Superb

Very good accomodation ! Heidi and Paul are very helpfull and really take the time for their guests. This is what a B&B should be like. Just outside the city center so easy to park and go for a walk to Canterburry center.

Everything The hosts Heidi and Paul, the location being able to leave your car at the b&b and take the short walk by the river into the city, the room and its facilities the comfortable bed, the choice of breakfasts the relaxed atmosphere

Would love to be back!

Very cosy, super clean. Had a wide choice of delicious breakfast cooked for us. Top hospitality, Heidi and Paul are great!

Paul and Heidi were very friendly and welcoming, excellent hosts. The room was very well equipped with tea, coffee and nibbles. Very comfortable bed. Secure off road car parking Location quiet and walking distance to the city centre.

VERY enjoyable we would certainly stay there again.

Excellent choice of food nicely cooked. Good location for the town centre

Bathroom basin tap VERY stiff to operate, not user friendly especially with hot water.

Perfect place to stay was visiting Canterbury.

Heidi and Paul were genuinely lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome in their home.

there was nothing I didn't like about Harriet house . If I had to think of one I'd say the shower in our en-suite was very small but it really was not an issue .

We really enjoyed our stay, Paul and Heidi were the perfect hosts, very friendly and always helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. The room was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. All in all a lovely few days stay.

A short break to watch county cricket.

Very welcoming. Spotlessly clean. All the information anyone could want is provided. Very comfortable room with ample supplies of water, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Excellent breakfast, very wide choice of menu. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

A very serene sleep, lovely shower and nice touches with the mini fridge freezers and generous tea/coffee/biscuits. And Tunnocks Teacakes. That alone sold me 😂

Has everything you need and nothing you don't

Nothing is too much trouble. Hosts were really welcoming to my daughter who wasn't staying and asked if she would like to join me for breakfast the next day. Breakfast was excellent and Paul said have it on the house. I will definitely return

Thinking back of our stay at Harriet House still brings a happy smile to our faces.

We felt very welcome in our spotlessly clean room. There is so much eye for detail! The extra help with the headlights of our car, the map with a clear route into town, the delicious breakfast, the good quality coffee machine in our room… they all made us feel very welcome. Heidi and Paul are great hosts who clearly love making their guests feel at ease and at home.

We had a relaxing stay and the children were pleased. We would recommend to friends and family.

We loved it! Amazing buffet, variety of hot meal and made to order breakfast was right on time. Heidi was attentive to our needs. B&B is secure and child safe/family friendly. Twin Bedroom and double bedroom clean, adequate, right amount of furniture and compact. Little things that count as a mindful host- ear plugs, shower caps, sleep mask and vanity set. Including the coffee maker in the rooms! Town centre was only a few minutes walk, with lots of stores, tourist attractions and restaurants.

Radiators and table fan very very dusty bad combination for allergy sufferers.

After a restful nights sleep in a very comfortable room, a short walk into town.

The breakfast was delicious. The owners went above and beyond for my husbands birthday, with a glass of Champagne to enjoy with our salmon and avocado toast.

What a gem!

Harriet House have thought of everything to make a superb stay. A very comfortable room and the best breakfast, with high quality freshly cooked ingredients.

The perfect stay in Canterbury!

The property was fantastic. Paul & Heidi were SO welcoming and made it the perfect one night stay. to be honest, we wish we could have stayed longer. Super clean, chic, the facilities & amenities were perfect and the breakfast was honestly 5 star!

Exceptional

Absolutely loved this place. Lovely hosts, comfy bed and pillows. Nicely refurbished, looks better in real life. Bathroom was quite small but it was very modern with a big shower and excellent water pressure. Cooked breakfast was the best I’ve had so far in my 3mth journey around the UK.
