Most horrible place in Vietnam!

Its the worst place I've slept in Vietnam after a month of traveling in the country.

There were rats in the hallway, cockroaches in the room, they tried to convince us that they don’t use duvet covers in the city, we weren’t the only ones complaining and trying to get our money back, and to top it off, it's the worst street to stay on! The music didn’t stop until 2 AM.

Absolutely terrible

There was nothing

Turned up had booked 2 rooms and they said they only had one. Meant we had to look for somewhere for the other two people to stay at 3am. Got into room and there were rats. Shower was dirty. When paying we had to wait half hour for another card machine as theres was broken. Tattoo parlour in hotel at reception. Door on room didnt lock nor shut properly so had to block it with bags.

Disappointing

front desk staff were friendly. We requested to move rooms and they accommodated.

None of the rooms matched the pictures. Our first room, was mouldy and with no ventiliation smelt of mould. The roof was missing in the bathroom and there were cockroaches. We moved to a room on level 5 that was cleaner however once noticing how loud it was going to get, we decided to check out welt and stay somewhere else. If you’re partying in the street and just need to crash, it’s a good spot but otherwise not the best. I also booked originally with a different address further down the street so felt deceived. For the price many home stays within walking of the property was significantly nicer.

HORRIBLE FILTHY PLACE

Nothing. Literally nothing.

VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF. EXTREMELY DIRTY ROOM. Photos are lie. Broken bathroom ( NO WATER, CAN'T SHOWER ) DON'T BOOK HERE, I just moved to another place within few hours.

Excellence and service at your fingertips.

The empathy and predisposition of the staff to solve the inconveniences of the guests, especially Harry's, since he has sent me a power bank by private mail that I forgot at the hotel... without this being his responsibility!

Nothing. Everything was perfect. They have given us a room away from the noise of the street.

Noisy nightlife

Very good location in district 1.

The noise! I didn't know it was a bar / night-life street. Still thumping at 4.30am. Great if you are into that scene. If you want to sleep choose elsewhere.

You are right in the centre of a clubbing street (=no sleep until atleast 4am)...if thats what you are looking for.

No common area, no where to chill out during the day (but your bed)

loud and uncomfortable and dirty didn’t get much sleep

I booked the cheapest thing that was walking distance to where my bus leaving from the next morning

the dorm rooms had ants, it is directly on the walking street so all you hear is loud club music all night (bring earplugs) there’s little to no security (some of the lockers even had the locks taken out, also the staff were not very friendly and seemed annoyed when you asked them for any help.

location was good and bad. good - because it’s right on the walking street so plenty of options . bad- because it’s on the walking street- loud music till 4 AM. can’t sleep there.

too noisy, very basic and not a 3 star hotel. didn’t feel clean even though it was not messy.

Pleasant

The hostel is right-center of the city. The staff was helpful and kind.

I was going to stay at the hostel for 1 week but I could stay only for 1 night because of the noise. The hostel is on the walking street. The street is full of bars, nightclubs, etc. It was extremely noisy. It was almost impossible to sleep. Music bars stop playing music around 4 a.m. When you turn around the bed was shaking. It was not comfortable. There were almost no facilities.
