Clean, central location.
Quite noisy & needs bit updating.
2.8
very little
The 6x bunk room had no natural light or air, it was a dungeon basically - very uncomfortable and hot, especially when more people arrived.
2.8
only the location was good
the bed was so weak that I felt like it’s gonna break soon. There was no main entrance so I had to go to the pizza place to check in

The room and bathroom were fine. Nothing too awful or excellent to report, just basic hostel standard.
The location was very noisy. We had zero interaction with staff - there was never anyone working at the desk. We only interacted with the pizza staff once to check in and that was it. The bed was uncomfrotable and the windows unglazed so it was both cold and noisy.

Noisy

Location
Old, not very clean.
2.8
The price and the 30% discount on the pizza.
The rooms are extremely loud and light so you need earplugs and maybe a sleeping mask. But it's more than okay for a night or two and the price is incredible for Dublin.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Can't fault them for anything!
Overall poor condition, including ongoing construction and old facilities.

Location.
Too cold conditioner in bathroom.

Staff were lovely. Good location and great price for the city centre
Was quite cold and loud but still great for the price! Maybe could do with an extra blanket or something.
2.8
The staff was nice.
The hotel is a bit run down.
2.8
Clean, central location
No towels provided

Bed was fairly comfortable
This is a filthy accomodation and very expensive - we paid £105 for a small room with a bunk bed and external bathroom
The soap in the bathroom was actually fairy liquid
Stains all over the mattresses and bedding
People had been sick in the bathroom and this wasn't cleaned up by anyone
Very noisy due to being on a busy street
Windows are so thin all the light still comes through
Not a proper kitchen, only a kettle and toaster just sitting in the hallway
Overall, very disappointed

The place is in a very handy location. If you are just using the hostel for sleeping because you expend the day out exploring and do not mind noise, then it is a good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Otherwise, stay away.
There is no reception staff (or at least we did not see a anyone during our stay) but the guys from the pizza place attached to the hostel will check you in and try to help you with any questions. They are really kind.
Extremely noisy. No staff to help you at the desk if you face any issues.

The location
The uncleanliness and noisy surrounding

For the cheap price we paid, we definitely didn’t expect much.
The location was great, right in Temple Bar district, which is the reason we
booked here. Surprisingly the beds we had were quite
comfortable so we slept well.
Our room had obviously been cleaned, but the
overall cleanliness of the room and hostel wasn’t good.
Stained and filthy walls, stained sheets,
awkwardly cluttered spaces. We somewhat
expected this which is why we only booked one night and didn’t plan to spend much time in the hostel itself.

Nothing really.
No Lift. I asked for a lower bunk and was given a top bunk. They moved me to the next floor up five flights of stairs. It was all men in the room.
The shower room floor was soaking wet and dirty. I wouldn't recommend it.
2.8
Centrally located. Cheap price. The staff.
No kitchen to cook/consume food.
Although they have a microwave oven, a toaster and a fridge on the 1 and 2 floors.
2.8
it was clean, in the city centre and the bed was good
We could hear anything that happened in the street at night. It was poorly insulated

Location, staff and security
Noise was unberber . All Noise was coming form the street. My room had a old 18th century street windows it's understandable .
2.8
it was cheap and last minute, big discounts on the pizza shop that joins it (they’re one in the same thing) warm seating area downstairs.
it was dirty and loud, but this is more because of guests, it is cleaned once a day. towels are not provided you have to request them. the bedding had stains as did the curtains. the windows were thin and could hear everything outside.
2.8
The double bedroom was nice and clean. We could also request a late check in at 2am, which was nice since our flight was delayed and we couldnt make it on the actual check in time.
In the shared bathroom the shower was clogged

Always a 10 from me for price location and comfort.
Facilities are a bit rough round the edges and the entrance is at the back of a takeaway up some steps etc but who cares at the rate you pay.
Bathrooms were always spotless when I've been.
