Exceptional

I liked that despite having problems with the hydromassage, the staff did their best to accommodate and compensate for its malfunctioning. Our room was also ready ahead of time and this was wonderful.

Worth visiting

Comfortable and cozy room , good quality service, very kind and helpful crew(also assisted us with a transfer). Tasty lunches.

Sunbeds limitations — impossible to select specific ones. Absence of dinner(btw: breakfasts and lunch are very tasty).

Everyone was friendly, the place was great, the breakfast was awesome.

The beds / mattresses were not good quality & not very comfortable... Also, during this heat time, it's not a good idea for aircondition to stop working, because the key is not in the designated slot, because yuh ou are out. It took a long time to cool the place, after getting in...

Nice Hotel but you have to know the rules

We really liked the hotel and our room. Very comfortable with a balcony an AC. The breakfast was very good. Location is very nice next to the sea. If you walk a little along the beachside you'll also find some nice restaurants and beach bars.

When we arrived we only heard about what is forbidden and that we have to know the rules. It is nice that the hotel wants a plastic free beach, but in the hotel itself (in the rooms) there are a some things in plastic packaging that do not have to be - so there is not really a plastic reduction. Also it would have been nice to be welcomed first, before we hear "You cannot bring this and that to the beach and you are not allowed to do that.." This experience was a little bit of a downer....

Good location, free parking, excellent breakfast, clean and nice room. Latina is at 5km from hotel

The acces to the beach cost 20€ )))) was not included, and no kettle in room or water . Very small place between the sun beds , sea was not clean and impossible to swim

Great little beach hotel!

The junior suite was beautiful and we had our own private entrance down to the beach. The beach is perfect for kids being shallow, sandy and with nice waves. The breakfasts were super and had all you could ask for.

Dinner options were slim and the reception staff were pretty neutral. Not rude but minimum enthusiasm for guests.

Not a lot of things to do, not many restaurants around, very very far from public transport, 25 minutes taxi ride from latina station.

Very pleasant stop off for 1 night during our journey further south.

Very modern hotel, spotlessly clean in all public areas. The restaurant was very stylish overlooking the beach and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite being the only ones at breakfast as the hotel was closing for Christmas.

The beach was a mess but as I said the hotel was closing for Christmas.

Friendly receptionists. However they seems to be pretty under staffed. There was no one helping with the luggages. Room was clean and well equipped. Great breakfast

Great stay, reccomend to everyone.

The room was nice and comfortable. We had room with the view on the sea - wow, great for evening chilling. It would be nice if on balcony, there was some hanger for beach towels to dry during night. The bathroom was small but functional. It was super clean everywhere. The breakfast was nice (not typical italian), but with bread, ham, cheese, a lot of fruits, juices and so on. The staff in the reception was super friendly and speak english excellent. We checked out really early and got breakfast to go as we missed the standard one. It was very kind from the hotel to provide it, although it was typical italian (cakes, juice, water and apple), but still a good one to grab on the way to the airport. Thanks a lot for the stay!

The room door aren't soundproof and in the evening you can here everything from the corridor.

Loved it!

The staff is very friendly, especially the lady and the man at the reception have been speaking the best English I have ever heard in Italy! Daily changing lunch menus with very delicious dishes. The restaurant is also very recommended and changes the many daily, as well! The location is just great! You see the sea from the breakfast/lunch/dining area. The rooms are very well conditioned!

I will come back!

Brand new, freshly renovated hotel, super clean with a particularly friendly staff. Everyone was treating the guests with respect and dignity. Everything possible has been done for us to feel comfortable and relaxed. A special big thanks to Marilyn at the reception desk for her highly professional service and efficiency. Always patient and approachable with her nice smile. Plus, all my bows to the chef Teresa for her absolutely delicious fish, just next level! Grazie!

I would have changed the pillows, too stiff.

Expected better value for the money.

Breakfast and location is ok.

I expected better service for the price. We had to pay an extra EUR 20 / day for having 2 beds and a sunshad on the beach, they even told us where we could stay. Very disappointing.

Great location, easy parking, accommodating staff - great beach.

Right on the beach, great breakfast (Italian, American and German), helpful and accommodating staff. An absolutely great location for visiting the Latina area. Parking was great as well.

the location right on the beach … it was fabulous ! the breakfast was very good and had many choices … the meals at the restaurant were also delicious !

Our stay was short (one night) and fine for our purposes, any longer would be a disappointment.

The people & service were excellent and the front desk went out of their way to be accommodating. Location right on the beach was exceptional.

It was early in the season but the room was tired, needed painting and the shower /tub wasn't quite working. Exterior was also in need of refreshing after the winter. Offering 4 star accommodations was a bit of an oversell as the restaurant also wasn't open and much of the Town was still waiting for summer.
