Rude staff

Location.

Rude staff that can't speak english and very bad room maintance. When I tried to dry my hair with air dryer it exploded in my hand (see pictures) and electricity went out. No apologies, no is everything all right (if I had no shoes on I would probably not be writing this). They took care of other rooms and their electricity before ours. When I demanded a refund: you need to speak to booking (the only sentence she knew in english). Also there has been complication with parking. We were notified in advanced that their parking was full, so we had to park in the other parking next to hotel. When we already found the mentioned parking we called her and asked her is this the parking they meant and after 10 minutes of bulgarian she managed to tell us in broken english we need to come to their hotel parking which was closed and told us we need to go back to the parking we came from. She was rude and annoyed since we came very late so I understand she was in bad mood, but their reception is supposed to be open 24/7 all night but of course there is nobody there during the night, you have to call them and expect annoyed and rude service. Anyway, those things happen, I understand, but they handeled these situations with such rude and mean attitude, I still cannot comprehend the audacity.

Needs better attention to cleaning

The room was spacious and the employee from the reception was friendly and helpfull. The hotel îs not far from beach

Cleanliness should really be better maintained. The bathrooms were dirty, the curtains filled with mold.

The best value for money

Very good value for money. The accomodation was cheap but of high quality and the room was clean. We payed as for cheap meal but ate as kings in nearby hotel where the boarding took place. The hotel staff was very helpful and willing to solve any problem.

Super!

We are very grateful to Daniella, the hotel manager, who was extremely kind to us, and helped us tremendously when she found the cell phone (we left there) and helped us call a taxi to get to the plane!!! The room was exactly as in the pictures. The location is excellent. The food and services exceeded our wishes.

Bad stay, horrible all inclusive food

The garden looks nice, the pool is nice and the cleaning team it was doing their job.

We had to eat to another 5star hotel, Imperial palace, and the food was awful. Bad taste, oily, cheap, the same every day, meat wasn't cook well really really bad. We needed to pay 20lev per day for parking because the hotel doesn't have free spots. If you look at it it doesn't look like a 4star hotel.

Very good

I liked that the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Also, the location is very good, near the beach.

That every day ( the whole week) food for breakfast was exactly the same.

The perfect vacation trip to the sea side.

A very quiet and lovely hotel in the middle of a very busy and noisy area. The hotel has a very nice garden with outdoor swimming pool and a pool bar. It is very close to the beach (2 minutes walking) and across the street there is a bus station that can be used to get around the area. The hotel staff is very friendly and speak decent English. The room was decent - sized with proper facilities (mini bar, good AC). The breakfast was fresh every day with a decent selection and hotel's restaurant offers good dishes and the bar has a decent selection of drinks and cocktails. Compared to other hotels in the area the prices in the menu are more than affordable. As a plus, the hotel owner was always on the grounds and was involved in every guest's stay.

Although there is a cleaning lady who comes into the room every day, the cleaning could stand to be a bit better, as the only thing she would do in the room was make the bed and replace the towels, without using a vacuum cleaner or dusting. We also had the inconvenience of not having soap and toilet paper brought to the room. Even if the food offered by the restaurant is delicious, the selection could stand to be more vast, as in our 1 week stay, we have managed to go through everything in the menu. Also, it would be helpful for the hotel and guests if information about half-board meals would be made visible as we have had a minor disagreement with one of the waiters on this topic (it was however settled by the hotel manager).
