Location was perfect.it’s kind of 3 star hotel. But rooms were generally cleaned .Beds were comfy.
Bathrooms get too wet after every shower even though there was sealed shower doors but maybe they weren’t properly sealed.so they remain wet all the time.Bed linen could be better.

The property was very comfortable. Amazing view of Jerusalem old city. Elias was amazing - he gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay
They only gave us one bottle of water for the first day of our stay - water is cheap!!

Great breakfast that is very well varied with a lot of options
There was a pair of men’s underwear under a chair in our room. Cleaning of the carpet could be better

Everything was fine. Only one person at the desk. No luggage cart or help.

Hotel room was excellent
There was a problem with the card payment machine. They asked me at the reception to pay again using same card as they were not sure the amount was charged successfully .
I reviewed my bank statement and realised I was charged twice.
I sen an email to request a refund but never heard back from the hotel
I hope this message will be considered

The view and proximity to the Old City
The heat was on perpetually to the pint that I needed to open windows to cool off in spring. In fairness they offered to switch rooms but it was ok with me to a degree. I would buy this hotel and find the 10 Million to improve this incredible location to a 5 star location. It is a 3 star ordinary.

The hotel staff Mr Sofyen made the hotel experience positive for us. He was incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. He helped us find our way around by providing information and lots of support when we needed it - we are grateful for him! The hotel view was also very nice as it was close to the Al Aqsa Mosque which was visible, and the hotel was close to many places
I didn’t like the breakfast and the hotel felt old. The breakfast was terrible, it was not worth paying for. The bread provided was stale and old. There was limited food options.

An iconic landmark place - has a bit of a retro-nostalgic feel and was quite empty when we were there, but we loved the fantastic view over the city and the location. All hotel personnel were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was great!

You see all old Jerusalim, everything was perfect

I would definitely stay here again. The location is a long walk from the main tourist sites but right outside the front door is an amazing view of the old city (the tour buses all make a pilgrimage to this overlook) and it is walking distance to some of the more interesting sites like the olive tree grove in the Garden of Gethsemane, and other nearby churches. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the facilities are perfectly satisfactory though not exceptional.
To get hot water in some rooms you need to run the tap for a while--I hated to waste the water. Breakfast looked a little dull. Pillows a little uncomfortable. All minor annoyances when you can walk outside the door early in the morning and stand by yourself at the overlook of the whole city, or walk down to have the 700 year old olive trees all to yourself before the tourists roll in.
