIFI!

The location was good as the train station is nearby . this is what we needed.

It's 2023, and we all need access to wi fi , we do not have Italian sim cards. Therefore, there is no mobile internet. I could not make calls or work, which was frustrating. Especially , as before you book, it clearly says WI FI AVAILABLE IN ALL AREAS whereas it was only strong at the lobby which does not actually exist as this is a tiny hotel so you can't really sit at the reception to make a call as if you do, you are sitting on receptionist head basically and it feels odd.

Pleasant

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the train station, markets, restaurants. The reception is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been a little richer but the quality was good. The hotel does not have a lobby. It is an important shortcoming that the only place where we can sit with friends or family closes at 19 o'clock and there is no other area.

Cheap, good, worth it

Located few minutes from metro station and few more from train station. Lots of restaurants and shops are close. 25 min by foot to Duomo Cathedral. Helpful staff.

Close to Milano Centrale station and Corso Buenos Aires.

The room was super small! There was one window - but you can only see a wall in front of you. No breakfast included. My room key didn't work well. The hotel is really overpriced.

If you stay only to sleep and nothing more, a great choise!

The room was very clean and tidy. Excelent location, very quiet and there is a very good restaurant just in front of the hotel. Most of the personal was helpful and friendly. Can't hear nothing from the street or the neighbours, so that's a plus. The bed was very confortable.

A few things sadly... We went to have breakfast at 9:30 AM and there was nearly nothing left eat, other hotels I stayed in had refills until the breakfast was served, in this case 7-10 AM, so after the first day we did not go down to eat anymore, we had breakfast in town, we wanted to relax, stay out late this holiday, not the wake up at 7 AM to have breakfast, it is what it is. Sewage smell in the bathroom.. 2 or 3 times a day (probably when someone else flushed) there was an awful sewage smell in the bathroom and if we forgot to lock the bathroom door, the whole room smelled really bad for a few minutes. Probably the biggest problem, the Wi-Fi was inexistent in our room. There was one place (close to the main door) where we had 1 or maximum 2 signals out of four, but for a few minutes, tried with 3 phones, a tablet and a laptop too, but nothing, clearly no Wi-Fi coverage in the room.

Firuz at the reception was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay and travels in Milan comfortable. As cheesy as it may sound, he made us feel like Ferton was our home and he was our family in Milan.
