Won’t be staying here again

Only the location

No WiFi reaching the room (suite) the bathroom smelt of bad fish. Remote for tv didn’t work in 1 of the rooms

Great comfortable stay with nice food and convenient location to the Mosque.

Breakfast was good with chef making fresh omelette.

Wifi not working in rooms and floors. You need to get to reception area to use wifi.

Close to Haram but far from being a HOTEL

Proximity to Haram

They gave me a room with very bad and noisy AC then tried to open the water in the bathroom it started leaking all over the room when i asked for a room change they sent people to do maintenance to the room which i have booked for 2 nights only… then after a fight they gave me a new room which does not match the booking i did but it was not that bad

بجد احسن فندق من حيث النظافه والموقع والمعامله والذوق وبالاخص طاقم المطعم في الفطار المجاني والاصطف جميعا بجد بتمنى ماكنت مشيت منه ابدااا.

Not very nice and not very bad, if you come for worship then its fine because you won’t spend 24 hours in the room, view

Distance from Masjid An nabawy, its very close youre almost in the haram itself

There was a cockroach in the room

طريقه الدفع للفندق صعبه ولا يقبلوا اي بطاقه ائتمان موظفين الرسيبشن معاملتهم سيئه وكانت الغرف غير مجهزه وغير مطلوبه وتم حلها بعد فتره طويله وغير نظيفه ولا يوجد اماكن في الباركنج فهي كانت للموظفين فقط واصحاب الفندق والعاملين فيه والغرف ضيقه والسراير غير مريحه

Worst staff ever, best location

Nothing but the location

The staff were rude, we booked a room with view and got a stinky room with minimal view. They lied about other rooms availability, lied about the view blocking wooden "mashrabeya" claiming it is a requirement by the municipality on higher floors which is clearly not correct if you check that it goes on all floors for specific rooms as a decorative/architectural decision. They then after a long anyone conversation showed us another room that didn't have the wooden "mashrabeya" but only saw one or two minarets if you walk in a weird narrow passage. Asked them for a downgrade to a clean room without view if we're not getting view, they refused and asked me to do it from booking.com of course after they wasted the time and it was beyond the time I could do it and they said even if I did it before that they will still reject it.

ممتازة اتمتي تجربتها مرة اخري ولكن بسعر اقل.

قرب الفندق من الحرم فقط بضع خطوات، ايضا وجبة الفطور كانت اكثر من رائعة وايضا نظافة المكان.

اعتقد ان السعر مرتفع بعض الشيء وايضا حمام الغرفة كان ضيق للغاية.

Very very very expensive considering the condition and facilities they provided.

Location

Facilities were bad, staff was rude and unavailable most of time. They gave us a room on smoking floor due to the smoke smell we could sleep all night. Bathroom was clean but there was very bad odor. Beds were tiny, I’m 6’ 1” and my legs were hanging down the bed while I was lying on it.

Poor. the only good thing was we had free suhoor.

First off, the location was okay but the room was dirty, under the bed was full of garbage the carpet was dirty and the bedsheet also was not clean, there was a smear of blood in one of the bed. Also the AC wasn’t working properly it was very hot for both room with our friends in a Family room. we inform the staff but nothing was done. we were sleeping uncomfortably. there was no complementary drinking water available once we arrive, one of the water heater not working and very dirty and smelly. I wish the hotel staff would conduct survey on their property to see if every room is clean and AC working, also if all the things inside the room working or if there was a towel available for the guest. we were 5 , there was only 2 towel inside the family room with 5 beds, how come? rooms are not clean property like the staff doesn’t care. I wasn’t able to take photo of bedsheet with blood. i hope you will improve your service and hotel property for future guests and their comfort.

Don’t meet the front desk to have a nice stay

Room is small but fine ,

"I recently stayed at the hotel and found the overall experience to be satisfactory. However, I do believe that there is room for improvement in the level of staff education and training. I found that some staff members did not meet the minimum standards of hospitality. Despite this, the facilities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient. I hope to see the staff receive further training to enhance the overall guest experience

Small rooms. Bathroom cubicle missing a door, can't take a shower without flooding the rest of the bathroom. Bathroom even missing the face towels which were provided once I pointed it out.

Good location but expensive.

Location is really prime, just across the street from the Haram. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The staff were very welcoming and professional.

Although the housekeeping staff were cleaning the room everyday, the bed sheets were not changed for the entire 4 days we stayed. On the last day we found a tick on the bed which made us not sleep.

very bad front desk experience not professional took us 2 hours to check in at one point the whole front desk employees disappeared for 30 minutes bc nobody had the answer for delayed check in worse experience I have in Saudi Arabia😖
